S. W.Phenomenal service! I cannot explain how happy we were with the service Tia and Alex gave us. They were so friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. We loved the fact that they asked our names and used them frequently. We felt like they really cared about us and in a totally genuine way, not in the stereotypical car dealer way. We only went in initially to have a look at a Clio and to get an idea of costs and style but a combination of an awesome car, a great deal and Tia and Alex’s service we decided to go ahead a purchase a brand new car. They understood exactly what we wanted to do and gave us a great package. Even picking up the car was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much to you both. I totally love my new car!

J. D.I would have to say that, for me, Rosie made the whole experience a pleasant one. She is very personable and was helpful but without being pushy. I felt that I could contact her at any time to ask questions and she always replied quickly. I know she was concerned that she didn’t know everything because she was new to Renault but I didn’t find that a problem as she always admitted if she didn’t know and made sure she found out.
Throughout she stayed in touch and I felt informed as to what was happening and, of course, felt very lucky to have got my car sooner than expected.
Thank you for how the handover was handled. It’s not very often you buy a new car so, as the customer, you want it to be a bit special which is what you achieved, and again taking the time to make sure I was happy with everything.
I found it really refreshing to have a young woman salesperson to deal with, I think I have only experienced that once in the past. It would be nice to see more women in more senior positions in car sales!!

Within a few minutes of looking in the showroom, I was approached by Rosie who assisted me with all my queries and concerns. She was fantastic and allowed me to get in the car and transfer my wheelchair in the car to make sure I could get into the one I had chosen. I was interested in the RS Line, and Rosie went and fetched an RS Line so I could compare the interiors of both versions to see which I prefer. Which was naturally the slick RS Line. She then guided me through the process of choosing the options that come with the car and processed my order within minutes of me making my decision.
Has kept in contact with me regularly throughout the ordering process. I am now waiting for a date to collect my new car.
Cannot fault her customer service at all. If you are visiting this branch, make sure to ask for Rosie!

Good range of Renault vehicles and other brands, such as Mini, BMW and Mercedes. Only observation was the showroom looked a little tired and dated, with no obvious reception area upon arrival.

The unfortunate thing is they only accept bank transfer for such a large purchase so I had to transfer the money before seeing the car to save waiting around 2 hours for the money to go in their account. I wasn't disappointed when I arrived the car was presented nicely and they had even taxed it, put fuel in and insured it for me to drive home in! The test drive route wasn't the best as it's the center of Nottingham and its quite a busy road. Salesmen Josh and his manager Alex were pleasant, knowledgable, helpful and efficient and whilst offering the usual 'extras', accepted our refusal of some without any of the 'hard sell' or pressure techniques often encountered elsewhere. I would not hesitate to buy from these guys again and would also not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else thinking of buying a Renault or Daciaa model. Buying from this outlet was actually a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

D. P.Dacia and Renault dealer garage had to take car in on a recall ie a potential fault. Was told I would be about an hour in the letter then on booking find its all day. No courtesy car and only if booked way in advance and paid for which makes it a hire car not a courtesy car. Had full valet on car day before and car not clean on collecting it back ie oul on handle and white marks left on seats naturally they didnt feel it was their fault so on returning it valet they said it was the dust off gloves used when servicing so who knows how they marks got there?? Both parties offered to deal with marks my proffessional valet delt with it all good now. The sticky spot in acceleration i noted has also cleared so whether this was fault they were addressing or just incidental its fine now so an annoying day that came good.
