Bought a 2012 Ford Kuga to replace my wife's car that was written off by a careless driver whilst parked outside the house. Great looking car that developed an injector fault after a couple of months. Gareth arranged to have the car returned and as well as replacing the injectors and associated parts also arranged to have the car delivered back. It's not always fair to judge a dealer based on what goes wrong, but how they act to put it right and we can't fault the way things were dealt with. Would I buy from Brooklands again ? Absolutely.

Bought a car of these guys recently and would definitely recently recommend them to family and friends. I even had an issue on the day I was due to collect it so couldn’t get there when I was meant to but called Callum to explain and it was no problem. Didn’t feel rushed even though time was getting on. Great service all round.

Such and amazing broker. All the cars are clean and well taken care of and the seller is fit and very nice too. Before i go further the only connection with Brooklands i have is that I brought a car from them .In the past I have had some as many have had bad dealings and I was dubious when I spoke to Gareth on the phone it sounded to good to be true.I brought my 2010 Kuga in June 2021 I went initially to buy another car but it was not for me I could have just walked out the door but Callum just said feel free to browse try and test as long as you like hes so laid back hes almost horizontal. Since buying my car Gareth has been brilliant always answered my texts and honoured everything he promised ,even simple things like if you need tyres or anything you can contact them and they will help out,when its time to change i will definitely go and see what they have but I cannot see that yet as my Kuga is sweet Today one year after my purchase Gareth has given me another 6 months warranty free of charge unbelievable service
