Tyre was repaired well and wheel balanced so no issues with the work done. Only issue is with their IT system. Firstly,I was able to book the appointment on line very easily either for am or pm, so opted for am. On arrival at the workshop though, I was told that they were full for the morning so it would be done in the afternoon so I had to leave the wheel with them. Good to their word they rang me early afternoon so I went to collect it. Only this time they couldn't find me on the system so I ended up having to find the confirmation email on my phone to prove that I had already paid.

Had problems with my wheels. Telephoned on the Tuesday afternoon and seen the next day, within the allotted time and dealt with efficiently. Absolutely superb chaps. Cannot rate enough!

What an amazing team of technicians ! Even when they had a massive equipment failure they carried on putting the customer first and did it old school by putting their hands on the tools and fitted my tyres manually. Thank you for all your hard efforts it was well appreciated.

I recently had a tyre fitted at the Long Eaton branch of Formula One Autocentre, I have to say I was very pleased with the experience. I booked it in and made an appointment the following day at 4.00pm. I arrived 20 minutes early and the fitter started the work straight away. The young man who did the started and did some of the work was very good as was the actual fitter. The cost was very reasonable, and the job was completed very quick. I highly recommend them and will be visiting them again when i need jobs doing on my car.

Brilliant garage! I can't speak highly enough of them especially Steve. I had a real problem with my Audio A4 no one could work out what was wrong, until Steve looked at it. He went above and beyond for me, from taking the time to really investigate, to sourcing genuine parts and not rippong me off. He worked around me, did the work as quick as he could, and even used his personal time to research what was causing my fault. The car now runs like new! They completed my full service aswell, and again kept the costs as low as possible. I highly recomend them to anyone and everyone, Steve is not just a fitter but a actual mechanic and a good one at that!

Had a valve split on one of my tyres today just around the corner from The Long Eaton branch. Being a single female I was concerned having not used the garage before. They quoted me £70 for a new tyre, but said if they could they’d repair the old one. They got my car straight in, and took me through to show me the damage and reassured me a repair would be fine. What could have been a disaster day turned out to be a pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend them and will be using them again! Thank you 😊

2nd time I've used F1 this year. On this occasion due to staffing issues I was asked to call back 4 hours later despite having online arranged appointment. True to promise my tyres were fitted at the rearranged time. Staff took great care of my car as it is not your average car. They had to adapt method due circumstances of not being able to use their normal lifting equipment. Well done guys. Turned a negative situation in the morning to a very positive one on my return.

I booked a service at 8pm on a Tuesday night. They fit me in straight away the next morning at 830. Very good customer service, they were pleasant in person and on the phone. Extremely quick and effiencent. Had my car back at 1230. My car needed new brake discs and pads with two new tyres. Great value for money and even offered us the payment assist. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Booked for a puncture repair online on Boxing Day for the next day. Arrived just after opening time and was dealt with promptly and courteously, allowing me to get back on the road back down to Suffolk (a three-hour drive) not much later than I'd planned after a family Christmas in Sawley. Had heard a couple of bad reports about this place before, but my experience was excellent. Thank you, boys, for saving my Christmas! :)

Centre appeared very quiet. Didn't seem to be at all busy. I had ordered 4 tyres online to be fitted 2 days later. Due to other commitments I had to postpone the appointment and this was not a problem. On arrival at centre I waited for the person who appeared to be the manager to finish whatever it was he was doing. He offered a tracking check and when I returned to collect my car suggested that they adjust the tracking as it was toeing in. Having accepted his advice he sent a colleague to do this. He quickly returned to say that it couldn't be done on the rear as the bolts were too tight. Having corrected the front tracking he completed the invoice and having paid the extra for the tracking I took my car away. I checked the tyre pressures the following morning only to find none of the tyre pressures matched the recommended pressures. I corrected them and found the tyres quieter and the handling improved. I think the staff are competent but need to brush up on customer skills and ensure the tyre pressures are correct as had I been stopped for checking by police I would have been the responsible person in their eyes for incorrect pressures. Big fine comes to mind.

I chose F1 to replace what I thought was a new battery needed for my Ford Focus. They came up the cheapest in the area. When I got there the guys did some thorough checks and advised that there was no need for a new battery, I just needed to take it on a long run to charge it more. The short runs i do had drained it. Now i am the biggest sceptic when it comes to garages as i have been ripped off too many times, and these guys could have done the same by just replacing a battery that was fine, and charging me for the pleasure, but they were polite, thorough and I will definitely use them again. They have restored the faith. A special mention to Josh, but all 3 were great.. thank you gents

Ordered 2 tyres online fairly cheap for the brand I wanted, then selected my fitting date payed online and that was it, nice and easy online service. Formula One were pounds cheaper than the other large companies, so I chose them and booked and paid on line. I chose the Long Eaton branch and selected a day and time for my Tyre fitting. The branch was busy, but I was attended too on time and was soon on my way again. I will use them again and highly recommend Formula One Autocentres.

Hadn't used F1 auto before....I wanted a certain tyre (4)...cheapest online prices....friendly and knowledgeable staff....quoted for brakes ...free tracking check..(I took them up on their offer to re track as I had four tyres). Two hours later they called to say job done..Really pleased with tyres...I am definitely going again..well done F1.....oh and a nice clean job..no overloading the soap. Can't stand that, no need...
