I bought a 3 year old caravan from Phil at Hucknall Caravans in March 2020. I'd visited many other dealers and had real difficulty obtaining a fair price for my trade in. It seemed that everyone was out to rip me off. I was looking for a specific Adria caravan and found Hucknall Caravans on Google as they had the exact caravan that I was looking for. When we arrived, Phil couldn't have been more helpful. He allowed us to look around the caravan without any pressure, and allowed us to spend as much time as we needed in the caravan. Phil is a down-to-earth, straight talking chap, and was open and honest about our trade in price and was very fair. None of the games/ drama/ sales tactics like with most other caravan dealers that always puts us off. Phil prices all of his caravans very fairly too - to make the cost of changing the most reasonable you will find. We had a full handover, with Phil showing us how everything works. He also helped us with hitching up and changing the number plate over too. Phil has a few items for sale in his office, such as very reasonably priced wheel locks & batteries, amongst other things. We are so happy that we found Hucknall Caravans as it was a breath of fresh air after our previous caravan dealer experiences, and we will definitely be back when we next change our caravan.

I collected a caravan for someone else, Tim was dealing with the actual buyer, he was very knowledgeable and helpful, I had never towed, before the customer had never owned a caravan, Tim went through everything, checking that everything was understood, he hitched up the caravan for us, provided tape to put on the number plate, just great customer service.
