Absolutely stunning selection of new and used vehicles to choose from! Brilliant service and always kept in the loop every step of the way!
I have been a long time customer with MB Nottingham (over 20 years). I have not switched car brands in such a long time due to never having any real problems with Mercedes however recently I had been trying to arrange a test drive of one of their newer vehicles with the new 'Mercedes Me' interior (20 plate and newer) but after being messed around a few times over the phone whilst trying to arrange a viewing/test drive I was recommended to a friend of a friend over at Lexus Nottingham.
Scarlet was a delight throughout the whole process of part-exchanging my older mercedes in for a newer Lexus and the whole process was over and completed within around 3-4 weeks (This was slightly longer due to issues with experian returning my credit report so I cant really fault lexus for this.) Upon arrival I was greeted and offered a hot beverage whilst I took a look at some of their vehicles. If finances and the Mrs had allowed; their would be no doubt that I would have requested her to source me an LFA but alas I decided to go for the much more sensible option of a UX250 Hybrid model with sport styling.
I am quite an unpatient person so rather than putting myself down on the wait list for the 72 plate model I decided to go for an already available model which was down at anotjer lexus branch. Scarlet was brilliant throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop whenever the keys for the car had moved one step closer to being in my hands. Her knowledge of the vehicles astounded me as she was very well informed about the vehicles they sold.... which was absolutely wonderful as in the past whenever I have dealt with younger sales staff they tend to have to go back and forth between managers to get information but with this purchase, this was not the case.
Keep up the good work Nottingham Lexus and once again... a special mention to Scarlet, for making the whole process a smooth one.

The problem was dealt with efficiently by Angie Round and I was kept informed of the progress and the arrival of the part required to effect the repair which had to be approved by Lexus because of the cost.
My only quibble is that since the workshop / showroom have moved from the old premises to the new premises parking is an absolute joke Inchcape are trying to get a gallon into a half pint pot and no doubt at some point cars are going to get damaged with all the shunting around that has to be done to find a parking space. I feel sure that Lexus would not approve of this issue as it would fall short of their expectation / experience when visiting the dealership.

Nathan, Hadeel and Dalius were very proffessional and hands on throughout the journey. We have bought cars from Mercedes and BMW showrooms but Lexus Nottingham just took it to another level with the service and deal/journey so I will now stick with Lexus Nottingham for buying cars.

We had fantastic service from Yugesh regarding our purchase of a used Yaris for our daughter. I contacted the dealership out of hours using their website and received a call from Yugesh the next morning and arranged a test drive for the following day. We arrived later than agreed (sorry) but Yugesh juggled his day to still give us sufficient time to test drive the car, check it over and hear from him about its features, service history, warranty and Toyota service. No hard sell, just good and honest information. Although Yugesh was away from work over the next few days we keep in touch by text and email to buy the car and get the paperwork in order for when we picked it up. Yugesh came in on his day off when we picked up the car to make sure everything went smoothly and we were happy.

I recently purchased a Lexus UX for my wife’s retirement and chose the car and colour on line. My initial enquiry was dealt with by a consummate professional called Dalius . Throughout the purchase he kept me informed of how things were progressing and also having new number plates made for my wife’s cherished registration number . My wife and myself flew into East Midlands
Airport and were collected by Dalius and brought to the dealership. The car was as described and my wife is thoroughly loving it haven driven Mercedes Benz cars for the last 25 years, she loves the quality and spec of the car . The dealership should be extremely proud of Dalius and all the back room staff that prepared the car to a very high standard.

In some places service is good or even very good , Lexus Nottingham is well above all of these . I quickly realised I had made a mistake with the car I purchased . I contacted Sonny ,explained the problem and instantly we managed to resolve the situation, no drama, no fuss just very professional management .

My experience was of the highest standard, there was a small issue with the courtesy car that we planned for the same day as my MOT and service but Nathan the manager explained in detail what had happened, he is a wonderful person with integrity and honesty and such a fine example of what Lexus stands for, what a great ambassador for a fantastic brand Lexus.
Also the lady who was on service was of the highest standard extremely informative and helpful and explained the issue with regards to my car and the repair it needed for its MOT was in detail.

My partner and I first went into Lexus showroom just to have a look. I had always been a German car driver, I never thought I would change. When we were first greeted by the team, the first thing we noticed was how welcoming, relaxed and friendly they were. Qasir, from sales, took his time explaining things to us, he was not pushy at all, although we made it clear we were just having a look.
Taking the car for a test drive was a delight; it was like nothing I had ever driven before, pure luxury and class.
The whole process and dealing with various other members of the team, Hadeel and Nathan especially, they all went above and beyond to accommodate and help to the best of their ability.
The whole process of choosing the specifications to collecting the car was smooth and very organised. There was not a single thing I could fault or change. They have thought of everything, even flowers on the day of collection.
The only thing is, they have now spoiled me to this level of service, they won't get rid of me.
It was an honour and pleasure to meet them all. They are assets to Lexus, and I hope they are appreciated for their hard work.

After having dealt with a number of people at Lexus, I have now had my problem sorted. Although it took a little longer than anticipated, things have now been resolved to both parties' satisfaction.

Disappointed, to say the least. Expected a lot from Lexus, and I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth.
Between broken promises, and a poor car-retrieval process, I'm disappointed to have experienced such dire service, when I've heard so many good things about Lexus.
I really wanted things to go well, but it just didn't. I'm in the process of complaining officially, and I will hopefully see if things can be turned around.

Initially I had some delays getting my deposit refunded but their sales manager still made the effort to reach to me outside his working time schedule just to help me return my money. He definitely cares about both customers and the reputation of Lexus Nottingham

I received an invitation of the loyalty event and visit Lexus Nottingham. Zahir jakhara serving us on that day. As he got a customer came early but he let us test the UX rather than waiting him. Nick was lovely, but unfortunately the car took 2 weeks to be ready after we paid the deposit, so we were stuck waiting for the car and in a tough situation. One should refund the deposit if after a deal is made and the deposit taken the customer is then made to wait 2 weeks so that they could explore other quicker options if needed. Furthermore, there was inadequate communication informing us of when the car would be ready, and we had to keep chasing on our side.
The other issue is the initial deal was made and finance documents sent with Add on's included and charged for, which was implied to be "thrown in" for free during the initial call. Had we not noticed and signed the sales order we wouldn't have realised we were paying for it. I've bought 9 cars in the last 15 years and have always been offered some of these additional products free and some at a price and it has always been made very clear to me. Using words like "thrown in" "offer you as part of the deal" is a little deceptive and when I respond with "Oh wow that's brilliant, thanks!" One should realise I think I'm getting it for free and correct me by informing me that I'm being charged for it.

Everything was good, Dalius the sales person did a good job, car was ready on time and he explained the vehicle to me, taxing and temporary Lexus insurance was no problem. He explained the service plan and I signed up for it. I extended the Lexus warranty and got a additional 1 year for free ! A 3 year factory warranty on a 8 year old car tells me Lexus back their product ! If this had been BMW or Mercedes I doubt they would have done that ! All in all a pleasant stress free experience and I would recommend the product and your dealership to anyone ! I met Dalius 2.5 years ago, so this has to be the longest car selling cycle in history ! Persistence in sales is a great attribute and it paid off this time. Dalius well done Lad !

One quibble, though, I think when a person spends almost £22k on a "new car" it should automatically include NEW CAR MATS - this applies to all manufacturers, not just Lexus!
Why don't you also NOT include radio, for example, and tell the customer to purchase this separately if they wish?

I didn't buy in the end but the sales enquiries I made were handled by Dalius really well. He went the extra mile for in terms of various pricing and I was offered an above average valuation of my PX.
Dalius also provided lots of good information about the history of the car and even did things like take measurements for me as it was a distance sale.

We arrived at the showroom to view a used vehicle and Dean was there to meet us and answer all our queries over a coffee.A test drive soon followed and as we mentioned we where concerned about the car fitting in the garage,without hesitation Dean suggested extending the test drive to take the car home and try it in the garage which all went to plan.
All the paperwork went smoothly and we collected our car the following week without any problems.
The whole experience was very professional and Dean in particular was very accommodating and followed up with a courtesy call to check everything was ok.

Really efficient and nice people to deal with. I wasn't sure what I wanted for my next car so made an appointment to see Dalius. Dalius is a credit to Lexus, he's a genuinely nice salesman to deal with, honest, knowledgeable and not pushy. I let him know what I wanted my used NX to have and he called me straight away when my ideal vehicle came onto site (and before it went up for sale). Although the vehicle still required preparation to bring it upto Lexus standards, he was very upfront and clear about what would done and the condition I could expect to receive it in. We were allowed to take it for a long test drive and there was no issue when it came to the purchasing part, he was very clear about what the optional extras could offer us, but there was no pressure to make us buy them. It was a very pleasant experience and one I would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the excellent service received from Lexus Nottingham on our long distance purchase. Qasir was very helpful throughout and gave me a part exchange valuation on my car over the phone which the dealership honoured with no issues. I was a bit concerned about the part exchange valuation given the 3 hour drive to the dealership but needn't have worried.
There was an issue with the air-conditioning of the car and the dealership let me take it to my local Lexus centre rather than needing to drive back to Nottingham and Lexus Nottingham paid for the re-gassing direct to my local dealership. All in all excellent customer service and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Given the whole pandemic situation I'd have thought it'd be more of a hassle with the process but that's definitely not the case, lexus are well equipped and go above and beyond to ensure total customer satisfaction. I left my Lexus LC500h for an annual service. I had an update with a short video straight away. But the best part was a courtesy car I received. A top of the range 4x4 beast to drive around. What a treat. What a welcome from the reception staff. I didn’t expected that! I went shopping all the way to Manchester and as I was coming back I stuck at traffic. The office staff were very polite and told me not to worry about. They told me I can come back any time next day as I don’t live locally. I have to travel about 50 miles each way. But they haven’t left without me. Came back the same day.

The Lexus experience is always good relative to their peers, but there are some inconsistencies that need to be ironed out in order for this branch to meet the brand promise.
The staff are reliable and seem to go some way to make sure they own every experience from beginning to end, but the after-sales service is sometimes uneven. For example, if you have a service, you might get a courtesy wash and vac, which is awesome, but only if the guy they paid to do it was diligent and didn't scratch your paintwork, scratch precious SatNav screens in the car and leave water marks all over. Maybe a nominal (i mean nominal!) charge to the customer would assure he had enough time to attend to each car? Sometimes requests for callback go unanswered even in sales(!) which is clearly not good business.
Lexus appears to be much loved by its customers, but for Lexus Nottingham, the pressure of sales targets appears to seep through the tidy exterior from time to time.

First time visiting Lexus Nottingham yesterday for a recall on my car; was greeted in a warm and polite manner by all staff and even offered a hot drink despite the small amount of time I was there.
Courtesy car was quite the treat and certainly one of the nicest cars I've been in; again, presented very well and clean inside and out.
Got my car back later in the afternoon and the member of staff I was dealing with had regretfully informed me of a slight incident in the workshop regarding my car, but said she "would rather be honest and up-front about it". Lexus Nottingham then said they would pay to have the car rectified and get it booked in again next week when another courtesy car is available for me... Much better experience than years of other dealers in one visit!
Overall very happy with service and decorum, plus my car was also given a wash and had some fuel put in as a good will gesture, so top points from me!👍🏻😁

Great experience! Our sales rep Andrew was brilliant and explained everything to us clearly and so we knew how much everything would be. We've had to come back twice due to a tyre pressure sensor issue (first time they just reset and second time they did a full free health check which found the issue) but to be honest they were quick, helpful and fixed it within 3 days of us raising it. On my initial visit to test drive the new UX I was introduced to sales Specialist Dean Jones and we ventured out for a test drive. Really pleased with my purchase of a Mercedes C180 AMG Sport. Fantastic service - honest and professional people work at this dealership. Cars are priced very competitively. Dean Jones went over and above to ensure that my purchase met all requirements. Nothing was forceful and the whole process was very supportive.
Free fuel was put in for me to get back home which was 53miles away. The car was well cleaned and over £472 pounds comprehensive service was done. An early MOT to ensure that the car is ready for me to use immediately. Also new tyres, disks and brakes. To make it even better they included a sat nav module for me as it was something that was advertised but not in the car - a very honest approach to business. Finally the alloys were refurbed together with a full valet. So the 2012 plate car looked brand new when I drove off. I felt absolutely no need to haggle with the price as so much was done to the car already.
Thank you Dean and I hope you get some sort of recognition as you are doing a fantastic job. Thank you also to the manager for politely meeting me at the end for an evaluation of the day. Top place to buy a new or used car of any make.

Initially very impressed with the speed of response from the Franchise about a Lexus RCF. Was sent a comprehensive video including a look underneath the car.
Decided to run a check on the car on the DVLA site and also Glass's guide, immediately noticed that there was a significant discrepancy between the mileage and the recorded mileage on the DVLA/DVSA site.
OU64EPA shows 29k on DVLA but dealer shows 18k, this was explained as the two previous MOTs were completed in Republic of Ireland.
According to agent in DVSA 1st MOT was a ROI number and in KM, but 2nd appeared to be a UK number and he would have thought Miles, but he wasn't sure - the one at 29k. Further told by DVLA that V5C number was not current number for the registration.
Too many loose ends causing me concern, tried to explain this to the salesperson at Lexus in the hope that he would take the initiative, call DVLA (mentioned 3 times he would be able to get more information than me because of GDPR) and get this sorted but alas was too busy telling me how many people were interested in the car and suggesting if i didn't get a move on I would miss the bus.
I have dealt with Lexus (other locations and they have been truly amazing) before and was really disappointed that the salesperson didn't grab the bull by the horns, tell me to leave it with him, fix my concerns and get it resolved.
Came off the phone having wasted a portion of my day feeling frustrated, disappointed and angry.
When you enquire about a car the dealership should be focused on making you feel special and managing the customer experience from start to finish and not talking constantly about how other customers are after this car and you had better get a move on.
Really poor experience and will remain an avid detractor for Lexus Nottingham and Inchcape.
Truly one of the poorest experiences I have had in recent years, I genuinely though that car dealerships had moved on significantly from thinly veiled threats and leveraging the "law of scarcity".
One star, for seller, dealer and franchise, just because they don't allow me to place none....

Following my email to the dealer, similar in nature to the above. I was called by the Lexus Business Manager Nathan, who had taken the time to look into the background of the car and talked me through what had happened and why there was a confusion with the documentation. He apologised for the way I had been treated and also offered to hold the car so that I could at least come and see it and make my decision after that.
He allocated another salesperson to me, Nick, who was superb, prompt and focused on me as a customer, I also had the opportunity to meet with Hadeel the Sales Manager who also took the time out to address my concerns. What was going to be a quick look at the car turned into a situation where I became very comfortable with the team and Lexus Nottingham, and I gained a greater understanding of the leadership culture at the franchise. Suffice to say following this discussion I placed a deposit on the car and I picked it up on Sunday, the process was slick and Nathan, Nick and Hadeel made the whole process of buying the car an absolute pleasure, so with that in mind I will be changing my rating.
As someone who has spent many years in sales, it is a complex psychologically driven process, the bonds of trust can be easily broken at a very early stage and it takes a special kind of human to rebuild what had been broken by others. Not only to the extent it gets back to neutral, but goes beyond that to a real deep positive regard. I am incredibly impressed with the leadership of Lexus Nottingham (Nathan, Hadeel) and the customer service delivery of Nick.

For first time in my life( and I’m 43 years old- not so young :)), I had bought different sort of cars in different countries where I lived, and because of him I bought the Lexus NX300 2016 about which I’m very pleased without viewing it in person.
I bought it only after he showed it to me on a very professional informative and well presented video that he produced and sent to me by email post my enquiry on auto trader.
It felt as if I was there and I didn’t need to travel from London to Nottingham.
More Over, the PCP finance was smooth thanks to his professionalism and support along with his colleague Raj.
He also arranged a driver to drive the car to me in London after finalising the whole process then there was a tiny unintentional mistake that the car was advertsied with SAT NAV while the vehicle didn’t have it- when I called him to check, guess what ? Without any sort of trouble, he went out of his way (didn’t direct me to an after sales service and manage the incident with few paint work in my nearest convenient Lexus Incchape to be done for free).
He just made it right for me without pushing back.
TBH, what can anyone want more than this?
Dean provides me with the best in class service for which I will always buy/upgrade my cars through him (my trust was in the right place).

I bought a part exchange vehicle from Lexus Nottingham and they really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was a happy customer regardless of the fact that I was actually buying another brand.
Just before they were about to sell me the car they did a final inspection and noticed a small fluid leak and a cigarette burn in the front seat. They told me that they wanted the car to be perfect for me and had the seat re-upholstered and the small leak turned out to be a AYC pump which needed replacing at a total cost of £3600 which they paid for without batting an eyelid!
After taking delivery of the car, a service warning light came on which turned out to be a broken rear diff with a replacement cost of £2600. Once again, Lexus arranged for my car to be collected from London and left me with a beautiful Lexus RC 300h F Sport courtesy car and paid for all the repairs.

I purchased a Lexus in 2006 and after 3 years decided to upgrade to a Mercedes C Class. This was probably the biggest mistake I ever made as everything about Mercedes lacked the quality of Lexus not only in terms of the vehicle but more importantly the service from the Nottingham dealer. At the end of my term with Mercedes I didn't hesitate in going back to Lexus and had it confirmed that customer care is at the heart of everything Inchcape Lexus do. I have nothing by praise for this dealership and will not make the same mistake again in future. Top marks for Tom and the team and i'll be back next year to upgrade. 10/10

I visited the notts site today as I wanted to see what it would be like to drive the IS300h. I was particularly interested to gauge the performance of the cvt auto gearbox against the dsg gearbox my Audi A3 Sportback has as most motoring mag reviews are less than flattering. I was also interested in the hybrid system. due to short staffing I had to wait quite a while but was provided with a sandwich from Tom Pollard the general manager which I think was his own. after the wait I was taken out for a test drive and it was worth the wait. the car felt very grown up and comfortable and I must say I was more than happy with the cvt gearbox. at no time was I put under pressure and found the staff that were there very friendly and helpful. I left very satisfied that I had found out what I needed to know and will now review my options. the experience even with the wait lived up to the lexus high standards.

I recently purchased an approved 'used' car from Inchcape Nottingham a couple of weeks ago. Although our budget could not extend to a brand new vehicle, the way we were treated was exemplary. A manner in which is often only customary when spending an excessive amount of money.
We dealt with a wonderful lady called Zelda and it was clear from the beginning she was knowledgeable and encouraging without being overzealous. Zelda eliminated all of our concerns and filled us with confidence in the vehicle we had chosen to purchase. Her commitment and drive has continued post sales and she has been just as attentive in dealing with any outstanding issues. Whent in there for a brake and airbag recall which I booked 3 weeks ago as they had to order the parts in. I was told it'sa all day job so was given a courtesy car.
After collection I aksed for the job they did and was told they sorted the airbag..
So when I asked them about the master brake cylinder the guy stuttered and said the part isn't available.
So basically they made me wait 3 weeks and told me that the job was completed when clearly it isn't.
So now i'm waiting on the parts so I could book another appointment.
I almost walked out thinking thay they sorted the brakes out.
