I am in Italy with my LHD car, having bought it whilst in Australia and had it delivered to my home in the UK. It could not have been easier thanks to Gavin at LHD supermarket. Having sent him my specification I received a detailed choice of vehicles with pictures. Buying a car over the internet that I had never seen raised concerns but Gavin and his team guided me through the process. Every question I had was answered clearly and promptly. Every step of the process was clearly explained and I was consistently reassured that the vehicle would be exactly as described, and so it was. My car was duly delivered, fully UK registered and ready to drive away, in my case to Italy. I would highly recommend Gavin and LHD supermarket and would happily use them again.

I bought a slightly used Alfa Romeo 159 (which was in Germany before being brought to the UK) from LHD and Gavin made the experience pleasant and hassle free. I needed a LHD van, automatic transmission - apparently like hen's teeth ! It was a difficult search but Gavin persevered until he found a van fitting our wish list. Paying up front did initially seem quite daunting however it all worked out very well. He really did come up trumps. Gavin could teach a lot of companies the right way to run a business - he always replied to calls, usually by email, quite promptly and unfailingly did his best to answer all queries. The van he managed to get for us suits us perfectly. It brought us, 2 dogs and 2 cats all the way here - a 3 day journey the first week of January through some appalling weather - without a hitch. It is running very well, everything in good working order. It is a pleasure to drive our MB Vito - would recommend it. I now need a LHD automatic car as well and the only thing stopping me using Gavin again are the Portuguese car tax laws. Thank you very much Gavin for your excellent service
