Very smooth transaction process. The information provided online about the vehicle I purchased was highly accurate and so detailed I didn't have much to check when I actually arrived to view it. These guys are honest and trustworthy retailers and were very upfront about the handful of small flaws the vehicle had, saving me the time of looking for them myself. Paperwork was completed quickly and I was even offered home delivery. All in all would definitely recommend this business

Excellent all round! As soon as we arrived they gave me the keys to start looking round the vehicle, and were also very accommodating in organising a viewing time. Moved other cars out the way so I could test drive without needing to ask. Once I had decided to buy the vehicle, they provided me with all the info they could and were very organised with their systems - even got us some milk specially so we could have a tea! Couldn't recommend these guys enough to be honest.

Recently travelled from Lincoln to see a Ford S Max advertised by Loyal Auto. On arrival Imad and he team were great, not pushy and happy for us to inspect the car and test drive it. The car was extremly clean, the description as stated and the customer service excellent. We did not buy it that day, but rather than chase us, Imad was very kind and patient answering any questions we had. Would definately recommend. Thanks to Imad and the team for a great car purchase.
