From my initial enquiry to collecting my car, I've never been so happy and impressed with a garage. Since owning my car I've had quite a number of issues (guess I just bought a bit of a lemon) so I was really stuck with what to do and considered selling the car on numerous occasions. Fortunately I came across MB centre and they have genuinely made me fall in love with the car again, and the brand! All of my MOT and servicing needs will be directed to these guys going forward. Hopefully they work on other cars too so they can look after my wife's car aswell!

Took my car in yesterday for a software update and I was very impressed with MB Colwick. Gary was great and nothing was too much trouble. The garage had my car for a very short period but it was washed and came back looking immaculate. These touches go a long way, will certainly be returning!

Fantastic service from Nick and the team on a Sprinter. Could have readily replaced an entire exhaust section at huge cost however Nick was able to use his skill and experience to actually repair the existing part saving me a small fortune. Great communication and quick turn around on the job.

I had a problem with water entering my 2008 Mercedes CLS 320 CDI through the drivers footwell. I booked the car in for some investigation work through Gary Lee and I stated that I would need to be pragmatic about the cost to cure the leak due to its age as water did not enter the car when parked nose down on my driveway. He agreed and following some investigation with a pressure washer and removal of some items no water was found to be entering the footwell. When I collected the car I had a discussion with Gary and Andy the technician who carried out the work and the only thing they could suggest was to replace the original scuttle panel to see if that might cure it? The part was ordered from Germany and arrived very quickly and I returned to have it fitted. Fingers crossed that this would be the cure so I took the car home parked it on the driveway this time nose up there was torrential rain overnight and the following morning the interior was dry! I would just like to say a big thank you to Gary for fantastic customer service througout and would highly recommend the MB Centre to anybody requiring any work on their Mercedes for a highly proffessional customer experience. I would also like to say a special thank you to Andy the technician.

This is my second time using MB centre for service, MOT etc. I find MB very professional in the way they conduct business, especially Garry as, when he is going to phone or explain what he is going to do on my car he does this thoroughly. Fact or psychological the car appears to run better, Certainly got more poke should make the overtaking of long vehicles a breeze. My Mercedes had an engine warning light come on while 200 miles away from home. I contacted MB-Centre Nottingham having had the fault codes downloaded by the RAC and then forwarded the information to the MB-Centre. They reassured me that the car would make the return journey back home and arranged a slot for my car in their workshops that same afternoon. The repairs were carried out and finished by lunch the following day. It was an outstanding team effort from the various phone calls I received, to the diagnostic work carried out and to the repair itself. I was pleasantly surprised with the invoice at the end considering the various stops MB-Centre pulled out to get me back on the road again. It wasn’t until I got home I noticed that they even washed my car. It’s nice to know in this day and age that there are still companies with this level of support. Absolutely brilliant service. This is the 2nd service I’ve had here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. When I collected my car after it’s service, they’d fixed a few extra little problems that I’d mentioned to them. As a lady on her own, I felt completely comfortable. (Unlike some places I’ve been before) They did my service, fixed my little extra problems and gave me advice on some extra bits. It’s also came back washed and spotless!! Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Special mention to Garry who was very approachable, understanding and kept me updated on the progress. Great communication.

My wife and I have both driven Mercedes Benz for about the last 30 years and for the last 15 years (approximately) MB Centre have looked after our cars. They are ultra reliable and have always done an excellent job. Why pay main dealer prices when you can save about 50% off labour charges? MB technicians are all fully MB trained and they only fit genuine MB parts. If only everything in life was as reliable as the MB Centre!

Amazing!! Absolute 5 star service and above! My Land Rover Evoque has faulted since purchased new. It has spent over 3.5 months at JLR main dealer on 24 separate occasions over the last 3 years with a fault they could not rectify. Yesterday I spent an hour in the cold waiting for a recovery driver to pick up my car. Nothing against the recovery firm but they could not do it. MB centre came out later . They asked for my keys and said they would fix it. I went inside took off my coat and went to the kitchen to make coffee. Looking out the window I noted that the car had gone. We had a problem with our gearbox and rang the guys at MB centre and they didn't have a slot for 2 weeks due to furlough and lockdown, when i explained my wife is a nurse and it was her only way to get to work they told us to drop it off the next day they would look at it ASAP, we got it back in 2 days fixed. Absolutely outstanding customer service from Adam at the MB Centre. I phoned them up asking for a quote to replace a Nox sensor. After receiving the quote, Adam suggested speaking to a MB dealer first to see if they would be willing to contribute towards the cost given that my car is only 3 months out of warranty. He then offered to speak to a dealer on my behalf and as a result, managed to get MB to agree to pay for it all saving me over £500. I will now only use MB Centre moving forward. Thanks Adam

I fitted Power steering to my Smart 451, which required the ECU programming to accept it. The guys at MB Centre quoted me & I waited while the job was done. They hadn't done this before (not many have!) and ran into a small complication which needed more software work doing. They did this all within the quoted price, which was acceptable. I'll be coming here for all service work from now on, very knowledgable and friendly.

Booked my Automatic C250 in due to the engine not ticking over or stalling when placed in gear. Previously been into Mercland.co.uk with the same problem in which the car was there for 5 weeks (warranty) and still the original problem was not resolved. Anyway, My problem was all sorted within 3 hrs of investigation (New crankshaft sensor) I was so happy that it wasn't the ECU. The guys were very friendly and my car even got a wash.
