Excellent service, I received fantastic experience buying my second new car with Philip. He’s the right person in the right place. I trust him 100%. Harriet was extremely helpful from initially making me a personal video of the car and answered all queries I had, no pressure on purchasing it. It was my birthday on Friday and Harriet ensured that the car would be ready on my birthday, she even went above and beyond to decorate the car with a birthday banner and a lovely message in the car. My last visit was great l. The gentleman who dealt with me was excellent. The time before was a but of a joke - I dropped my car for a safety recall and warranty repair at 9am in the morning. No one even looked at my car until 3.30pm (I can see in my merc app when someone unlocked my car) and I was told when I went in to collect my car that the parts for the job were not available - even though it was booked in approx one month in advance. Plenty of time to get the parts. I was then advised the incorrect day to return for the works to be completed. So all in all its cost me about £35-£40 in fuel going to and from the showroom/garage to get the safety recall and warranty repair sorted. Which I'm not impressed with.

The panoramic sunroof on my A Class 200 AMG Line Premium Plus failed to operate. As the vehicle was still under manufacturer's warranty, an appointment was made for a full diagnostic check and the fault on the sunroof was detected as being a faulty motor. The part was ordered, sent overnight to Inchcape and the problem resolved. It was not a problem being without the vehicle for 24 hours. Louise (McKinley (??)), as the service team negotiator, was absolutely superb in the way she kept us informed on what was happening and, as well, with her friendly open approach both in person and over the phone. One area where there’s room for improvement is in the car inspection from the service/maintenance side: they didn’t check all USBC ports and one is jammed… I only realised the day after I picked up the car when I tried to plug something in that port…

When I recently purchased a nearly new car, there were a couple of issues with the car on delivery.
The thing which makes a dealer great is the way that issues are rectified. I’ve had this tested and I’m very pleased with how I’ve been treated.
I’ve been supported throughout by the salesman Stefan. Who has been available and approachable at all times.
Everyone I’ve spoken to has made it clear that they will provide excellent customer service. They have.
Knowing how good the dealer has dealt with issues gives me confidence to use them again without question.

I think that my service was done well, although it's difficult to say as I didn't exactly get a whole host of communication from Mercedes about it. I was told on the video that I had a red warning for my front windscreen wiper and that someone would be in touch to discuss this, and two amber warnings on my back tyres. I was fully expecting to ask Mercedes to go ahead and sort these for me while they had the car, but the next I heard was the man turning up at my door bringing my car back. So as usual from the service department, I had absolutely no communication at all really, so you've lost out on that work as I'll take it somewhere else to have it sorted. I honestly think that the service department at Mercedes is by a mile the worst I have ever had from any dealership and I would never take a service plan with yourselves again in the future.

I phoned on a Thursday to ask about a car I'd seen. I spoke with Harriet Smith who was extremely helpful and reserved the car for me ( with a refundable deposit ) until I visited on the Saturday and after a short test drive and price discussion I agrreed to buy the car with a trade in. There were a few issues which Harriet dealt with smoothly and efficiently. .The car was delivered to me the following Thursday and my trade in collected.. I have a long history of buying and selling cars for my personal use. I think I have only once once given a 5 star rating for a car sales person . From the initial welcome from the reception desk to the discussions with Bilal I thought the process was handled in a very friendly but professional manner.
Negotiation was tough but the explanation for this was accepted and an amicable deal concluded. The paperwork was transacted efficiently and the handover and vehicle presentation was first class.

Louise and the service team excellent. Unfortunately I don’t have any positive feedback regarding the smart repairs.
I have an ongoing issue that has not been resolved, Kelvin in sales was helping but not followed anything through to fruition.
Louise has now offered to help. Kelvin’s assurances have not been fulfilled. I remain totally frustrated and on reflection now know that I should not have accepted handover of the vehicle on collection day. I took Kelvin at his word on that day. I do hope the smart repairs can be sorted as a priority as the remain outstanding from May. On this part I feel very let down.

Sensational. I can't praise these guys enough to be honest.
My CLS class was diagnosed with a fault by my local garage who suggested I contacted Mercedes Benz directly to repair the problem after attempting to rectify themselves and subsequently failing. All I could see were £ signs.
I contacted Mercedes Benz in Lincoln who couldn't have been any more unhelpful (if you're local to them I suggest you take your car literally anywhere else). For a second opinion, I contacted the Nottingham branch who went the extra mile from the off.
The chap I spoke to initially asked for my registration first and immediately advised me that my car had been recalled due to a known fault with it's NOx sensors, the same fault that my local garage had diagnosed and attempted to fix. He booked me in for the following week but couldn't promise that the recall would resolve the problem, understandably.
I took my car in for repair on the day and six hours later I received a call to say the work had been carried out and the car was ready to collect. When I arrived, the lady on reception was very helpful and within seconds, Louise came beaming a huge smile and presented me the not just the news that my car had been fixed and the fault had been cleared, but they'd also carried out a health check on my brakes and tyres and all was fine, but had also washed and vacuumed the car as part of the service.
I haven't paid a penny to Mercedes Benz for their work, outstanding service and exemplary valeting skills. It feels like new, drives like new and I want to treat it like its new.
The lesson here is never be afraid to take your car to a main dealership, because they're not all there to take as much money off you as they can. Lincoln MB might be, but certainly not Nottingham.
Looking forwards to returning to MB Nottingham to purchase my next car.

We did not end up buying anything but that is due to our specific circumstances but our whole experience with MB of Nottingham was excellent. I was going to by a Marco Polo Camper, never been in one and could see them going very quickly having done my research. Enquired about one but a deposit was already taken on it. The prospective customer’s circumstances had changed. Kelvin phoned me two days later and invited me up to take a look. I and my son went up, he showed us around with all the many features – all socially distanced – and then I was going to take it for a test drive. Kelvin in the meantime had a call from the original interested party who now wanted to buy it. I was obviously disappointed but Kelvin let me test drive a similar vehicle and said he would get me another in stock by the end of the week. Sure enough he did. I paid a deposit of £1000. I then saw another one over the weekend (private sale) with an awning and heater and went for that. Phoned MB on the Monday and they had no problem refunding my deposit. To think I never ended up buying anything but the whole MB experience at Nottingham was definitely a positive experience. Thanks Paul.

Both occasions we’ve been to Mercedes Nottingham (in 2018 and again May 2021), Bilal has made the whole experience completely stress free and seamless. One thing which really stands out about Bilal’s service is the honesty and integrity throughout. We never feel as though he is trying to hide costs or small details, instead he simply tells us all possible alternatives and their relative costs and let’s us make the decision that suits us best, whether that be part exchanging vs selling privately or deciding whether or not to upgrade our car before the finance had ended. Rather than feel as though he is trying to force a sale and get us to spend more money, he really considers what is best for us and our current position; no pushy sales techniques. On both occasions we’ve taken out a finance car with Bilal we’ve walked away knowing we’ve got a good deal, rather than regretting being forced into going for something we can’t afford. Bilal really goes the extra mile, is always polite and goes above and beyond to build rapport. If it wasn’t for Bilal we probably would have gone for another manufacturer second time round but the whole sales experience with Bilal has kept us sticking with Mercedes for a second time. Would definitely recommend to friends and family interested in getting a new car.

Excellent service from Devin Rogers and Ian Dring during the initial purchase of a new C Class and when collecting the car on the 1 Sept. I changed the car specification after the initial agreement and they were fantastic at adapting to the additional requirements with absolutely no fuss whatsoever. There were a few small delays with getting answers from the dealership before the car was ready for collection but these were not major issues and were quickly resolved. I have to say that when I did mention the communication delays the dealership were exceptional with how they handled my comments...certainly putting in that extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied with the outcome and to me that is the sign of excellent customer service. Was told that Mercedes only allow £15 of fuel on a used car, thought that was rather poor.

My first experience of booking in my plug in hybrid car for a new car key to be coded with the car, and wanted a few other bits and pieces to be looked at .From the first phone call i was made to feel very welcome and was pleased with the service i recieved. On the day of taking the car to Nottingham i found the service excellent, nothing was any trouble and i was very surprised to be offered a health check of the car to check things over. I was even asked if i would like the car cleaned and valeted, i declined as i had recently cleaned the car.
Everything went to time and i recieved a phone call ahead of collection to be informed everything was fine with the health check. I recieved first class service and would recommend to anyone thinking of booking their Mercedes in at this centre. Only gave 4 starts out of 5 due to the centre wasn't able to code my key to the car, i now have to take it to Leicester.

After having been to many dealers over the last few weeks, whilst deciding what car to replace my Mercedes GLC350 with, I came across Harriet (sales consultant) & subsequently Tim (Business Manager) at Nottingham Inchcape Mercedes. Nothing was too much trouble at all, from the time I stepped into the dealership to discuss what car to have, the two test drives I had in one day, discussing my part exchange and then the advice of the finance options available. Overall good experience. Car is superb and Harriet's pre and post sales interaction was very good. She even picked me up from the train station. Only negatives were on test drive we had to wait a while for the BD to show and on picking up the car had to wait as valet hadn't been done. Would recommend however.

I could have given 4 star's but there is the issue of parking!
I understand that space is always an issue with a busy business, but why is there not allocated service bay only parking.
Not completely sure if I understood correctly but when I booked my service online, it indicated that I would have a given parking space!?
The other little thing with my online booking was I was informed that someone from Mercedes Nottingham would contact me closer to my date to confirm arrangements but I had to check with the service department the same day to make sure my car was actually booked in!!

Upon my first visit to Mercedes Nottingham, I was greeted by a pleasant young lady on the front desk who informed me that someone would see me shrotly.
I was then greeted by Pete, who is a used car salesman. I knew what car I wanted to look at and we had a chat on the way. I quickly established that Pete was an approachable, polite and genuine guy. We exchanged details and arranged a test drive. Pete was very accommodating with this as my working hours are often awkward.
I arrived for the test drive and was quickly greeted by Pete after a short wait at the front desk. The car was fuelled up and ready to go. The drive was awesome and Pete answered any and every question I threw at him. If there was anything he wasn’t 100% sure on, he was certain to find out before answering me. When we arrived back at the dealership, we searched for a car and eventually, after some digging around in the system, we found one that had just arrived on site. I viewed it and although I wasn’t sure on the colour at first, but the specification was spot on and it was meant to be. I put a deposit down there and then, just to mull it overnight. I soon decided that it was definitely the one I wanted. I emailed Pete and he was quick to reply to get the ball rolling to complete the purchase. Pete informed me of an issue with a tyre on the car a day or so later and he was apologetic but it delayed the process by a couple of days.
Collection day. I walked in and I was early by about 25 minutes, I had a drink in the lounge and waited for my allocated time and then Pete appeared, looking professional as always with all the relevant paperwork. We had a good chat and was offered all the extra cover and protections offered by Mercedes, during this time, Pete wasn’t pushy, although he highly recommended the products and added in his own experience using some of them, he didn’t push me into anything. We completed and went out to the car, where Pete explained all the features of the car and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the dealership.
Throughout the whole process at Mercedes-Benz Nottingham, I had mainly dealt with Pete, other than the ladies on the front desk, Nathan and Adam from the service department. Pete never failed to answer a question fully and give a more than satisfactory answer. Pete was very thorough in everything he did from the details about the cost of road funding, to quadruple checking the amounts he entered for the sale to the explanation of the features on the car. I fully recommend Pete for anyone wanting to purchase an approved used Mercedes-Benz from Nottingham. An open and honest guy with a the right approach to selling cars.

However, I find that getting hold of personnel is sometimes very frustrating, particularly around 4pm when invariably the calls seems to go onto hold and information is thrown at you as to what to do, but always ends with the calls being abruptly terminated, not by the operator but by the automated system - very aggravating
