What a genuinely honest and down to earth chap Duncan is, not the typical car salesman. Great communication, a warm welcome and even bought some treats for our dog! Vehicle was described honestly and looked just as good as expected when we viewed it in person and Duncan went above and beyond to help, even on a Sunday and Monday 'after hours' ! After more than one month from purchase when I done 1k miles and car was in garage to check that everything is fine, I can say - huge thanks for this vehicle (Mondeo). Works great (engine too), looks great and I and my partner we're very happy that we have this nice white Ford. There was couple things to do (it's 4 y ears old car), but for this super price with full service book, and two keys, I can't say anything wrong. Duncan is very open and polite man, who is interested in the customer even after the purchase. We came for this car from Norfolk, and it was worth our time and miles. No lies and honesty. So, if somebody looking for a good car dealer, this is good place. I was on the several car shops, and always cars was painting, scratched and looks very badly plus this huge prices... We'll back again if we want to change car in the future!
