Nathan from Audi Nottingham was the person I had contact with the whole time, starting from sending me detailed videos of the car I was going to view, to shaking hands when I signed the contracts to my lovely new car! Even when the original car I was going to view sold, he was very efficient and quick to find a similar car to fit my needs.

As a first time buyer I had to get the train to Nottingham station, where Nathan kindly offered to collect me and drive me to the dealership. On arrival there was a friendly atmosphere, with my car freshly valeted and ready for a test drive. After an enjoyable drive I decided to purchase the car, although by this time it was rather late in the day. Fortunately, thanks to Nathan and a handful of admin staff who agreed to stay late to push through the paperwork, I was able to drive away the same day, saving me two long train journeys to collect the car at a later date.

B.I’ve had previous dealing with this branch many years ago which put me off so I was pleasantly surprised when a last ditch enquiry from myself was answered quickly and efficiently by Daniel Rana.
