I can't be more complimentary about NottingCar.com. Right from the first phone call, nothing was too much effort or trouble. The whole process was slick, pleasant and easy. Warm welcome when we arrived at the sales office, offered a cup of tea or coffee. We arrived at 11:30 and were away within 90 minutes in our new car. Highly recommend and will remember for future!

Put a deposit down for a car but had to cancel the order. True to their word, the garage agreed to refund most of the deposit back. So that was appreciated.

Friendly non-pushy approach! We were looked after by Jonno who was really friendly and helpful without the usual ‘sales’ approach. We test drove the car and he explained all the features. Jonno made the process easy and even sorted the tax out on the new car and getting the tax back on my old car. Will definitely use again in the future.

The patience and professionalism of all the staff was fantastic. Worth the 2hr drive as the vehicle I bought was exactly as advertised if not better than expected. Easy to recommend dealing with a great bunch of people. Just be aware with two football teams and a cricket stadium choose your time to visit. Busy place!

We reserved a car and on arrival it was well prepared and at the front of the showroom ready for an inspection. Will was (sales chap) polite, informative but definitely not pushy. There was a good area to test drive the car without venturing onto the busy Nottingham streets. A deal was made and believe both parties, parted happy. Highly recommend Nottingham cars. Hands down best experience buying a car I’ve had. I’ve had a rough old time of late being a district nurse and having my car stolen with all my gear in so it was really refreshing to have such an effortless purchase with Nottingham cars. I bought a 17 plate Mini Cooper clubman from these guys. I called them up before arriving today last minute (I live 2.5 hours away in essex). The car was all prepared ready to view when I arrived. The guys were attentive without being overbearing and pushy which is great in my opinion. They let us have a look around the vechicle in our own time without looming over me and my partner. They allowed a plenty of time for me to have a test drive and a tinker with the car out the back again without the pushy tactics you sometimes get. They managed to squeeze in a very last minute mot as their standards are very high and they like to ensure your getting a quality motor. And credit to them the owner waited after closing hours to make sure I was happy and got my car. Buying was seamless from these guys and they really went the extra mile to ensure I drove off with the car the same day. Top class service!

Bought a car from here 3 months ago; Hyundai IX-35. I like to wait with cars, before reviewing to ensure no issues crop up after a week. To start, the team were very welcoming, friendly and covid safe! Clean lock up, and car too. Asked if I wanted a test drive, but I was in a rush so I declined. Was told I have 1 year warranty for the car, excluding tyre and brakes (which was okay with me). Car was MOTd the day before, all good to go. I noticed after driving for about 20 minutes, the brakes were jumpy (brake then not then brake etc) which I put down to not being used for a while and needed wearing in. After a few days its began to annoy me, used trusty google which said the pads may need changing and it sounded like the were worn down different, again fine. So I waited as it wasnt showing as a major issues to fix. Anyway, my point, nearly 2 months down the line and the squeaking started. Upon Inspection I had no pads, and the disks also needed changing due to the wear and grind on them. I'm fine with the car needing work, its 9 years old but to have a fresh MOT with no advisories for ANYTHING baffled me. Considering the brake pads would have shown as worn. I would have contacted them direct, but this isnt covered under warranty. To finalise, a good review for the company with the minor issue of the brakes. I would shop here again, but maybe take advantage of that test drive.
