I can only speak from my own dealings with Brian Cooke ,which were excellent Brian came to my house and straight away we bonded looked at my Car and after a bit of haggling we made a deal no extras taken of for doing the paper work ect like a well known firm o tv does .and within three minutes of us agreeing the price the money was in my account two minutes later DVlA had sent me an email saying the Car was no longer mine .
