I had arranged a full detail on my Winnebago several months prior to my appointment as I was aware Smart Valeting are very busy and are booked up well in to the future, which I took as a good sign when booking with them. Dell and Wayne turned up on the day of my appointment and after the usual greetings started work on detailing my Winnebago 5th Wheel. After spending all day, and I mean the best part of 12 hours the result is breathtaking and needless to say I couldn't by happier with their work. Both Dell and Wayne are both very friendly and chatty and easy to get on with and their knowledge and skill of everything associated with valeting is second to none. I can't rate them highly enough as their workmanship is first class. So much so I have booked them to come again in six months for another machine polish.

We had our caravan washed and waxed by Del who was a really nice man and did an absolutely brilliant job . We had spent 9 weeks in Spain and had 2 sand storms while we were there . So was in need of a deep clean . Really pleased looks like a new van again . Can definitely recommend and will be In touch again when in needs a clean again .

I had a leaflet dropped through my door and was not sure how good or if they were actually a reputable company, I dropped them an email as I had some questions they responded very quickly and gave me Del’s number to chat one to one.. I did not do this as was still unsure about the costs and the results and by chance I was away with my Caravan and across from our pitch they were cleaning a 5th wheel, I asked for Del, he was there along with Wayne both cleaning the 5th wheel. Both me and my other half were very impressed with the quality of work and the dedication, they treated it as it was their own van…guess what based on that I booked him to do my van and must say it’s looking like new once again. He even managed to remove the overspray from when I sprayed my fences last year…I will defo be using them on a regular basis to keep my Caravan tip top.

After two years of being sat under a tree in storage I thought my caravan had had it- it was absolutely filthy and covered in mold. Wayne has done a great job sorting out some difficult marks on my white car- tar and yellow specs which normal cleaning would not resolve. I can’t remember when the car looked this white! Also did an extra special job of cleaning the dog hair from the estate space. Great communications and a pleasure to do business with. Well done guys!

I’ve never used a mobile service before on a car, but since buying a Mercedes, I felt using a standard scratch and shine car wash twice a month was not an option. These guys are the best you can get, after weeks of looking at other businesses they have a clear monopoly when it comes to quality and performance. The products used are of a high quality and they never miss a detail! They’ve spotted my car top to bottom, inside and out, the wheels even look near new due to the tyre black and the tarmac removal on the car body which is in a standard valet. The attention to detail is outstanding, it’s like driving my car new every time. Thank you team, especially Dell and Wayne!
