Few hiccups, not directly the dealerships fault, but got there in the end. Found Luke to be incredibly helpful, personable and relatable. If he didn't know the answer he wasn't afraid to admit it but would do his best to find out. Ended up leaving the dealership with a smile on my face and driving the car I originally sought out to get, can't beat that! As with most dealerships the parking is a bit tight due to the relatively small site although there is on street parking just outside. Overall I'd recommend Stoneacre for your next car just make sure you shop around beforehand and do your research so you have a figure in mind.

Leigh Prince the sales manager dealt with me he was so kind and helpful, he sourced the right car and made it happen with my budget taking me through every break down cost until we found the most suitable car. Wonderful service from Keith and the lovely lady who called me back when my car was fixed. My car was being fixed due to a recall fault so it was the first time I'd ever used them. Found the team ever so friendly and approachable and was even offered a coffee! The sort of service I used to enjoy when I used to take my car into Honda a good seven years back! When my car was ready, they'd not only done me a free health check on it, but they'd also washed it and made it look lovely for me! I was really touched and there was no pressure applied to get other stuff fixed which was highlighted in the report. It was nice to find out to be honest. Great customer service! Listened carefully, wasn’t pushy regarding extras, went the extra mile to ensure that the car was a perfect fit. Highly recommend. I have to edit this review as I had to return the car I first bought. Sales staff were good at finding me another vehicle, but incredibly slow (it took 3 months for them to do so). Since then, another almost 3 months later, they have yet to give me the promised back seat headrest and spare key, and won't respond to my messages or emails about these, or about an issue which has popped up about the car. They do, however, repeatedly contact me about the V5C for the returned car; so they are able to respond when THEY want to. After sales service needs a lot better care than is currently provided.

Great service from Ian Bell at Stoneacre Nottingham. We had driven up from Northampton to view the car with the intention of having to return another day if we decided to purchase. Ian pulled out all the stops to allow the transaction to be completed that afternoon including dealing with a part exchange of the car we arrived in, service on the Suzuki, and the installation of heated seats. While waiting all staff were friendly and accommodating providing plenty of coffee and good humour. Ian went out of his way to explain the workings of the new car before we left, and even arranged for some items we had left in our old car to be returned to us by post the next day. I first went in to Stoneacre 3 weeks ago and met a really nice chap, Ian, he asked what I was looking for in a car, so after me reeling off the minimum of 5 things the car had to have, Ian started showing me and my 2 daughters around, now what I have to mention is that we were having a "crutch off" he and one of my daughters were hobbling around. So anyhoo after narrowing it down to my price range and still keeping everything I was looking for then lan showed me a car I hadn't thought of, which had not what I was looking for, but more car than I thought I could get. And after quite a long test drive, without the pressure expected,I said I would have to get my other half to have a look first, but that was no problematic all. Well I went in had another look and another member of the sales team Matt, showed us around and after securing my car with a deposit it was nearly all done. I had to go back on Thursday to fill in the paperwork and pick my car up. Ian was there to hand over the keys ensure I understood all the basic operations to drive out safely. Now I dont know if it has come through on this but every member of staff could not do enough for us and they made us feel at ease, we had a laugh along the way which made it all an enjoyable experience. I would like to say I now know why Ian has all those thank you cards on the wall behind his desk, if you go in soon you will see mine amongst them.

My good friend Paul (Brand Manager) and his team are always very friendly, approachable and never pushy. In fact, Paul is alwaus telling me not to change just, rather than giving me the "hard sell", but I'm always welcome to go for a trst drive. Phil is very sincere and always makes follow-up phone calls and sends emails to check everything is alright and I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Variava once; who is a true gentleman with a passion for fun. The word passion sums up the staff at Chris Variava. Anyone who knows Paul Jones will tell you no one else in the Alfa world is more passionate about the cars he sells and this is reflected in his team. I really must bring this review to an end now, as met up with Paul last night and around twenty of the East Midlands Alfa Romeo Owner's Club, along with their cars, at The George and Dragon pub in Thringston. Great bunch of friendly people. Paul had come straight from work. I was the odd one out, as I didn't go in my wife's Giulietta; I went in my Toyota GT 86!!! After being frustrated by the lack of new models Alfa have (not) introduced over the past six years I changed and bought what the Alfa Brera should've evolved into. However, Alfa are on the way back, with more new releases than Abba planned over the next couple of years. You can be sure that the best deals to be had will be from Chris Variava, so I'd recommend making journeys of 100 miles or more to pay them a visit. I live 50 miles away. After last night's Alfa experience, my Alfa Red blood is closer to the surface and my passion reignited. Elfisti.
