After having a really bad experience on several occasions at the Stratstone Land Rover at Derby we were on the verge of giving up until we attended the Nottingham branch and immediately met with one of their sale advisors who found us a car instantly and we drove away with it one week to the day! Nothing was too much trouble, every single individual I spoke to were amazing and made the process so much easier. An amazing group of people to deal with and we absolutely love the car! Thank you!!

I’ve had my first land rover for nearly a year now which I absolutely love!! Whenever I have endured an issue with my car Laura has been more than helpful, (gone over and above for me). She really is a credit to the company. I tell all my friends if they need anything doing to their Land Rovers to use this one as the service I have experienced has always been amazing. Yesterday I needed something for a friend for his defender 90 and he used his local branch in sheffield that fobbed him off and told him to go online (which can’t be found online) I called Laura to help my friend and within a few hours she got back to me and helped me with the problem. Now its all been sorted.
The service I receive from this branch makes me want to return to Land Rover and more specifically the Nottingham branch as I know I always receive a fantastic service. Couldn’t recommend them more if I tried and especially Laura who genuinely cares about the customers. Thanks Laura for all your help.

I recently took my Ranger Rover Sport in for some warranty and a service. Upon entry I was greater by some very friendly faces. I was offered a drink while I waited before talking to a fabulous service adviser who was very knowledgeable and helpful. They arranged a courtesy car for me and I was on my way. Through the process I was regularly updated and sent a healthy check video of my car!! New tyres needed…. Oops. I picked my car up, which was freshly washed, and was explained everything that was done to it. Great service all round. Good video and would definitely recommend.

My experience with the dealership in repairing my car is somewhat mixed. The experience was good because the problem was finally found and resolved. Bad because of the convoluted route getting to the resolution. Astronomical costs because it's THE dealership, so I painfully accept that. An initial diagnosis that I, an untrained mechanic, knew was wrong (with the help of the internet) sent me on a merry-go-round and added to my expenses. Like I said, the issues were resolved and I'm a bit out-of-pocket but again, Land Rovers aren't cheap. So, thank you.

Lovely place with wonderful people. We came in about a week ago (in June 2022) looking to upgrade our car to a Range Rove Evoque we had seen online. We met with Tom who showed us the car (which was better than expected) and got the papers sorted for us to have a test drive. It drove like a dream and when we got back to the dealership, we immediately applied for finance. The finance got sorted within 3-4 days, we then had the official handover managed by Kadie.
All through the process, Tom and Kadie were very professional and polite. Great customer service before, during and after the car’s delivery. 5 stars for sure!

Bought my lovely new Velar in May and unfortunately had a few technical issues, however nothing was a bother to the service department, sorted me out with a fab loan car, delivered to my house. Called Stratstone as my Evoque was due an emissions recall. I also pointed out the DAB radio channels on the car had disappeared and after agreeing to pay for the initial diagnostic test, I received a call back to say the car had undergone a system upgrade and the problem had been rectified at no extra cost and that the car was ready to collect. A pleasant result all round!

I took my Evoque in for a safety recall and waited while they did it. They said it could take up to 3 hours but did it in 58 minutes. I did ask them to check the front suspension for any play whilst they had it on the ramp but they didn't do it.

Dealt with John Whitfield initially who was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional and even though John was used sales he still took time out of his day to take us on a fantastic test drive which wasnt just a quick drive around the block, and both my girlfriend and I had the same test drive which was great. John showed us many of the fantastic features of the vehicle which we wouldnt have known about if he didnt have such amazing product knowledge.
Arriving back at the dealership we met with Tom Bennett on New car sales, Tom was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He wasnt pushy at all and took the time to listen to our needs and requirements, and put together a quote matching our needs perfectly. Throughout the purchase Tom kept us informed about what was happening and when we would be likely to take delivery, and even last minute when i dropped it on him that i needed a private reg putting on this was no issue and Tom even had the plates made and fitted as a surprise my already ecstatic girlfriend! As we had visited several dealerships in the last few weeks, with no luck re finding the right Range Rover Evoque for us, we then called into this dealership just on the off chance whilst driving through Nottingham. As it was on a Sunday they apparently mostly deal with appointments but John Whitfield made it his mission to fit us in and find us what we were looking for whilst also juggling seeing to his appointment customer. He obviously had to give priority to his appointment customer but he did find us exactly what we wanted and was still seeing to us whilst the other staff were closing up to go home. He was friendly, polite and professional and easy to talk to.
We also spoke to the "finance man" Andrew who was friendly and helpful and he too stayed behind whilst the others were closing up and going home.
On the day of collection John came up against various unavoidable obstacles which made it quite a long process (actually, it was a very long process) but he overcame every obstacle with an upbeat attitude and friendliness. I would 100% recommend this dealership especially John Whitfield .
