I have had one of the best experiences of buying a car from Kia Vertu Nottingham. I was met initially by Nathan Worthy, who listened to what my needs were in a car. He suggested a Kia Stonic, which had just come into the dealership days before our visit. The car was perfect, the right size, colour etc. Within an hour of being at the dealership we had put a deposit on the car. I was then met a few days later by Jacob Calledine-Pannell (Jake) who took myself and my husband out for a test drive. We Fell in love with the car and then paid the remaining deposit. Jake kept in touch with me throughout the following few days, and I picked my car up yesterday. The service was spot on, professional, informative and constant. Brilliant from start to finish! I reserved my car online and was contacted by Garie who sent me a personal video tour of the car so I could get a better idea of it before I came in to view it. Garie was so nice and accommodating, making sure I didn’t feel pressured into anything. All my options were explained and he went into details of the finance agreement so I knew exactly what was happening. Due to the sale happening over a bank holiday, there was a delay with the finance agreement being approved from the bank but Garie was so good at keeping me informed with what was happening. He even made sure I knew I could contact him post sale if I had any questions. Highly recommend, especially as a (slightly nervous) first time buyer :)

Going for a Kia came out of the blue as it wasn't a brand I'd considered. Had a great experience at Kia Vertu, looked after by Keith. The entire process was effortless, got a good price for my part-ex and picked up a really nice car from them. Would recommend them very highly to anyone.

Normally ok service. However, there is this middle age blonde/dark blonde haired woman (40s appearing, thin with a low voice) that works behind the counter that handles the booking. The few times I have been in contact with her, she's just generally unpleasant and unfriendly, as if my presence is a terrible burden to her life and answering few queries is an excruciating experience for her. I am usually easy going and pleasant, so I am not sure what her issue is. But when I see her talk to other white customers, she seems more pleasant and obliging. Maybe she just has issues with handling people of colour. That's a bit unfortunate that people like her are your staff member.

As first time Kia owners, we were unsure of the servicing and process. The staff at Kia Nottingham were excellent in explaining the process and arranged for the pick up and drop off. The video update of the service check was a bonus, including pointing out some possible future issues that may occur as part of wear and tear. Hopefully we will not require too much input from the dealer, but if we do, its looking like it will be painless.

Took my car in for repair on a door handle on my Rio the lady who looked after me was Kirsty she was great found me a hire car as they had to keep my car over night and booked it in at a time that was convenient to me. My only criticism was my car was really dirty when I picked it up they had to drive it over to another shop which I had agreed to but I couldn't see out of the windows!!

Turned up a week early to test drive the Kia EV6. Garie took time to ensure I had the test drive anyway. We had the EV6 for an hour and it is a very good vehicle, smooth, comfortable and quiet with excellent performance and range. Why buy a fossil when an EV is this good.

I changed from another Kia Dealership for my last MOT and service. I also asked them to check out a problem that I had asked the previous dealership to sort out on several occasions over more than a year. Vertu Kia diagnosed a problem with the clutch and the vehicle was booked in and the job completed with a couple of weeks. The existing problem has now disappeared. Had to take my car in as the washer pump had gone wrong. This was during lockdown so waited until the garage had reopened to get it fixed. Great service from Martyn from start to finish. The part didn't arrive when it should have done so he contacted me and chased it up with the parts company, the repair was rescheduled and Martyn contacted me to advise that it had arrived in and the repair would go ahead as planned. Great service on dropping car off, quickly got the job done so I wasn't waiting a long time phone call to say it was ready even though i was only outside and they even washed and hoovered my car.

Couple of months late in leaving this review. I took my Sorento in for a warranty issue as I thought it was a CV joint or similar, causing a knocking whenever I turned out of my drive on full lock to the right. I had a winter check carried out while it was there. Went to pick it up and the car washer had done an excellent job inside and out. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the car and I disputed this, though fortunately I remained polite. I have since sold the car and the video they provided me of the winter check was excellent for showing prospective buyers the state of the tyres, brakes etc. Also, since the Council filled in a pothole at the end of my drive, I discovered that the cause of the knocking was the shocking state of the road, so my apologies to the Technician. The goody pack after the winter service was also a nice touch. Have now bought a Skoda, so will be using another Dealer, but if I had kept the Kia, I would have been happy to continue using them.

Have to say a big thank you to Martin and Justin for their fantastic service. My car broke down on Wednesday afternoon and was recovered to Kia Nottingham. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fixed it all under warranty by Saturday lunchtime. They even managed to find time to complete an MoT.
