My vehicle has multiple extras which could not be allowed for. But that said I was more than satisfied with the price and service.
a. c.I've heard a few horror stories about we buy any car, probably from people bringing in battered old sheds with astronomical mileages and no service history, these people get upset when they are offered much less on the day, than when they received the online valuation. I on the other hand was extremely pleased with the amount offered, even though it was less than the initial offer. We were all done in around fifteen minutes and it was an extremely quick and painless process. Would highly recommend.

T. C.Good quick place to sell your car if you want to nearly give it away, the slightest mark they start deducting money off the initial valuation you get.
knocked £500 of mine for a couple of scratches and a couple of touches in on the edge of doors only plus point is it isn't driven so if yours is faulty and you want rid give these guys a shout.
Oh thirty quid to pay you within a couple of hours and they deduct that as well.
K. H.Be prepared to haggle when you visit these people. They will beat down your quoted price for any number of reasons. There are also hidden charges like ‘fast payment fee’ which costs £30! However, if they really want your car then you can negotiate a higher final figure. The service was friendly and the transaction itself quick and painless.

I bought all the documentation with me and, after a quick walk around the car, was made an offer and signed. The previous appointment overran by about 20 minutes, so was waiting for longer than I would have liked - but overall pretty good.

Talked me through everything went through the paperwork explained about the fees, (which i already read about on the website so not a surprise) walked me around the car to show me any issues he found and offered a fair price which was in my account in about 20 mins. Sonny really made me feel at ease no pressure i could have walked away if i wasn't happy at any time and he was very friendly. Ii wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Maybe i would have got more selling private as long as i didn't factor in my time i know for a fact i would have got less on a trade for a newer car from a dealer (i tried) and yes i got slightly less for the car than the original quote but seriously how are you supposed to give a quote for a car without seeing it.

s. w.The 2 guys in the office we’re very friendly, the overall process was painless and simple….one word of warning don’t expect to get what they offer on the internet, my cars valuation was reduced by £300 because of a few minor stone chips on the front bumper, my car was just under 3 years old with 20k miles and pretty much immaculate, so if your car has a lot of stone chips or any minor damage I probably wouldn’t bother coming here, overall I am fairly happy, I did get slightly more than I was offered in part exchange so can’t complain really

P.WBAC are unfairly rated and have an undue rep.
Yes they do take money off if your car is damaged, the same as you would ask for money off a damaged product.
Yes they do take off more money to rectify damage than it would cost you to get it done direct, but get it done yourself and they honour the online quotation.
Colin was excellent, we did a damage report together which I then took to a local cosmetic damage company to repair. I took the car back in prestine condition and he honoured the online valuation as the car was per the t+c's of the online quotation.
WBAC are not a charity, they are a business that needs to make money to survive ... people need to remember this.
