Without hesitation Pete's customer service is the best I have experienced when buying a car! Honest, keeps his word and always delivers on time.

I found one of their used cars listed on Autotrader on a Friday night and by the following Friday I was driving my new car away!
Peter Martin made the whole process easy and painless. He was always helpful with answering all of my questions and concerns, and kept me topped up with freshly made coffee.

It’s never great when you have to send your car to body shop after accident.
I had to bring in my car for repair. I’ve had a great experience. I was given an appointment to bring in the car and was given a nice like for like make car inn great condition.
Andy wright And Charlotte baker have been very helpful. I was usually updated in the status of repair. I got at the end which was cleaned. I’m still waiting on a part which is kn back order. Hope it’s as easy as my first experience.
So happy with the customer service provided by Sytner, in particular Reg at their Oldbury branch! Having quite a specific car in mind, Reg has gone above and beyond helping me source the perfect car within the Sytner group. Although the car I was interested in was sold before I could pay a deposit, Reg has continued to keep me updated with any cars I may be interested in, as well as providing general advice around the car/spec I was looking for! I have just purchased a lovely BMW 335d X-Drive from Syntner Oldbury and I can honestly say this was the best experience of buying a car I have known. I have bought many cars over the years from dealers but if there was a sixth star Oldbury would get it.
I was dealing with Peter Martin and from the initial conversation nothing was too much trouble and any questions I asked were dealt with immediately with 100% satisfaction.
My car was available on the day specified with all the additional requirements met. A very smooth handover and Peter made sure I was completely happy before I drove off. A excellent experience from a dealership in which I would not hesitate in returning to or recommend highly to other buyers.
Customers who are worried about buying from dealership need not have any reservations in using Peter and BMW Oldbury.

Lovely experience at sytner Oldbury, required some information about a vehicle I purchased from Sheffield. The service advisor was vet helpful to provide me with the service history. Had to show my V5 to obtain. Pleasure to deal with them.

I had my car in for a couple of recalls and a complimentary VHC. it was okay for what it was however there were a few things i would have liked to have seen dealt with better.
Firstly the welcome could have been a lot warmer. The receptionist was a tad cold and robotic which was a shame. When i was waiting for my car to be completed, she asked other people if they wanted a cuppa but ignored me. I was the only person of colour in that setting so it was a little uncomfortable. I didnt ask for the drink as felt a bit uncomfortable after this. Although im sure i wouldve been served without any issues if i had asked. Nevertheless it would have been nice if i had been asked like the others around me. I initiated the goodbye also - again a nice touch would have been thank you for visiting mr so and so. Just leaves a personable impression on someone and something ive always had at previous dealerships of this ilk i.e. Mercedes, Audi, Toyota etc
Now one of the parts being replaced apparently arrived broken so i have had to rebook an appointment to have it done again, the service chap was kind enough to offer to call a taxi to take me home, however i declined as this would be additional cost on something which essentially BMW needed to correct i.e. a Recall. He also confirmed the other recall had been done and the health check completed. All very pleasant and he was very well mannered and polite i must add. Awesome, but the time taken to get the car keys after this was quite long, i was a bit agitated and after seeing this i was tended to and given paperwork and keys. Again the service individual was great but not sure what the hold up was - this wasnt explained but an apology offered. The service guy Oliver was also very helpful in obtaining some original details about my car which i was very thankful for. Thanks Oliver.
Whilst i was there i also used the Parts department who were quite robotic and timid at first but they did open up as the conversation progressed and all parts were looked into with decent speed and efficiency. No bother ordering the parts and generally a decent experience. A service with a smile is the only thing left to be desired.
Booked in again so will see how this goes. It would be nice if BMW offered me a courtesy car for the inconvenience of having to go in again, or atleast offer to collect and drop off the car as other dealers do. I understand the covid situation, but do feel a valet and wash is not out of the question with these kind of works and i did hear another customer having had the car valeted which kind of makes it seem as though they are trying to cut corners on their recall works.
With covid in mind, they do have stringent measures in place which is good to see. However whilst i was waiting i did notice on a couple of occasions the tables were not wiped down and sanitised for the next customers. Somethings cant be helped however vigilant we are though!!
All in all, an ok experience but not one that had me jumping for joy or eager to pass my pride and joy for a service. Its a shame as i was quite excited to try the BMW main dealer service being as its a premium brand and its my first BMW. I have had much better service at Mercedes Audi and Toyota unfortunately.
Excellent customer service and prices. This is the mean reason why other car companies can't compare with BMW.

Outstanding Service again from Sytner Oldbury Parts Dept!
I left a great review for Sytner Oldbury parts team last year (below), but felt the need to leave another one after receiving excellent service again, from the Sytner Oldbury Parts department and Mr Matt Ayres. Mid December, I broke down one evening where the diagnosis by Recovery services was a worn water pump bearing (an original part that failed after 20 years as my car is a 2002 plate E46). So without hesitation, I contacted Matt in parts on the 19/12/22 for a quote on a new water pump and a couple of drive belts as only BMW genuine parts will do for me. Within half an hour I had a reply in my inbox with a competitive quote, so I ordered the parts and paid same day as they were required ASAP to give to my garage before the Xmas closure. I knew the parts would have been sent out via Royal Mail, so was a little apprehensive due to the strikes and delays. Matt told me to leave this to him, where next day (20/12/22), he informed me that due to my urgency, he would get the parts delivered to me the same day via their Sytner parts delivery service. And without fail, by approx. 1:00pm the parts arrived at my door all perfect. That is proper contingency planning and excellent service for you from Matt and the Sytner Oldbury team, whom I can’t thank enough. My car is fully repaired now and drives like a dream. Thanks again Matt and team. I cannot recommend you all enough, based on my positive experiences.

Superb customer experience from Sytner Oldbury BMW Parts Dept. - 5 Stars!!
I felt that this review and praise was a must, having received not good or great but Excellent service from the Sytner Oldbury BMW Parts Dept. Being a BMW enthusiast (E30, E36 and E46 era) and a BMW UK club member, I have to insist on using only genuine BMW parts, for my E46 BMW. Since purchasing the car nearly a year and half ago as a restoration project, I have found myself coming back to Sytner Oldbury where I have been dealing with one member of the parts department – Mr Matt Ayres. I am certain that the whole team would go out of their way to help any customer, but it has mainly been Matt who has been my parts advisor. From dealing with 3 different oil leaks, Matt has been the person who has really looked after me – through sourcing quotes for parts right through to advice, due to the E46 variant differences. My recent experience has been outstanding, as Matt advised on the correct parts/fluid for my car following a recent power steering pump failure. Parts were ordered and sent out using a priority postal system/courier as my car was already at the garage for the work to be done, therefore nothing was ever any trouble for Sytner Oldbury. Incorrect parts I ordered were accepted back once the right parts had been established, especially with my despair on whether my E46 used ATF fluid or CHF-11S, as there is a bit of a debate on this on the E46 forums. Matt confirmed the correct fluid and had it sent out for next day delivery after I ordered the CHF-11S, plus sending out the correct ATF reservoir tank. Nothing was ever a bother or problem for Matt. He just provides the goods at a great price and when needed – no questions asked where he deserves recognition and kudos for his outstanding customer care and services. I therefore would not hesitate to recommend the parts department at Sytner Oldbury. In fact, I would be willing to travel to the Dealership for work to be done from where I live (Coventry), as there is quite a difference in customer care at Oldbury, compared to my local Dealership - Sytner Coventry, as I have experienced not so great service when I initially booked my car in for an airbag recall. So Oldbury is my go to branch as long as I am looked after, which I do feel with them, so a big thank you to Matt and the Sytner Oldbury team in general. Keep up the excellent work!!

Steve in service was fantastic. My car had an engine management light on for a leaking EGR cooler and my local dealership couldnt assess for over two weeks. Steve was able to get my car booked in and sorted within a few days and kept me fully informed through the process. I had the best experience ever with this dealership, with buying and selling. When buying my car from them through covid, it was so quick and easy. Put my order in March 21 for my new 21 plate on the Saturday 27th and collected it on the Wednesday 31st, so quick! When it came to selling this week (Feb 22), Alex Plant was fantastic and made the process of selling my car to them so so easy, very quick and stress free! Not like any other dealership I've dealt with in the past. Would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to sell their car for a good price with an outstanding service, to speak to Alex! In December 2020 I purchased a low miles Z4 blind based on verbal and written assurances. Gary Cooper was most helpful and professional at all times with no pressure applied.
What with a new MOT, service, BMW full breakdown cover and BMW warranty for 12 months the purchase came with peace of mind. This is a 3rd car for summer days out only.
Had major issues getting service history updated for a service done at the dealership. Mails and other contact just ignored and had to complain to BMW UK in the end.
At the very start, my overall experience with Sytner Oldbury BMW was quite a poor one, however not from the technicians team, because the work on my 5 Series has always been top notch.
It was more down to the experience I've had with a certain Service Advisor that he didn't even bother to give me at least a single call in a whole day, to update me on the status of my vehicle.
Good news is that at the moment, I've not seen him around the servicing desks, so I guess ''the powers that be'' at Sytner Oldury do pay attention to customer feedback, which is always an important aspect in any business.
As a person that deals with customers as well on a daily basis, I do have quite a strong message for the management at Sytner Oldbury BMW:
Mr. Reece Maynard.... he is simply out of this world when it comes to his job, an absolute gem, which he definitely neeeds to be on your radar for any promotions/payrises/etc.
His dedication to the job, his energy, his level of professionalism that has shown on both occasions with me are top notch.
This is how a Service Advisor should be when dealing with any BMW customer(s), so please pass on my sincere appreciation for his professionalism that he showed while dealing with me and definitely look after him, he is and should be an example for all your service team.

Terrible service. I am surprised to see there are any good reviews. Long answering time for them to answer the phone. 9 times out of 10 you get cut off. Usually even reception cannot get the service department to answer the phone. Yesterday even your rescue service could not get through. This has been my experience for some months now. This branch needs sorting out to put it mildly. Based on my experience at Sytner Oldbury I shall never buy a BMW again despite having been a customer for some years now
So I am delighted to report that Luke the business manager has this morning stepped in big time & every aspect of my review (see above) has been investigated thoroughly & the issues either have been or are being resolved. I am deeply grateful to you Luke for everything you have done & extremely impressed by how promptly & how efficiently you have dealt with any negative aspects & moreover discussed sensitively the 'fall-out' with your staff. The good reputation of BMW has been salvaged & I will now happily remain a loyal customer! My X1 is repaired & delivered back safely to my home. The only remaining problem is that I have rather fallen in love with the BMW series 3 saloon hire car enjoyed whilst mine was off the road...Thank you Luke - all is forgiven.

Booked a very straightforward brake fluid service for my car, the next day two different warning lights came on relating to the braking system.
Upon calling the service team, I was told it would be very unlikely it was anything to do with the brake fluid service. I found this quite strange because the car is fairly new and I have had zero issues with it during my ownership. The warning light was a brake system issue, following a brake service - To me I was fairly sure it was related as this seemed logical.
I had to take time off work to go back in. To their credit they offered to diagnose it for free.
During my drive back, worryingly the brake pedal had an issue and wasn't braking as normal requiring a lot more pressure. As I result I was almost involved in an collision.
I was disappointed when dropping the car off because no one apologised for the inconvenience. I asked to speak to the manager who also stated he didn't think it was related to the brake fluid change. He too did not offer any apology despite me telling him of my near miss on the way in.
Not surprisingly for me, following their diagnostic, they confirmed the issue was related to a fault as a result of their work during the brake fluid change.
Upon collecting the car, again no apology was offered, neither any offer to refund me for the inconvenience.
All in all, not the customer experience I would expect from a premium brand such as BMW. Having an M car, I always use the main dealer service to ensure quality care, but clearly this is not the case at this BMW Sytner Oldbury branch.
Overall a very disappointing experience due to a lack of work quality, resulting in me driving a dangerous car with brake failure. Furthermore, the lack of apology or appreciation of the inconvenience caused rounded off a very poor customer experience.

The start of my visit was not the best at all given the circumstances. However the issue was resolved quickly and promptly.
Andrew the part's manager was very nice and helped me from the start.
Jason the service manager very professional and courteous also and helpful too.
Matt also took control of issues and situations well and was pro-active in thinking ahead in assisting.
Cannot thank all three of the guys who restored my faith and went above and beyond.

Really impressed with Gary and his customer service, little things like dropping the car off the next day due to the fuel crisis really go the extra mile. As for BMW the work they put into the used cars and the conditions they make sure they are in is excellent.
After my disappointing visit to Wolverhampton BMW, Oldbury BMW was a totally different experience. Excellent service from beginning to end they actually came out to inspect the issues and tried to fix it on the spot but unfortunately it couldn't be done at that time so they booked me in and completed the job at almost half the price I was quoted at Wolverhampton without the inspection. Highly recommended I'm very happy with the outcome.
I bought a Range Rover from Peter Martin in the sytner select department and unfortunately the engine filter light came on within a month of purchase . I called Peter immediately panicking and he reassured me and told me to take it to my local Land Rover. Peter arranged everything directly with them and had my car back up and running in less than 2 days. He paid for everything. Even offered to pay on his own card and recoup it back from BMW so I had no delays.

Yesterday I picked up my beautiful brand new 1 series and I couldn’t have done it without the help of Stuart Allsop and Chris Cutler from Sytner in Oldbury! I had a Vauxhall Adam before and I knew I wanted something a little bigger and a bit more fancy due to just finishing uni and wanting to treat myself, I spoke to Stuart from the very beginning and he’s been nothing but helpful and making sure I got the car suitable for me and in my price range! Chris was great in explaining the finance to me and explaining my options, including showing me around the car on the day and answering all my questions! I couldn’t recommend Sytner enough, the staff are fab and I’m so so happy with my new purchase! Thank you all once again! 😁
After my recent purchase from Sytners Oldbury I must say what an exceptionally polite and helpful young man Reece Wheeler was. Reece went above and beyond and was a mind of information answering any questions I had and passing on to me lots of information regarding the car I was purchasing. I recently purchased a new BMW 420d from Sytner Oldbury. I dealt with Claire, Mark & Dan. It was a perfect experience. My new car is delightful, my part exchange was handled quickly and fairly and the service I received was just great. I took delivery of my new car within 2 days of agreeing the sale and the support I got was fab. While us girls got on with the serious car stuff, you even let my better half consume all your coffee and eat your biscuits!

I purchased an 09 plate BMW 5Series 3 weeks ago from auto trader and when I checked with BMW abt any recalls needed they explained there was one due in relation to the wiring In the boot. The car was booked in and I was offered a free health check by Suneel as part of their service. I was concerned due to its age that the timing chain may need replacing but the technician advised it was the tensioner and pulley not the timing chain. They sent me a video of the health check on the car and even delivered a complimentary car wash when they had finished doing the work. The service they offered for a customer with a 12 year old vehicle tells me that there high end customer service is not just for customers who can afford the higher end of the market, but also the ones who have purchased a vehicle in the second hand car market. Sytner get a huge thumbs up from and I would like to thank Suneel who advised me from start to finish what they would be doing with my car. A+ experience.

Found it at sytner old bury.spoke to Hannah , and then to Peter . Both very professional and easy to talk to . Did the deal over the phone , all buttoned up with in a couple of days and took delivery of my new Porsche macan the following week . Very pleased with the service and will recommend to anyone that’s looking for a car . Nice honest professional people to do business with 10/10.

A couple of weeks ago I purchased the cheapest 6 series on the lot. What I didn't expect was the same courtesy and experience offered to new car buyers but that's exactly what I received. The sales exec was Chris Pugh. A very likable character, honest and trustworthy from the start. Answered all my questions and requests for additional data. My only criticism was that after I made a cash offer on the car I was contacted by 2 other salesman that I hadn't spoken to or dealt with in what appeared to be a competition to win the sale. Just so you know, it was Chris that won the sale!

Had an intermittent drive fault on my 420d, dropped off, diagnosed, part replaced under manufacturers warranty, confirmed and Picked back up within 24 hours. Traded in my BMW 435 convertible for a nearly new BMW 630D GT. As I live 407 miles away near Aberdeen, I discussed the car a lot with the Sales Executive Richard Taylor. He was so helpful from the start & I was confident of the information he was giving me ref the car & my trade in, bearing in mind I would not see the car until after a 407 mile drive. Drove down the day before & booked into a Premier Inn only 2 miles from the garage. Duly arrived at the garage the next day & was impressed from the moment I entered the forecourt. Well presented & laid out. Saw my car straight away & it was looking absolutely fantastic. It was well presented indeed. I was even more impressed when I entered the showroom. It is so well laid out & they do their cars proud. Met Richard for the 1st time after having many a phone conversation with him. He was first class, had all the paperwork ready & gave me a detailed tour of the car. I must say that this was one of the best experiences I have had in a grage & cannot praise Sytner Oldbury enough. Richard Taylor made it an extremely enjoyable experience. As the Proclaimers say "I would walk 500 miles", well I would definitley consider driving the 407 miles to Sytner Oldbury when looking to purchase another car.

The service received from the sales team Jim, Mark Taylor and Dan Booth has been second to none. Following my clutch going on the motor way and my car having to be recovered, they sourced and prepared a new used car for me, matching my model and colour preference, enabling me to collect my new car within 48 hours of my initial call and drive to Heathrow and catch my flight.They even recovered my old car from the garage where the recovery truck had left it for me. I ordered some winter tyres and wheels from Park Lane on a Thursday and spoke to Matthew Ayres at Oldbury to tell him to expect them on Saturday. Early on Friday he had e-mailed me to say not only were they in but he had booked a space for me to have them fitted. This was much appreciated and he deserves a lot of credit for his help in concluding this matter.
Paid the deposit for my car ... was VERY professional and polite. Way better than wolverhampton one by far so any enquires this is the best BMW to go.

Okey, they done health check and made a video of the actual Check. Very informative video. You could see everything that was under the car as if you had a session at the mechanics.properly explained what was good and what had to be done.
Wonderful experience. Took my X1 to have advanced eye cameras fitted which was done very well and neat. They also conducted a health check with video recording. They treat you with great care.

Friendly staff. Had to wait a long time to be seen. But once we got service it was worth the wait. Left with the car we wanted. We were not pressured into buying anything we was not happy with.
Lovely staff great service just one gripe. My husband was sat there sometime and was never offered a drink. It may seem petty but little things like that would make a difference
