I just want to say a massive thankyou to Simon who looked after us very well, I understand that Simon has only just started at this dealership however he made us feel so at ease and welcome we would have never known!

Good and honest dealer but no much good deals offered by Peuget at present time.. I have Nissan but comparing that to Peuget reliability and dealerships then Peugest is x2 more reliable. Also, has a high APR 6.9% on PCP however this is balanced by offering other services at reasonable price if compared to other companies. Suitable for Europe more than the UK life style.

Change of motor pump for windscreen washer is expensive. What does it mean " pump and retest, ok" for £80? It is added to "replacement of windscreen washer" for £80 too. And another line is "check over to confirm..." for £50. All is about one thing. Seems to make over payments.
But the MOT together with "visual health check" and main annual service was ok billed for the standing price.

Had my MOT and service done here this week. First they wanted to charge me more than the online price, just because I booked over the phone. They then charge over £100 if you have any additional problems that you want them to look at (the front washer wasn't working properly). Then when I get my keys back, they'd lost one of my key rings. The work they did but the hassle and price makes me wonder if it was worth it.

We wanted to swap to an Automatic. Despite the Lockdown the staff couldn't be more helpful in guiding me through the purchase of our car online. When we arrive there the young salesman, Mr Wiltshire was again extremely courteous and went out of his way to ensure that it was a stress free transfer. Despite the car being bought by us being used, they had it clean and ready to go. All the followup from the DVLA came through smoothly having been done online. We visited Bristol Street Motors Oxford in February 2017 and from the very beginning their customer care was excellent. Zeeshan is the consultant that guided us. Not only he answered all our doubts with a passionate knowledge, but he also gave us all the possible options available so that we could make an informed decision. We carefully considered all the options, time, money, future, responsibilities and in the end we decided to get a new car! Zeeshan was very helpful, friendly and patient whilst answering our queries.
Throughout this process Chaz Cowley, Zeeshan Ali, and Ahmed Massod were incredibly helpful and supportive. They guided us step by step and helped us to be more confident with our decision. In March, on the specific date set by Chaz, we got our gorgeous new car! We named it Hägen, after Wagner’s Der Ring des Nibelungen as it is bright fire red and as Zeeshan observed, our new little one looks ‘strong!’.
Noticeably, the team in Bristol Street Motors Oxford has excellent customer service skills. We observed how they worked as a strong team, with vast knowledge in their areas or work. Additionally, we witnessed how passionate and dedicated they are. We saw them with other customers and immediately they would acknowledge them, just like they did with us from the moment we arrived there on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Finally, when we got to the day when we collected our new car, all the team was wonderful with us, all made sure everything was accurate in their system, Chaz, Zeeshan and Amhed said thank you and were very polite, giving a professional and lasting positive impression of their work and commitment to their customers. They gave us some beautiful flowers as a detail and they offered us the servicing deals and all the necessary things for our little car to be legally and physically in optimal conditions. A few days later Zeeshan communicated to make sure all was running smoothly and to clarify a few details, which was very useful for us.

Excellent Sales Service , but Parts Dept needs sorting.
Having visited 4 other dealerships on that day , not knowing exactly what I wanted , I was getting frustrated at the lack of cars available to match my wishes. After visiting Kia , I was just about to drive home when I remembered the Peugeot dealership just down the road. What a difference ! I suddenly found myself looking at a selection of 3008's so I was able to juggle mileage and price to find a car that exactly matched my expectations . My thanks to Jack and Chas for sorting me out with exactly what I wanted
Having said that, my experience with the Parts Dept was a big downer. I ordered some mats and was told they would be in at 11.00 the next day. I tried to phone to check on their arrival but the phone just rang and rang. Having been assured they would be there , I drove to the dealership only to be told they were not there. I told one of the After Sales guys of my phone experience and he said that if I had the same problem again, I should ask to be put through to After Sales.
So, the next day I phoned again with no response from Parts. So I asked the call handler to put me through to After Sales. I was told by the call handler that she was not allowed to do that despite their previous assurances. So I had to again drive there not knowing if my goods were in. Thankfully they were but I think your excellent sales service was tarnished by a lack of communication when trying to speak to Parts

Everything on one level and pretty good parking available when using spaces around the back. Good range of cars to view on new side as well as if looking a good range in second-hand. Service from staff was helpful polite and efficient answering questions easily and knowing their product well. Can't fault retail side when choosing next car. Then experience of service and mot was just as good and expected. Pick up and return service speaks for itself and car was handed over to experienced people and then was back some 4 hours later. Prior to this a link to a video was shown and a guided tour around your car with commentary and letting know of any potential concerns. All in all a good experience and for us be our 2nd Peugeot we plan to take delivery of in few weeks :0)

The car was 9 months old and I’m delighted with the look and drive exactly as Ahmed described to me.

Main Peugeot dealership in Oxford. The site has been redeveloped over the years so that it now has decent off-road parking. Servicing is good. I especially like the video survey of your car that the technician records & emails to you while the work is going on so you know what they've found. Courtesy cars need to be booked a couple of weeks ahead in my experience.

Great mechanics who are very thoughtful. One introduced me to a new car for my wife as he thought it would better suit our lifestyle.
It all made sense, so we spent a few hours with the sales team (including lots of fussing from the team for our dogs) and ended up with a price better than Carwow!
Handover was good, no stress or surprises. Even offered to deliver if we needed it.
Since owning the car, had one small fault with a switch. Things like this will occasionally happen, so it's about how the dealer deals with it - in this case instantly, no hassle or stress, and a wash/vac of the car.
Also, WiFi in dealership is great - and a good drinks/seating area. Easy to park, and the staff are great with accomodating children.
