Fantastic service by Hannah and Kirsty! I have been going to Johnsons Hyundai Oxford for three years and the service has always been impeccable. Hannah even offered me a drink whilst I waited today, which is not something I would expect from a car garage. Outstanding. 10/10 would recommend. You can tell that they really care about their customers.

Not taking my car back there again for a service. First time it was serviced, it failed the MOT due to a problem with number plate spacing. Second time it was serviced, car returned with dents in the metal work. Knowledgeable technicians and the car sales people are lovely and customer friendly. Just be careful...

Whilst i waited they chatted, offered drinks, and were super efficient.

My purchase of Hyundai i20
We have dealt with Paul Anders many times over the years when purchasing our Hyundais, on this occasion we were looking to upgrade to an i20.
Paul as always, friendly, welcoming and more importantly listens, to what we are looking for, and always respects the budget we are working with.
Paul has always kept in touch from the initial sale, updating us with expected delivery dates, and any other information he feels is relevant at the current.
This is my 5th Hyundai, and I have never been let down or disappointed.

First car Hyundai Tucson 2017 sold with Stop start not working returned to be told the battery is faulty (so much for pre checks) returned car within 14 days but cost me £400.00 , maybe I should have bought in on line and I would have got all my money back. . exchanged for second car, given dirty after so called valet clean ,and 12 inch rip in carpet in drivers side floor ,covered up by a mat with holes in that too.

I just wanted to say the staff in here are really helpful. I went in shortly before they were due to close as my car key battery died, I have a VW so didn’t know if they’d be able to help, but they managed to help me and sort out my key really quickly.
If they were this good over such a small inconvenience, I’m sure they are very reassuring when buying a car!

Got my car serviced here. The person booking my service had misbooked. Luckily the gentleman picking up my car phoned the day before and we realised. My car was picked up about an hour late and returned to me later than agreed, however the pick up fee was waived. Pretty sure the Booker had waived the fee when I first booked it anyway.
Disappointed that the car wash included as part of the service was done poorly. My car was still dirty on the inside and outside.

Brought my Santa Fe in to have an issue diagnosed, she kept me up to date all the time, courtesy car was arranged, everything was 150% brilliant customer service.
The only negative I would say is that the mechanic suggested I have my brakes done as they were at 30% .. which was odd since I had had them done only 2 weeks ago.
Try not to upsell too much...please stick to the facts.
I may be female, but since I sort out all of the services and maintenance on my car, I know what has been replaced and when.

I was rang by a lady informing me i needed 1 new tyre. Which I explained i have a mechanic who would sort it for me. When he went to do my tyre he found that I actually needed 2 tyres because one was spliting which wasn't even mentioned to me or high lighted on my paperwork. This left me in a very dangerous position if I hadn't got on to it straight away.

Very professional and helpful, and unlike most Hyundai dealers actually know their way around the electric cars they sell. They drop a star because the sat nav update was done incorrectly but on contacting them later they immediately offered to collect the car and get it sorted.
