I cant recommend Waylands MG Oxford highly enough, from placement of my order for a new MG ZS last autumn to picking up my new car the experience was first class. Louise Benn the sales representative, kept me up dated on the progress of my order every two weeks by email. I know I was quite a demanding customer by wanting redundant accessories but nothing was too much trouble and they did everything they could to obtain them for me On collection day I was given a full rundown how everything worked before driving away, which was much appreciated. I have been hunting for a new car for the last 6 months, after going to all the other car brands in and around Swindon, even the MG branch who were rude and no help at all, it was love at first sight with my big blue beauty. We drove out to this showroom and Aaron (other than having one to many A's in his name) Sat us down, offered us some nice posh coffee, and went through all the ways I could have my beauty. He was polite, respectful, comical, professional and most importantly human. To often you go to a showroom and you get a sales robot. Not here. We worked out how I would be able to adopt my HS and not tale 9 months to get it. We was able to badger him and nag him on when the car was coming and he be as always more than happy to help. When my baby was ready for me, he arranged for a fast hand over arrange our time table, gave me 2 cups of coffee, (that's like £10 worth of coffee) showed me how to press all off Hugos buttons (that would be my big blue beauty/MG HS T-gdi Exclusive DCT )without making me feel dumb. Truly a credit to MG and Waylands. Highly recommend and will be back.

Great service from Aaron Mather at Waylands MG, Cumnor Hill. I was contacted by Aaron as a follow-up to an online enquiry regarding test driving the MG HS PHEV. Despite explaining that my interest was due to looking for a replacement Company car and not a private purchase, Aaron's customer service was exemplary. He made every effort to make sure the car was available to suit my schedule and could not have been more genuine in his interest to make sure I had the best experience as my first contact with the MG marque. I would have no hesitation in using this dealership or recommending Waylands MG 100%.

Recieved my Motability car, MG HS. What a car it is, easily the best car i have driven. I am only a learner and i had to change one of the insured drivers during the application, the assistant at Wayland was very helpful, done it all for me very quickly, i didnt even have to contact motability. The only disapointment i have was the long wait time on getting the car, but i wanted that model and it was pulled off the production line in china just for me. For the price of the car i dont think you can spend your money any better. The electronics on the car have been done cheaply you can see why it is budget SUV but the mechanical side of the car is as good as you can get, the handling is great you dont feel like you are driving round in a 1.5 ton beast the drive feels like a small 3 door car. The handling is great. The motability advisor at wayland was very helpful, i recieved updates every 2 weeks since the order for the car was placed. Any questions or issues were responed to promptly. The collection of the car also went very smooth, we were in a rush and i was in the dealership less than 30 mins before i drove off in my new car. I do have 1 or 2 issues left to resolve with the car but im sure the people at wayland will help me as they have done throughout, Thanks!

I test drove the MG ZS a few months ago and knew this car and spec was the one I wanted, however due to the electronic chip shortage I was struggling to find a car available where I live in Essex. I was calling local MG showrooms for a few days and luckily came across MG Waylands without realising it was over 2 hours away in Oxford!
