Just bought a car from there and the service is outstanding. No pressure, just help when you need it. Of particular note is Gentleman John in Sales who was absolutley brilliant. Of course, they're all very good though. We'll certainly be back next time we need a car!

So..bought a used car from here a few weeks ago, Chris who actually sold me the car was fantastic and couldn't do enough for me. John who handed the car over was also great and dealt with all the paperwork for the new car and also all the paperwork for my traded in car including taxing my new car. I had the car for a week and heard a whining coming from the rear of the car(something they wouldn't have known about) which i diagnosed as a differential on the way out and my heart sank, assuming i would now have a battle on my hands to get the garage to rectify it. How wrong i was, when i took it back the lovely Lorraine (receptionist)took the car back immediately and gave me a courtesy car for the week while they sourced new parts and also replaced the rear tyres as a precaution.Picked it up today fully repaired and valeted.Can't recommend them all highly enough. Having used Wheatley Car Centre for many years for our mots and servicing and receiving such lovely service from Lorraine, when it came time to look for a new car we decided to check out Wheatley Car Centre and we were not disappointed! Jon was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He was very reassuring(explaining how it would work with corona-virus protocols in place), very friendly and not remotely pushy. He gave us plenty of time and space to look round the car prior to buying it and our car was ready for collection earlier than expected. Very easy place to deal with. James did not do the 'hard sell' I had time to have a good look around the car and make my own mind up. I needed some bits changing on the car which James sorted out for me in a timely manner and no fuss. I did not need to chase. Things were done when James said they would be done. They even got the tax sorted out for me so I didn't have that hassle as well. There was some very minor scratches in the driver's door well. (Previous owner) When it was time to pick the car up they were gone. Made my purchase pain free. Bottom line - when it comes time to trade in this car I will be going back to them again. Very happy.

It's a strange time to buy a car especially during a pandemic - for both parties not being able to physically see it or test drive makes it all the more harder in making a decision...luckily enough I had James at Wheatley Car Centre to help me - even though I had done my research on the car I wanted and had pretty much driven the car in my head - James was still able to assist me on the questions that I had. He was very honest and his comments and opinions were very welcoming in deed. The overall process from looking to me buying my new car was incredibly smooth with no "sales" pressure applied from him. Was looking to update my wifes volvo, and noticed an 18 plate civic. So popped along to have a look, not really committed. However there was another car that caught our eye, a volvo v40. The salesman Jon Axford spoke to us and gave us the keys to both cars. We had a good look round both, then decided on the Honda Civic. We were offered a good price on our trade in and left a deposit. We picked the car up, on the following Saturday. Jon was fantastic. So easy going and laid back, while being professional. Also due to covid we were given a 48hr no quibble return policy, so if it didn't suit us, a full refund would be given. This wasn't necessary as the car drove great, and we are very happy customers (Happy wife happy me) . When the time comes to change my own car, wheatley car centre and Jon, who is an absolute credit to the business and industry, will be my first port of call. We'll done and keep up the great work.

I spoke to James initially on the phone and when I arrived he allowed us to look around the car at our own speed on our own which makes a nice difference from other garages trying to ram information down you to buy the car. We found a lovely car advertised on Auto Trader at Wheatley Car Centre, made an enquiry via email, receiving a prompt response from Chris. The car was being prepared for sale so only limited pictures were available but on request, Chris happily provided us with more photographs. As with most cars nowadays, the service history is online with the main dealer and unavailable unless you own the car , I queried this with Chris, again he emailed the dealer service paperwork to prove the service history. We were offered a competitive trade in against our car (without it being seen due to the Covid distance selling regulations) there wasn’t any haggling on its condition when we arrived. When we collected our new car, it had been fully valeted, serviced and MOT’d with a receipt for over £600 of work undertaken in line with the manufacturers recommendations. We felt that Wheatley Car Centre have gone the extra mile and didn’t cut any corners. When we collected our car we felt all Covid regulations were fully observed, our car had been fully sanitised and we were handed a ziplock bag with keys and paperwork inline with the government guidelines and felt very safe. I had a good experience here as my sales person was not too pushy but showed me the interior and exterior of the cars, and I hate persistent cold selling so I was at ease looking at the cars. It was no problem for him to bring the car out of the show room for me to test drive. I found the choice of cars to be good, and the prices reasonable. Bought an 2009 A5 here mid April 2018, for an old car I was surprised how well built and maintained it was, I was comforted by the extra work carried out by Wheatley Car Center to ensure the car came to me in tip top condition. I was the proud owner of a BMW 3 series and was very reluctant to part with her but after driving the A5 for a couple of weeks I fell in love. I did take the car back after a week, this turned out to be my own paranoia (getting used to the awesome Quattro system). The team happily and professionally engagued with me about my concerns, this was great aftercare service of which I haven't experienced in a long time. Overall I was very happy with my experience and will definitely going back for my services and mabye future purchases. The sales team are very experienced and knowledgeable and the engineering department very diligent and technically capable, I would highly recommend these guys if you want an honest, friendly and professional service.

I bought my 10-plate Mazda MX5 from Wheatley Car Centre in February 2015 and chose them because they had the car I wanted at the right price rather than any previous experience or reviews. Location is easy to find from M40, being just over 1 mile from junction 8A. Purchase experience was generally good but final delivery was slightly disappointing as the Salesman I had been dealing with was away (due to illness) on the Sunday we arrange handover - The office was locked when I arrived (after near 1 hour drive) and there was no note posted on door to advise customers anyone was actually there - when (the only) Salesman did show he was already dealing with another customer and had at least two others waiting after me. Pre-delivery valet was poor - e.g. a heel mark I'd previously highlighted on door sill plate was still there on delivery but was easily removed with T-Cut once I got home, suggesting a disappointing attention to detail. Overall, I would recommend Wheatley Car Centre as they have a good range of vehicles at reasonable prices; its easy to get to from Aylesbury, Oxford, Buckingham Milton Keynes, etc (and they offered me a better PX value than I expected).

Dear Mr Hoffman, as I understand you given the quote before you agreed to have the work done. We allowed 5 hrs for the work to be carried out which is inline with Autodata (manufactures recommended book times) and we fit good quality parts. So all in all for £300 less parts and vat I'm surprised someone would do the work for £33 per hour, our labour rate is £59.50 as you know which is inline with independent garages and not £80-£90 you would have paid at a main agent.
