Don’t believe the negative reviews, purchased a BMW X5m from here, the car was beautiful and the service was great too, smooth, easy process and were greeted on arrival. Had a nice chat with a fella called Umare and he was very friendly will definitely be back here in the future.

But now we a re a month down the line from making our purchase and I can confidently say we have had no problems at all. Got to say, iv seen some dealerships, but these guys are really something, I was told, that a 10% deposit was payable to test drive their cars over the phone, I did initially think twice before travelling, however once I arrived at the dealership, I could tell they were very well established, I looked over the Q7 & was presented far better than all of the other 3 that I had looked at previously, at other dealerships, I started the car up & it sounded like a dream, from there I spoke to Umare, paid the balance & had the vehicle delivered once they had completed their pre-delivery inspection, service & MOT, the car was delivered on time as promised, its been nearly 2 months since purchasing the car & everything seems as the same day, as I took delivery of it. I recently purchased a BMW 5 series M Sport from Auto Motion , the sales rep was extremely courteous, and very knowledgeable. Omar took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the purchase, finance options, servicing and other relevant information. I would like to make special mention about the aftercare they gave on my car which was exemplary. We all know that this is a Sales persons job to sell cars, but it is the way they do it, which makes them stand out from the others and they did just that, Omar was never pushy and highly professional. If you want to buy a BMW see them. About the car the M series quality and technology are deserving of 5 stars as well. Thank you Omar and Auto Motion I am very pleased with my new car. Lastly I would like to mention Auto Motion's in house Finance, after having a agreement in place with another finance company I was amazed Auto Motion were able to beat the finance agreement buy a considerable margin. Automotion have some wonderful cars and they are immaculately well looked after. If you're after something with a little bit about it, above your normal spec, take a look here. I am always careful when purchasing a new car and I read as many reviews as possible to gauge if it is worth going to look at a car. All the reviews I read about automotion peterborough were extremely positive and after completing a deal with them I'm happy to add to the increasing great reviews. From the first email to being handing the new keys the service from the team was fantastic and extremely professional. The level of detail and care not to mention making you feel comfortable is superior to other sellers. Their facilities and presentation of the vehicle upon my arrival was far better than I have experienced before. If you go by reviews I hope when you read this it fills you with the confidence. I've had bad previous experience with other car dealerships but when I arrived at Automotion Peterborough I could definitely see I did not go to the wrong place as soon as I walked in I was greeted and felt so welcomed by Umare. Extremely happy with great price and outstanding customer service!!! Bought my X1 about a month ago from Umare at Automotion. When we arrived we were impressed with the range and particularly the condition of the cars for sale. (We will drive hours for a car in impeccable condition!) Umare was exceptionally helpful, polite and really went above and beyond. As I had already sold my car I was in a hurry to have my X1 parked on my driveway. Within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle it was MOT'd, serviced and delivered by Umare himself at 10pm on a Monday night. Incredible really when I live 2 hours away from Peterborough.He also paid to have the tyre pressure monitor replaced without question. It has been a month since purchasing the car from Automotion and I have been impressed with their service every step of the way. When I decide to sell my X1 will definitely be looking to see what they have on their floor.

Customer service qas on point. The sales rep that was dealing with me was seeing the whole prosess informally like a friend and it really does make a difference when you’re apending so much on a car. All the cars are in really good condition, mainly sport cars and good looking cars all around. Dont go there to find fiat punto’s or corsa’s😂 its big boy cars all around

Iv waited 7 months to post this review, having purchased my Bmw 320d touring from Auto Motion, After a few days the car had developed a rare electrical issue with the satellite navigation unit, I was amazed with how helpful and welcoming Auto Motion was with getting a solution, despite the third party guarantee not taking responsibility for the fault, They assured me that they will have the fault rectified. The vehicle was collected from my home address 92 miles away from Peterborough, I was given regular updates on a daily basis on how the fault was being rectified & when I was expecting my vehicle back, I have to say it did take them 2 weeks, but they arranged to drop it back off to me and also left a full tank of fuel in there for me as a way of apologising for the delay. Having dealt with other dealers in the past, I can say Auto Motion is by far the best one because you really feel on safe hands. I'm for sure getting in touch with them once I want to change my car again.

I purchased my Bmw 525d from Auto Motion last month after which it had an issue with the DPF filter. As the warranty company didn't cover it (part of the exhaust system) I called Auto Motion & they arranged collection of the car from my home & after some investigatory work replaced the DPF filter, returning the car late on a Thursday evening so I had it for the weekend. All at no cost to myself. It is a worry having an issue with a new car but the after sales service I received was excellent & proves that there are decent used car dealers out there. From my experience I would certainly have no issue in recommending them to others.

Been dealing with Mr Malik, what a guy waited for me after work hours, he did not even complain! Even offered me food! He gave me the keys let me check the car out. Was open an honest with me, patient and understood my needs. He fixed slight damage for me. What a service! Don’t miss the opportunity to go to this business.
