Great customer service and a professional approach to dealing with customers. Bought my car here about 3 months ago. Found these guys through auto trader as they had the exact car that I was looking for and in a mint condition as well. Read the reviews and could see that these guys cared about their business and decided to go ahead with them. Was dealt with by Ozzy who was very polite and not pushy at all and made the experience a very pleasant one. The real test was however when I realised there was a problem with the car. Contacted the garage and after discussing a few different options with the management, we landed on one that suited me best and got the problem resolved. Can say that you can trust these guys and they will hold to their end of the bargain.

Bought a car from CMH, called up for a test drive, was in the car trying it out half an hour later! Scott was great, no pressure sales. Noticed a few niggly bits on the car when out for the test drive, all of which were sorted by the time I went to pick it up. Once home and driving it normally I realised the battery was shot, few texts and I was in the next day where they replaced it. Car's great and great service, would definitely recommend!

Purchased a Ford Focus two weeks ago from this dealership. We dealt with Ozzy who was a good salesman and not at all pushy. He gave us plenty of time to look over the car and sat in rear when we went for a test drive to maintain social distancing. I part exchanged my Honda for the new car and although we got a lower price than we wanted, we knew it needed a bit of work doing so we were fine with the part exchange price. We payed a non-refundable deposit for the car and picked it up a week later, with it having had a new MOT and service, and full valet Since buying the car, we have driven to and from Poland and the car was great- no problems at all, brilliant on fuel. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Purchased a Ford C-max 2 months ago, they gave us a 3 month national comprehensive warranty, we had a issue with the car this week, contacted Cambridgeshire motor house, the chap was ever so helpful, confirmed the warranty package is still active (within 3 months) and guided us through all the steps, to our delight, we did not have to lose a single penny from our own pockets, all parts and labour were paid for by the warranty. Me and my wife are very pleased with the outstanding service received from Cambridgeshire motor house. Upon seeing a jaguar we liked on auto trader, we contacted them and was greeted over the phone by a friendly chap who was one of the sales manager, he patiently talked us through the process for click and collect, which we decided and agreed to follow. Today we went to collect our jaguar, they had all PPE present, all the staff were practicing covid restrictive measures, had masks on and using hand sanitizer. Went here to have a look at a C-Max for my partner. The guys here were so helpful in answering questions and helping. We had no intention of buying however the car was in such great condition that it was a no brainer. I also ended up buying a new car as well as I mentioned in passing I was looking too. We struck a great deal for all of us on 2 part ex and 2 newer cars. Both cars were in excellent condition. And the guys couldn't have done anymore to help us and be honest with us. Some car places are pushy and some just look dodgy as hell and will lie to you about anything to get a sale. These guys were honest, genuine and were as helpful as they could be. It also helped that when we went back to part ex our cars they were super busy, which is a testament to how good their reputation is.
