Bought an Audi A4 from here a couple of weeks ago. The car is in excellent condition and works flawlessly. The customer service was excellent and they are a really nice bunch of guys. Delivery was a few hours late due to the driver arriving at the garage late. However City motors were very apologetic and gave me an update as soon as the driver left. Overall an incredibly easy and nice experience and would recommend them highly. Was a joy to do business with them and I know here to look should I need a different car in the future. Thanks guys!!

Would recommend! These gentlemen are very helpful, kind, polite, and honest. They were not pushy, and even stayed late to allow me to fully view the car without feeling rushed. Bought a great car from Saf and he and his brother Kam sorted me out immediately with a minor problem. Their 3 month warranty is a bit limited but for £199 it's worth upgrading to a 6 month platinum one. A really nice couple of guys who it was a pleasure to buy from. If it wasn't for the minor problem I would have given them 5 stars but hey it's not a perfect world and perhaps 4.5 ✴️ would be more appropriate. Well done guys! 👍

I have previously had bad experience when cars go wrong, but with these guys they took care of everything from the warranty process to providing me with a courtesy car making sure i could get to work every day.

Good service. The reason is four rather then five because you didn’t want to reduce to price as you were going to do ‘full valet’ on the car which was very poor, still has previous owner dog hair in the boot and rear mirror was so oily I could hardly see what’s behind me. Second is that the car was apparently after full service, well it wasn’t only the oil was changed and nothing else was, seen all filters myself. Everything else is fine seems fine only issue is low battery power which is being investigated as we speak. Otherwise I’m pleased with my new Toyota.

I recently brought a Mercedes AMG A45 from City Motors after searching around. I live in Bristol, so the travel was 160 miles Approx each way and wanted to be sure prior to making the trip. I spoke to one of the owners of City Motors to explain the situation and request some additional details. Following this i was sent a number of detailed pictures of the car inside and out, as well as a 360-degree walk-around video. After a long drive to collect the car the reception was welcoming and professional, I cannot fault. The car was exactly as described. After approximately 2-months of owning the vehicle the engine management light come on. I reported this to City Motors and raised a call with the warranty company. After initial diagnostics with a local Mercedes specialist, the fault was related to the thermostat which had failed. City Motors guided me, as well as assisted in the process of the claim throughout and the claim was settled by the warranty company. I am writing this review based on my direct experience with City Motors. The car was exactly as described, and I can only praise them for their professional manner and support from start to finish. I travelled the distance to get the car I wanted and extremely pleased.

Excellent service, picked up on own inspection that was concerned about how long brake discs would last as badly worn on front. To be fair, with negotiations the guys inspected and test drive and agreed that they weren't great and fitted new discs and pads, front and back....it pays to check thoroughly! Lovely guys to deal with. I got a car from them a couple of months ago and unfortunately there was an intermittent fault with the gear box. They were so helpful, took the car off me and drove it until they got the fault so could test it. They then kept the car and replaced the gear box and a couple of other bits for me, to make sure the fault wouldnt happen again and all under warranty!
