I don't often write reviews, and I really don't enjoy most garage experiences, but........I can't rate this garage highly enough, Jack was so helpful and patient with me. He has a great sense of humour too. I bought a PHEV Mitsubishi Outlander unseen, having test driven a similar car closer to me, and i'm thrilled with it. A plug in at last! I got videos, in depth information about the car, and support once it was delivered. Everyone I spoke to there was friendly and helpful, they are honest [a small scratch and any small stone chip damage was filmed and pointed out to me before buying] and a real pleasure to do business with, especially for a un car savvy woman trying to research and buy a car quickly, in shock, having written off her last VW! I dropped into Close Mitsubishi just to find out a bit more about an Outlander PHEV I seen they had advertised. Jack Chapman came and introduced himself, was very helpful explaining about the car and I booked a test drive. Jack arranged for me to try the car I was looking at but I also asked to try a new one and he sorted this out for me. I was given all the time I needed to try out the vehicles and every step of the way everything was explained to me about the cars in great detail (there’s not much Jack doesn’t know about these vehicles). Jack was very patient with me, took all the time I needed to help me work out if this was the right car for me. I couldn’t have asked for anymore. Jack and the guys at Close sorted out everything for me with no hassle and needless to say a few days later I find my self picking up an amazing looking Outlander PHEV. Everything that Jack took me through with the car has proved itself and the car is just perfect for me (backed up by in my first week of commuting with free charging at work the car says I’m averaging over 290 miles to the gallon - now who wouldn’t be happy with that). The service I received from Close Mitsubishi was second to none, I can’t praise Jack enough for his care, attention and patience, and the car is just the best. Five stars all round.
