Purchased a car from Crown Cars about a month ago. Found the company online and after checking the reviews we decided to make the trip 600 mile round trip to view the car. It was exactly as advertised, if not exceeding expectations. The sales staff were extremely helpful and we couldn’t be happier with the car.

My partner recently purchased his car from here and as my partner was travelling from Scotland we received video footage and plenty of pictures and travelled on that basis. The cars are fine as long as you look over them properly and know what your buying in the first place, i spotted another comment about a guy buying a civic that was modified with lights on and a different oil cap? Then took it back to them expecting some kind of fix and a moan about the issues knowing it had them at the start. That comment nearly put me off from going and i would of lost out on a decent car because i knew what i was doing. So yes this place is fine just look over your future car properly theres no rush

Fantastic service. The story goes; - Called crown cars on Monday enquiring about a Passat. Spoke to a very polite and informative gentleman about the car and said I'd view it the following morning - Turned up on Tuesday morning and the owner welcomed me in and let me look at the car and test drive it as well - Had a good chat with the owner about the cars history and various other unrelated topics. I was happy with the car hence I mentioned that I have an Avensis I wanted to sell on - Myself and the owner decided on a discounted price for the Passat, a price for the Avensis and hence payment was made - The owner said he'd get the passat delivered and collect the Avensis from Birmingham - On the way home, I actually got a call that they can deliver the very same day! Hugely impressed! - Passat turned up cleaned, and off I tearfully bid my Avensis goodbye I cannot recommend this garage highly enough. The car is great, the owner was amazing and the service was above and beyond what other garages offer

The owner is very polite and staff friendly. The car I bought had a locked radio which I was unable to use. The owner has ordered a new radio which I am due to have fitted.

Purchased a car from here and am, overall, very happy with it. Unfortunately, the 3 month warranty didn’t cover timing chain replacement. There was a horrendous rattling for the first couple of seconds, something not apparent on the test drive (car must have been warmed up first). Cost me over £1k to get fixed but now purrs like a kitten. Taking this into account I believe I still have got a bargain as equivalent car values are in excess of £5.5k. Moral? Expect something untoward, something that needs attention and you won’t go far wrong...as long as it isn’t too expensive mind.
