The service I experienced was excellent, professional & friendly. I brought my beautiful Audi A5 back in December. Unfortunately within hours of my purchase my Audi had a radio fault (no sound). This fault has proved to be a tricky fix, with numerous diagnostics completed to try and establish the fault. We eventually found the issue which was a faulty radio control unit, which was replaced without fuss. I now have a fully operational radio/MMI. Although I did have issues, with a very annoying persistent problem, I have given Elton Cars 5 stars because I think that after sales service is just as important as initial customer service. I dealt with Lee, who reassured me from the beginning that it will be sorted and took the weight of worry off of my shoulders immediately. Lee was knowledgeable, supportive and took responsibility to get the issue resolved. I would thoroughly recommend this garage, excellent range of prestige cars, excellent service and no pushy sales men! Thank you Lee.

Brilliant Service from Elton cars. Seen a car, got as much details upfront possible so I could do my research. All stacked up, so arranged a visit with Steve. he was very Good and helped with all the questions. Made the Deal and Lee was fantastic by opening up the garage specially on a Sunday Morning just for me to collect the car. Very thanks full of him for this. Further to this, the card machine were playing up on the Sunday. I paid twice for my car and Lee gladly refunded the money owed to me back without any hassle. I purchased a blue Audi A4 and was in touch with a man name ELI, I traveled all the way from Birmingham to Peterborough and was reassured the quality of the car would be immaculate which is exactly what it was!!. Prior to coming down Eli showed me a video and allowed me time to decide and did not use any pushy salesman tactics. The customer service was excellent and very decent on price, I was given ample time to come inspect the car as I was fasting during Ramadan and could not come immediately so put down a deposit and was allowed plenty of time to come whenever I am free to complete my purchase. It also looks like my car is covered by a well known company called auto guard warranties and their reviews are amazing and there is a proper policy in place so I know I am covered in any unforeseen issues. My car drives amazing and I am glad I came to Elton cars as their selection of cars is much better than most showrooms and I will defo be back for any other cars me and my family may need.

Obviously buying a car in these times is hard with all the restrictions and not being able to test drive.
