Oct:Just passing today, saw a great car bmw z4 in beautiful red colors , couldn't help to take pictures and share it here. I wish I could own it but I have a hardtop convertible already. Sept: First time to have a car remote purchasing experience, the experience was nice. Nehaim tried to deliver the best service he can provide. The car got 88k miles on clock, it's understandable that an old car needs proper servicing and maintenance so as a customer we can put another 100k miles on the clock ( actually I believe a simple japanese 4 cylinder engine with standard transmission can reach at least 250k miles). When bad luck happened, we fix it together. Fairfield and Nehaim response to that quickly and now they are helping me to improve the car condition. Its important to share the thinking to each other's. I felt satisfied with his commitment and have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone!

My personal experience was brilliant, had been looking for a Megane R26 for some time until I came across this example, low mileage, good condition and lots of history. The car itself had not long been on the forecourt and barely touched so I got to see the vehicle state how the garage actually purchased it. Seemed very honest, friendly and would buy from again.

Can't rate Fairfields of Werrington highly enough! I saw a car of theirs that I liked online and called to enquire. Naz was really helpful and friendly - he even offered to collect me from the station when I explained I might have to come up by train to view the car. He put an MOT on the car at very short notice as he knew I was travelling quite a long way to view it and would want to take it away with me if I decided to buy it (which I did). Viewing and buying the car was a seamless process and I would definitely use them again even though they are not local to me.

Well. There I was again. Saying hello to the owner and there, on the forecourt was the car I had been wanting for a long time. I part exchanged my Z4 which I had previously purchased from here. Owner 'Naz' is an example of how customer service should be! Traditional 'down to earth' values - honest, helpful, sociable, & efficient. Fairfields stock a varied selection of cars to wow both the 'petrolhead', first time buyer, & customers who require something more 'middle of the road', all at a realistic price. My grandaughter Nicole has just purchased her 1st car, a Kia Picanto from Fairfields. After an initial conversation with Naz, I decided to make the 300 mile round trip from Gloucester to view & test drive the Picanto for Nicole. Everything I requested, & more was attended to by Naz, who presented the car at collection the following week in a condition that would put some main dealers to shame! Such attention to detail, & always willing to please. He certainly puts the customer first! An unexpected electrical 'gremlin' was noticed on the 150 mile drive home. This was rectified locally, the full cost being reimbursed by Naz without question. One very pleased grandaughter. Thanks Fairfields!

I’m not one to write a review but I was highly impressed with the service we received when purchasing our M140i. We’ve had the car for a year now and there hasn’t been a single problem with it. When we went to purchase the vehicle the owner offered to stay open late so we could come and see it and also let us stay in the office to sort all the relevant documents we needed to bring the car home. When we enquired about the vehicle, the owner said he would get it serviced, MOTed and valeted prior to our arrival on the day. A warranty was also included. We remain in love with the car and would definitely recommend the garage to anyone. If we were to look for another vehicle this would definitely be one of the first places we would look. Overall we are really impressed with the service we received and the car is outstanding. Thanks Fairfield’s!

Having identified a suitable Skoda Octavia Estate with Fairfield on Sunday afternoon, we were able to collect the car on the Tuesday evening, with a service, MOT (including all advisories) and (at our request) new timing belt / water pump all having been carried out. They filled the vehicle with diesel as I was returning to Scotland that night: this was in the first few days of the fuel crisis: they had to go to 6 filling stations to find one with fuel. There were no extra costs beyond that agreed for the timing belt and fuel. I was met at the station; all paperwork was carried out efficiently; the car was in excellent condition and cleanliness; Abdul phoned me the following morning to check I was home safely, as he had been concerned about driving that far on a very wet night. I would not hesitate to recommend Fairfields.

I had been looking around for a while to find a mitsubishi outlander when I came across this one at Fairfield's! The car was in beautiful condition, low mileage with full service history etc! I received great customer service from the very start and all the way through! Well I rarely write reviews to be honest but Fairfield deserve one. Naz was so helpful, from seeing the car for the first time to collecting it today. He went out of his way to make sure everything was all good , including rectifying a few cosmetic problems on the bodywork. One of the best points is he does not rush or use sales pressure . So if anyone is thinking of buying a car i would certainly recommend this car dealer .

I purchased my car from Fairfields three months ago It was a simple and straightforward no pressure sale experience everything was as clockwork I had been looking every where budget was not a problem it was more a case of finding a good honest decent car to suit my needs.
