Hi, thought I would leave a review. Though I usually do not. But fensgate have been fantastic. Helpful, friendly, polite, Excellent customer service and always kept in contact. I bought a Vauxhall Zafira tourer. The MOT brought up two advisories of two tyres getting low tread. They changed these two tyres no questions asked so didn’t have to buy two new ones 6 months down the line. They did home delivery 2 and half hours away. So the purchase was done over the internet and at first was cautious but I couldn’t be happier with how they have gone about their business. Bought car on Friday and Car came this morning {Tuesday} and is as described on the site. Car is great. They let Me test drive the car first and check anything I needed before signing it over to me. If you see a car you like with fensgate. Be assured that they are upfront and the advertisement is what it says it is. When I’ve had enough of this car, I’d be coming back to check out fensgate stock. Thank you very much. 5*

Was with a friend who purchased a vehicle, was very pleasantly surprised by the knowledgeable, helpful, friendly dealer who obviously takes pride in his business . There was no “blag” , no making stuff up . Just a helpful dealer who did his level best to make the entire process as worry free as possible even down to giving the vehicle a jet wash and moving it to pride of place when we collected. Would definitely recommend this dealership as they do seem to have a keen eye on which vehicles to stock. They will try to help you even AFTER you’ve bought a vehicle.

The Government has made it into a law that when anybody buys any car from a dealer/trader it automatically has 3 months warranty whether the dealer like it or not. But Fengate Car Sales do not accept or honour this statutory warranty. They have their own version of guarantees.

Buying a used car is always a risky business even for those in the trade. Many hidden demons can be lurking in unseeable places. Used car dealers have a reputation, up there (down there?) with lawyers and estate agents. I was after a specific model of car and found what I wanted at Fengate. I read these reviews, a number of which are negative (you can tell that some reviewers were foaming at the mouth when writing), read the cars description on their web page and studied the pictures. I then rang to enquire and was pleasantly surprised by an apparently honest appraisal of the vehicle with the pointing out of faults that were not apparent from the written description or the pictures. I rolled the dice. The vehicle was delivered in a very presentable manner and exceeded expectations. By now the company had my money but volunteered and undertook a number of post sale services that they were not obliged to do and in a cheerful manner. I am impressed. Who knows, the vehicle may turn out to be a bad'un but then so can a brand new vehicle - we have all heard the horror stories. You pays your money, you takes your chance. Whatever, I am happy that the part Fengate played, was honest, and really, think why wouldn't it be, they are in business for the long haul and if they were routinely selling lemons they wouldn't be in business for long.

Good, honest, family run dealership Viewed and compared their cars online with other dealers for a few weeks. Picked three I was interested in and travelled down from Southampton. They picked me up from the train station and were extremely helpful. What I really liked, there was no pressure selling and the car I chose in the end was ready to go that day (Brilliant).

Really great services the guys running it are really nice and are very straight forward, got everything done really quickly! Only one downside is the interior hadn't been cleaned, so I found a bunch of rubbish everywhere and cleaned it out myself, but other than that it's a good place to go to

I brought a landrover discovery from Car City in July 2018. Good service throughout the transaction. Unfortunately there was a fault with the steering and it needed to be returned for repair, under the warranty. Car City dealt with the matter, efficiently and quickly. A good dealership to do business with. I would recommend to others.

Bought a Nissan Nevara From day one had problems took it back and was assured it was fixed a week later same problem so put it in to the main dealer who videoed the investigation and what they found was the wrong parts fitted and also they were secondhand parts from a local to them scrapyard So I gave ozz the opportunity to make it right he and his cousin and farther all played ignorance so I took him to court with engineer reports and incriminating parts also receipts from the scrapyard the judge was shocked of the blatant disregard and attitude of his representatives he sent to court to defend their reputation I was awarded what I asked for and truly to nature he refused to pay so I then got the sheriff involved who took position of two mercs until he payed in full I would never recommend this company for any thing more than learning the art of deception and manipulation Alli barba and the forty lying scum bags Would be a better name If you do get any thing from them Please get an independent competent person to give it a once over

I spoken to Nas regarding a car they had in, I drove from Leicester for the car. I got there and the car was ready and clean for a test drive. It was perfect. But then I walked into the show room and there she sat, a beautiful Vw Toureg V6 😍 safe to say it came home.
