Bought a Honda Civic today. Very pleased with the service and the communication with Shane. Even more pleased with the car! My husband travelled over 80 miles to view/test drive on my behalf last week, and today, I went to fetch it. Shane even picked me up from Peterborough Town centre. Purchased an Audi TT today, excellent condition 👌 great customer service, no hard sale. Shane left us to view and test drive the car in our own time and this was easy and comfortable rather than a sales person following you around. We inspected it and was very happy. Shane helped us tax it and digitally update the logbook (quicker process with DVLA). Easy to find about 10 mins off the A1 and parking onsite. Also received a warranty on the car very professional definitely recommended

I want to thank Shane for a fantastic service and a gem of a car. I have been looking for a Volvo v70 D5 for a few months, and I saw one advertised at Heritage motors. I called to inquire about the car and spoke to Shane at length about the car and arranged to see him. When I got there, the car was as he described and in excellent condition. It was great to meet someone who stilled loved cars and was very enthusiastic about what he did. The whole process from test driving to buying the car was simple and straightforward. Shane is the most fantastic car dealer ever; he went above and beyond to fix a problem in our Merc, which at first looked minor but turned out to be quite complex and time consuming - I can only recommend him, the prices are more than reasonable and the service is just excellent. If you are looking for a nice older car, look no further than Heritage Car Sales in Peterborough. A rare place indeed being an honest car dealer and nice people as well. A world away from the usual pit of vipers who await the unwary. A much different experience awaits you there , A nice welcome in the clean and tidy premises, honestly described cars, no bull or sales patter, Sensible guys who are happy to discuss things properly with you and leave you to inspect in peace. You will find well prepared cars, many with work done way beyond what you would normally expect, new Mot test supplied regardless of months left, and a decent warranty backed up by a comprehensive pre delivery check. If like me you prefer older cars rather than being a bit hard up, this is the place to go. I made a 650 mile round trip after several excellent communications with Shane, a thoroughly nice young man and left with what must be one best condition cars of it's type anywhere, a firm favorite of mine for years, which I know inside out, and exactly as described. One owner 26k miles full service and mot records, new mot with a clear pass with one advisory which I will actually enjoy dealing with. Non smoker, like new inside. Locking working properly 2 keys, virtually new tyres on refinished wheels , new radio, brand new road springs, clean oil, new air filter ,auto box oil clear pink . An absolute cracker. What a find for me and I have been looking long and hard. Shane organised the Tax in minutes, bunged in fuel and we were ready for the off . There cannot be many car sales places with such excellent feedback ,but it's well deserved , try them first. Very pleasant stay at the Great Northern at the station to top things off. BC.
