Standard service quick, but if something more complicated you will wait for ages... days... weeks... no organisation, they fix one thing then go to next one and ordering parts again and waiting time again, why they cant order all of them same time...

Been using this place for years. Has always been good, reliable and convenient to drop off and collect outside office hours. Had no complaints whatsoever. Staff and technicians are always friendly, polite and helpful. Last time it went in for a service and seized caliper, not so good. Spent 3k (there were several other issues found) and have just taken it back for the 5th time for related issues. Fair play, they've spent additional time on it at their cost correcting their own error bleeding brakes but I'd expect any company to remedy their faults at their expense. Unfortunately though, every time I've collected it, within 5 minutes of driving it's obvious the original issue persists and some that weren't there when originally taken in, so not thoroughly road tested. Also scratched the wheels when removing them, which when pointed out said they'd repaint but didn't. It's cost me thousands in missed work on top of 3 thousand and counting bill and several hundreds more hiring another vehicle. Disappointed and frustrated a vehicle is returned with the same fault, minor damage and a new fault after spending so much time and money with the experts. Staff still as friendly as ever and apologetic but it's small consolation for such major inconvenience. In the interest of balance, this is the only time I've had any difficulties here after many services over several years. Hoping it's a blip.

I recently bought my new (to me) van from Intercounty Truck and Van in Peterborough. Because I have previously purchased three Mercedes vans over the last 10 years or so, all from main dealers, I expected excellent service. Sure enough, that is exactly what I received. My contact was Rob Dunn, and he was as helpful as all the other people I have met over the years within the Mercedes dealership network. We communicated with each other by email and phone, many times during the buying process, and I received what I consider to be excellent service. Because I live in the North West of England I normally deal with Ciceley Commercials. However on this occasion they did not have in stock the size of van I was looking for, and fortunately for me Intercounty Peterborough did. I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Vito van. Many thanks Rob, and many thanks Intercounty Truck and Van. I would certainly purchase from Rob and Intercounty in the future

Where to start ? Absolutely cracking service from this brilliant company just when I found myself in trouble with a puncture and a wheel that simply would not come off. I rang them and spoke to Martin in service and although he said I had cover on my sprinter which I bought new from them 2 years ago he listened to my predicament and realised it was vital for me to be mobile due to being a self employed builder. So instead of just bouncing me to another number he told me to hold the line while he tried to help me. 20 minutes later Daniel from there work shop arrived and in no time sorted the problem and all done with a smile even in cold wet weather. To date I honestly cannot praise this company enough. Nothing is ever too much trouble even when I can see they are rushed off there feet . The young lady and gent on the front service desk are always cheerful and polite. I’m a sole trader so you might think my business is not important to them but I’ve always felt respected and valued. I will be trading in for my next new vehicle fairly soon and am not even interested in shopping around. For me service is everything. A big and well deserved thank you to this company. Mick

Hands down the best buying & customer service experience we've received from a MB commercial dealer. From initial contact to collecting the van, and even after care once we bought the van. The communication & service received from Rob Dunn throughout the whole process has been excellent. Even made sure the vehicle had enough fuel for our 80 mile journey back home! We've been buying vans from Mercedes dealers since our first Sprinter in 1996 and will be back to Intercounty for our next vehicle!
