I recently purchased a Peugeot RCZ from Junction 17 Cars. The service and support given by them has been excellent. The car being a 2013 model is 9 years old but given the cars age had very complete service history. I travelled a long way to them as these are quite rare especially in the Auto version so was hoping it would be as described. It was good (one scuff on an alloy but that wasn't going to stop me buying) and the items I had requested be done beforehand had been as requested; a service being due and drivers seat refurb. I was dealing mainly with the office pre collection and Shola and Leonie were both really helpful. Micky was the salesperson who handled the purchase and all was swift and good. I did a brief test drive and was happy. On route back to Dorset I stopped on route and it was then I noticed a slight jerk when going from Drive to Reverse while parking. I hadn't noticed this at the time of my test drive but the gear box wasn't really warmed up enough. I gave it a couple of days incase it was just a temporary issue. It wasn't so I contacted Junction 17 and discussed my concern about it. They were understanding and suggested I take it to a local main dealer for their opinion. I duly booked it in for a Diagnostic at Peugeot in Dorchester who said a Gearbox oil change would hopefully clear up the issue. This was due for this to be done at this mileage. They gave me a cost which I passed onto Junction 17 cars and they gave me the go-ahead to proceed and settled the account directly. I am delighted to say it cured the issue with the RCZ and I am mega happy with this stunning and rare car. The true judge of an honest dealership is when you have a problem with a vehicle and how they handle the problem. They excelled especially not making me travel all the way back from Dorset to Peterborough to get the work done... which they are entitled to do so. So I thank them for that. On another note while the diagnostic was being done it included a health report and the car is as clean as a whistle which given its age and 72,000 miles is brilliant to know. A great little car and a good used car dealership so would deffo recommend anyone to buy a car from them.. and they have some really amazing cars too!!

Looking for a new car, like most people I searched online for local garages. I could not have been more impressed with Junction 17. Walking in, I was very honest that I was not likely to be buying the more expensive cars given my budget, yet I was treated as well as anyone else. I was not pushed into looking at or buying anything, much the opposite, I had all the time in the world to browse, I could look at any car I wished to, and nothing was too much effort. Once I had found a car I was interested in, it was a quick and simple process to get a test drive arranged. The process of purchase was much like the rest of my experience, effortless and without any pressure. Every option was explained, and was left for me to decide what would be best. With fantastic warranties, and unbelievable attention to detail, I collected my car today fully valeted, cleaned, with a tank of fuel and a full warranty and service. I was kept informed constantly by my salesman (Luke) who was my point of contact, and could not have been kinder or more helpful. Once I returned home, I received a text message from the team just to make sure I had no questions or concerns. Without any doubt I will stay with Junction 17, not just for the great cars and prices, but because of the service, the care and the team. Best service I have had from a garage, and best experience purchasing a car.
