I bought a used car from Marshall Jaguar just before Christmas and I have to say it was the best service I have ever received from a dealership. From deciding I was going to purchase the vehicle to collected just 3 days later. The two guys I dealt with were Michael Browning and Kevin Nixon and both could not have been more helpful. Handover was quick and efficient with no contact, screens between us, sanitised pens and all paperwork completed over the phone or via email. Excellent service, thank you

I'm currently sitting in the service reception area waiting to receive some feedback on a number of issues I'm experiencing with my Jaguar. I came in with no appointment and therefore wasn't expecting anyone to have the time to speak with me. How wrong I was!! A very friendly gentleman cane out to see me and without hesitation put my car in the ramp to diagnose the issues. I'm now just waiting for a comprehensive printout of what needs to be fixed. I am beyond impressed with this level of service, not to mention.... Extremely grateful. Thanks to all.

Mel in the Service Department was just amazing!! Although I was a Trade customer I still received the Jaguar treatment. Car was fixed in super quick time and the coffee was amazing. Thank you once again guys, it's lovely to see such great customer service even when I'm in the trade myself!!

Visited without any prior arrangements so when I arrived I was fully prepared to be realistic about what they could and couldn't do. What I genuinely didn't expect was for a technician to appear within 2 minutes who came out for a test drive with me so we could try to diagnose the niggle I was experiencing with the car. Embarrassingly, despite having exhibited the problem for several days and even that morning on the way to them, the car proceeded to behave flawlessly, however the technician could not have been more understanding and was keen to point out that this was by no means the first time customers had found this happen to them! Rather than just leave it at that though, he suggested we book the car in for a couple of days so they could take a proper look, and at the same time put it through a winter health check. Last but not least I was patiently guided through setting up the InControl feature which up until then had been troublesome for me to get working.Throughout all of this Mel at the service desk was the friendliest, most welcoming person you could ever have hoped for and I left with a real glow about the experience I had just had. Honestly, it's such a good feeling to be able to tell people about this because it's Jaguar after all and you want to be able to show off every aspect of the brand, not just the vehicle. So, credit where it's due and thanks to everyone for making me feel so valued.
