We recently purchased a 5 year old Peugeot from this dealership, and the entire initial sales and after sales experience was smooth, trustworthy and enjoyable.
Allow me to explain. Prior to speaking to this dealership for the first time, we had been through hell and back trying to find a suitable car for our needs. Many other so-called "trade dealerships" fell short of the promised care and attention they give to the car being sold, and their prospective customers.
Not at Marshall Peugeot Peterborough.
Here, we were greeted in person with a warm and friendly smile by Martyn and Igor and the lovely receptionist on the day. Tea and coffee were offered, and air conditioning blessed us from the warmth outside. We were allowed time to inspect the car we had seen online, outside and inside, then calmly offered a test drive to help solidify our decision to buy.
Marty (as we now colloquially called him) was pleasant enough to allow us a long test drive, whilst giving us some insights into the vehicle in question. We arrived back and got down to paperwork, having had a short stroll around the lot, while we made our final decision. Again, refreshments were offered to quench our thirst. Very caring.
We demonstrated our intent to buy with large figures, and Marty and his sales manager ran them through their system and came back with delightful finance examples to suit our budget. At no point did we feel pressured, rather, everyone in house exuded an aura of 'take your time, make the right call'. We appreciated this immensely. If there is one thing we hate, it is rushing a big decision.
Finance was arranged in under an hour, and again Marty calmly took our deposit, after care warranty and Gap insurance payments via card and kindly offered a full valet of the vehicle, complimentary 12 month warranty and delivery to our home, the next day. Amazing.
Waves and smiles came from all staff members as we left the building, basking in the glow of our new immaculate acquisition. The next day, it arrived to our door. Marty professionally went through each document for final handover, and we shook hands, signifying an equally felt feeling of satisfaction and courtesy.
To say we have been looked after since first contact with Marshall Peugeot is an understatement. I came back a week later to get a courtesy wheel balance and order some Quality of Life parts for the car, and was even gifted with delivery to my door of said parts, by the General Manager himself.
Matt (who was extremely helpful in parts), Liam and also Paul, who even compensated fuel for the journey, are true beacons of patient, willing, helpful people in the industry.
Well done to all of you, please keep up the good work for us customers, and please ensure that staff are appreciated for their amazing contributions to excellent customer service.

Yesterday I completed the purchase of a 2019 Peugeot Partner from Marshall’s in Peterborough.
The receptionists always provided a warm welcome, and for the few minutes I had to wait they ensured I had a drink, and the waiting area is comfy with free wi-fi.
The van sales specialist, Richard, offered exceptional customer service throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable in terms of the vehicles and in terms of the wider vehicle purchasing process. At no point did I ever feel pressured into making a purchase, or to take any specific add-ons. Everything that was available was explained in “everyday” language, but no pushy sales tactics were ever used. A major factor behind me buying here was Richard’s approach to sales and how relaxed he was.
When I collected the vehicle it had been provided with a fresh MOT and they had very kindly put half a tank of fuel in. Richard was on hand to explain all the features of the vehicle and ensured I was happy with the purchase before I left.
Vehicle buying is normally stressful (mainly in regards to the attitudes of salespeople), however Marshall’s provided a smooth customer friendly experience.

Drove in to the dealership, they inspected it within 20 mins, informed me it would be an hour to fix if I was happy to wait, and gave me a seat and hot drink.
Also told me service was due, authorised with lease company, and performed it all within 2 hours - car handed back working.

Fantastic experience, came here to have a look around, Connor came out to ask us how we were doing and honestly from step one everything was professional, inviting and he made us feel at ease by explaining everything to us clearly on what's best for us.
There were torrential downpours when we test drove the car but it meant that we didn't see the externals very easily enough to notice some marks on the alloys. This was easily sorted and fixed for us at no extra cost, and we left with the car the next day.
Once again, fantastic service, thank you Connor Smith you were a wonderful human being and your a credit to your team :)

I wasn't going to leave a review but they say we don't really know how good any business is until they have to handle a complaint.
Well we didn't have the plainest of sails in our dealings with the Honda dealership and I found the sales Manager (Ross) to be disinterested in anything I had to say after the deal had been done.
We took our issue to a group level and our case was passed on to the sales Manager at the Maserati dealership next door (Jamie).
Jamie did the simple things very well, which initially was to listen to our concerns and talk to us in a professional and understanding manner, something that Ross found difficult to grasp, which lead to both parties finding common ground and coming to a suitable solution.
In summary, the sales guys at Honda were all very friendly and made me feel welcome (Ross included), but when things got more difficult he showed his true colours and tried his best to sweep the matter under the carpet.
However, if you are lucky enough to be buying a Maserati then you are in safe hands.

Purchased a used BMW last week. Car was in both fantastic condition and competitively priced.
The negotiation was conducted remotely (Sales representative was Ehsaan Ashar). In short, agreed a deal over email/phone before physically seeing the car. Drove from London to collect the car and wasn't disappointed!
Ehsaan was excellent throughout the process, namely communicative/informative, responsive and honest. There was no deviation from what was agreed/misunderstandings, so taking any unneeded stress away. I asked a lot of questions, and Ehsaan ensured everything was dealt with thoroughly. On the day, I had an issue with the air con on the car, Ehsaan worked swiftly with the workshop to get resolved.
I would recommend the dealership based on my experience with Eshaan.

Absolutely amazing service when we were looking for the car but after purchasing it went dreadfully down hill. So overall a mixed review. My first car with finance and Jordan explained everything in full detail and couldn’t have been anymore help, he was happy to do anything to help us and went the extra mile. So since driving my care off of the premises I cannot say I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Peugeot, the customer service has been appalling. After confusion about which spec of 208 I have purchased after being told it was an allure before purchase to them being told it was a special addition after purchase... I went back to question this and just to get confirmation about which one I had actually brought. The manager I spoke to decided to address my enquiry whilst stood in the middle of the shop floor and could not even apologise for the confusion or try to explain the matter well. Later that day my dad and I decided to pay them a visit to clear the whole situation up after they didn’t really spend time explaining it to me, this time the same manager decided to take us to her office and apologise repeatedly to my dad. I feel as though the lack of customer service to the actual purchaser of the car (me) was just disrepctful and rude. We have also since had problems with my breaks after only 3 weeks of having the car, I spent 2 hours waiting for an answer to only be told it must be the weather making them make a horrible noise. After retelling this to my dad, (who is knowledgable with cars maintanence) he decided to question this. Another hour passes and we get told they have taken the wheels off and sorted the noise by however means. Our questions was why did this take two hours and for us to question it!?
So I feel as though the service is amazing until they have your money and have sold the car, once the transaction has gone through they couldn’t care less.

In for servicing my Marshall-purchased BMW 530GT under their 3yr Service Deal. Only certain garages have the requisite gear to specifically deal with BMW and this is the nearest to me. Very impressed with 'Ben' @ the service desk who dealt with a few awkward questions very well, and the general feel of the place, and also Marshalls generally: the original purchase from Marshalls Jaguar at Lincoln was professional, with assurances that servicing can be done at any Marshalls franchise (not true with specialist vehicles like BMW/AUDI etc), but nevertheless this Vauxhall franchise was very professional too, friendly and informative. I've had much worse at BMW Main Dealers and especially Evans Halsham (wife's car). It's pleasant to have your expectations exceeded! I'd have no reservations going back and swapping our Jazz, or in recommending them.

Used Marshall’s Peugeot for servicing on my recently sold 5008. Can’t really complain about the service from them, always did what they said and the price is normally the same as what’s quoted. Really like the video they do with MOT, it’s a nice touch. Can be very expensive but I suppose that’s main dealers for you.

I came here because I tried to go to halfords to get my isofix base but they couldn't do it for me. So kindly Peugeot offered to help me when I called up today. It took a while, almost 20 minutes but the gentleman who helped me was amazing! He tried really hard to help me and located the points in my Peugeot 208, although it was a nightmare (more for him I'm sure as he did all the work), it finally got in! So no more seatbelt issues! Over the moon as a new mum, so glad for the amazing customer service. I left there feeling really relieved and happy, thank you so much for your help! I am so very appreciative :)😁🙌🏾🥳

What can I say about Marshall Peterborough? If I could give them more stars I would. I had just experienced a nightmare with Halfords who it turned out broke my car. Matt who works at Marshall did everything he could to help me. I was left in quite a pickle, unable to get my son to his hospital appointments and school. Halfords were awful but thanks to Marshall and in particular Matt, my trust in garages has been restored. The mechanics sent me videos of the car as they assessed it so I could see everything. Matt even sat down with me and explained what Halfords had done, so I could confidently pursue them for a refund. Matt got me a car to drive my son about and showed me unbelievable customer support. This employer should have a pay rise for the effort and attention he gives his customers. He his giving the company a very good reputation, with his high standards and level of customer care which is second to none. I can’t thank these people enough. The mechanics did an amazing job and Matt even had them chat to me so I always had a good understanding of what was happening. I did not feel ripped off like I did with Halfords, who had left me with a car not fit for the road and had charged me silly amounts of money for it. Thank you Peugeot and in particular thank you Matt for supporting me through this nightmare and getting my car back on the road.
I won’t ever go anywhere else and I suggest others choose Marshall Peugeot and ask for Matt because he will ensure you are looked after

I had been looking for a Peugeot 508 Blue GT 2.0 180 for over 4 months. I was twice disappointed with other dealers. I traveled from Edinburgh to Peterborough by train to view the car. Was picked up by Tom Wilmot at the Station and allowed a lengthy test drive and inspection of the car. I concluded the deal that day. Tom undertook to sort out two small issues which were duly addressed. I collected the car the following week having driven down with my trade in. The car, an ex demonstrator, is totally immaculate and virtually brand new despite being a year old. Great dealership with no hassle and the car price was was very very competitive.
On collection Johnny the manager detected a slow puncture. he was totally up front and the tyre was replaced. Other dealers might not have mentioned this. I am totally satisfied and enjoying my new car. Would I recommend Marshalls. Yes, based on my experience, I certainly would.

Not all Peugeot dealerships are equal, some are far better than others! Had a problem with my Peugeot 3008 and was led right up the garden path by a another Peugeot dealer. Dealt with Adam at Marshalls. Adam is a master tech, and let me tell you, he's well deserving of this roll. Marshalls appear to have a good reputation for quality service matters, and my experience today just confirms that. If you knew me, you know I wouldn't give this type of comment away lightly. Use them with confidence.
