Absolutely brilliant service from point of initial contact, to actual booking and on the day, always a warm welcome from the Reception Team (Jane in particular). The service and MOT carried in a timely, professional manner and the car was ready and washed, ready to drive away in just under 3 hours.

My service provider Micheal Shea went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He made a detailed video explaining the issues wrong with my vehicle and thoroughly explained them in person as well. Moreover, after I determined I was not ready to pursue additional service work he gave me several alternatives to get my vehicle taken care of outside of Mercedes. His consideration for my needs and keen attention to detail make me more than happy to recommend him and his team assistance going forward.

When I got there I was told it could take 5 hours to sort my car. I had not been told that before so was potentially left a long time to kill- with no car to go anywhere! When I got back having been told the car was ready, waited about 20 minutes, without explanation, before getting sorted. Other than that, pleasant, helpful staff and a nice environment. Wasn't offered coffee while we waited though!

Took car for service and mot. Really impressed how helpful staff are. Had to take my 5 month old with me and was quite daunted by having to switch his car seat (and the other millions of bags you carry around with a baby) into the loan car, Mercedes couldn’t have been more helpful with this. They were also flexible around the time dropping off my car and picking it up. Everything was quick and the car was ready early.

Very professional business at the Peterborough branch! Today on our visit, we received a warm welcome even though we were late, we were met with understanding and politeness. We also were a party of 2 adults and 3 children and due to us having been late for our appointment, would need to wait a bit longer as we missed our original appointment, we wanted to go into the Town of Peterborough to do some shopping and eat whilst we waited but had no second car and was thinking that we may need to take the bus which we have never done before and was so pleasantly surprised when we were offered a driver to take us into town and also pick us back up and bring us back to the dealership when our own car was ready!!! Omg we felt very special 😊😁
Will definitely be back to this location year after year as we never received this kind of splendid customer service before, at any other Dealership and our vehicle was properly checked and serviced in addition to being washed and cleaned which was extra cherry on top! Many, many thanks 😊 👍

Louise is an angel. If you are ever buying a car, find Mercedes Peterborough and ask for Louise. She will handle your purchase with ease. She's brilliant. She sent a car to pick me up from the train station, and took me through the whole process. Next car purchase, I am going to use Mercedes Benz dealership in Peterborough because of the level of customer service I got from Louise. I even got £25 diesel added to car on day of collection. The experience was excellent. I highly recommend. The only downside is the valet. Other than that, everything else was excellent

Overall a disappointing experience following my first visit to this particular dealership for a service and MOT. Whilst the checking in on the day was great, the check out was awful. Another customer and I were placed in a waiting area and ignored. When it came to pay, they had not carried out the air con service on the car, but I was offered to have it completed on the day - but would have to wait even longer.... erm no. Very poor service from a brand with a great reputation.
Update - contacted by the manager who apologised and offered to sort out the missing service element with free pick up from my home.

Vehicle recovered back to dealership following rear right puncture on a Friday early evening. MB connect activated in car to request recovery as Sealant did not work. Vehicle made it back to the dealership before service closed. Aleks and the team very accommodating. Tire replaced by 12 pm Sat. Replacement sealant and touch up stick will be provided and delivered to home address by local technician. Cost of tyre quite pricey compared to where I’d normally go but discount was given prior to payment. Extra cost of the tire was outweighed by the politeness, professionalism and top level customer service experience. Very accommodating. Main reason for sticking with the dealership👍👍👏👏

Where do I start? What a lovely, helpful, caring bunch of people these guys are at Mercedes Peterborough. Managed to fit my car in for a health check quite last minute as I was worried and completely put my mind at ease. Even the girls I have spoken to on the phone and in person on reception are so attentive. They call you straight back when promised, they are informative. Nothing is too much trouble and they actually go out of their way as they genuinely want to help you. Haven’t had a better service anywhere else. In my opinion the BEST Mercedes dealership I have encountered, the whole place has a really friendly feel, nothing is too much bother for them and I have never had any problems with their work. Just cannot fault it, you arrive and there is 2 lovely receptionist that come to you straight away, help you with your query, then everything is done very quickly after that, they even brought my courtesy car in front of the entrance to make it easier for me with a baby. Having used this dealership under a different ownership a few years ago which was just the worse experience ever, I thought I would try again now under new ownership. Wow! Good selection of cars and helpful staff my only gripe is with the service department. No concerns over the service but the booking in. You are asked to book time to bring car in but this bears no relevance to when car will be worked on,it seems if you want to wait you will get car done first. So why bother booking having a booking in service.

I purchased a car through Mike Birch and cannot recommend him more highly. I came to view one car after saying yes, changed my mind when I saw another car in the showroom, and it was no trouble for him to provide a new quote, amend the paperwork and get the new car prepped for collection a week later. Mike never moaned once at the extra work and still gave a great customer service. He listened to my criteria through the whole process and gave me suitable advice based on that. I am now in receipt of a car I love and still receiving great after sales customer service.
I cannot recommend Mike or the Peterborough Showroom enough - you will be looked after through the whole process.

GLC in for service & first MOT plus Sat nav update and unreliable Stop/Start battery. Faulty suspension strut found on MOT & replaced under warranty together with Stop/Start battery. Everything completed to total satisfaction apart from the sat nav update - again! To me it makes sense to get the sat nav updated while the car is in for service but, once again, it wasn’t done. Now I lose the car for another day to get the update done plus 3 hrs driving to and fro. Not sure why it’s so difficult - I can do my other car & motorbike myself in under an hour. However, updates apart, great service.

I just wanted to say that after a very last minute decision to commute from London to Peterborough to see a car and dealing with Mike, the experience has been nothing but exceptional. I am so happy I decided not to proceed with the other car I saw at another main dealer.
Mike was extremely attentive and answered all questions I had (even with the payment issues I had at the time (my fault - I wasn't intending to buy the car on that day and didn't have my card reader to clear me to proceed, sorry about that!)
The service from Mike and Mercedes Benz of Peterborough has been faultless. From being picked up from the station and final handover and aftercare service has been great.

Everyone was polite and friendly. Had service on car, just a pity mercedes are not competitive for extras needing attention. Tried to talk to the servicing guy but he was not interested that I would be taking my business elsewhere, shame as would be easier to have it all done at the same time. Mercedes quoted £72 for new wiper blades, come on Mercedes you have the customer in your hands rethink your pricing strategy!!

We had the misfortune of a puncture en route to our holiday. Luckily we had Mercedes care package & after bit of a delay with recovery (RAC not Merc) we were taken to Mercedes in Peterborough. We arrived at 2 minutes to 6pm on a very wet friday evening. The team kicked straight into action and far exceeded our expectations. Although the service dept was already closed, the team still onsite worked with the RAC & got the tyre changed quickly & we were able to continue our journey. They really could not have done more for us. They were friendly, professional, helpful & just a great bunch of people. Thank you!!

This being the first time having my vehicle serviced since buying it,l didn't want the full service as we dont use that vehicle alot,oil filter etc changed and vehicle check which l thought quite reasonable,my booking in was done on a screen at the rear of the building which l had to type out myself very straightforward,always someone about to help you and polite,left the building to the rear as a one way system was being operated had no problem with collection as l,d paid my invoice over the phone,collected my key and receipt,my car had been cleaned outside and was ready to go,as simply as that!l was advised about the types etc pads and disc would require checking next time all given on the receipt,Yes! Took my car in for new break pads and wheel balancing. New break pads and plates were fitted and all appears well. I am glad it’s done ready for winter. The wheel balancing machine was broken so it was not done. No offer was made to do the wheel balancing when the machine is back in use.

After a horrific experience at another Mercedes Main Dealer, I contacted Ged at Mercedes Peterborough for help sourcing a car for my partner. We had an exact figure in mind, and Ged and his colleague Tom went above and beyond to cater to our needs, and sorted an incredible deal for her new car. I can't express how happy she is with her new car, and the total contrast in service from the other main dealer! The car is superb, and in fantastic condition for a used car, and the hanover was fully COVID safe and compliant which put us at ease.

Disappointed this time, this is the first time I feel a little let down. Eco start stop start wasn't working even though it had ample chance to charge. Explained this to Mercedes and yet all they did was charge the battery. They seemed to concentrate on a recall for the airbag. I'm pretty sure they didn't even look at the performance issue I mentioned either. It's not easy for me to get in and see them yet I feel this was a wasted effort, eco stop start still not working. Vehicle booked in as a result of engine management light showing, this is the second time in 4 months it has come on and it turns out both were nox sensors in and out this was dealt with pretty quickly and I was advised it was a known Mercedes fault, completed under warranty with minimum fuss and in good time.

Everything you would expect from a premier dealership. My SLK had a leaking roof seal which the a certain well known Ford dealership in Spalding n failed to notice, not really surprising as they didn't supply me with a vehicle Health Check prior to me purchasing the car in early Feb 2020. The seals are not covered under any warranty which is understandable, but at the very least I would have expected those said parts to have been properly inspected.
Mercedes on the other hand rectified the problem and provided a health check of all the major safety parts. Very professional process in keeping me informed. Courteous and knowledgeable. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them and would happily purchase a used vehicle with absolute confidence.

Bought a GLE400d from salesman Robert Clegg - so unbelievably simple and efficient and, most importantly, no hard sell, just gave me all information and let me make my own mind up without any uncomfortable push or stress whatsoever. Even came in on his holiday to do my handover - which was super-efficient and professional. Once sold and commission is in, salesmen are usually not interested in further communications with a buyer. I phoned almost a week later with a whole load of things i didnt understand about the car and Robert spent an hour on the phone removing my frustrations without it feeling tiresome and with him actually sounding caring and attentive throughout the call. He answered every point. Very impressive, especially as i enquired from, and dealt with, other mercedes dealers elsewhere in the country who were pushy, minimum in help and totally commission focused not customer focused and made me nervous about buying. I will buy from Robert again when i need my next Mercedes. Five stars well deserved.

As always, you are looked after very well at Mercedes of Peterborough. You get your own liaison person who talks you through what needs to be done and collects you keys. Within half an hour I was able to watch a video of a mechanic inspecting the underside of the car, including wheels, breaks etc. On collection you can help yourself to a hot drink whilst you wait or the work to be completed. The same liaison person takes you through the work done and the report, plus an additional work that may be required. on collection the car has been valeted. The only downside is that they are not afraid to charge for all of this. But you do get peace of mind, all genuine parts and experts on hand should anything out of the ordinary be required.

The one point of frustration is appointment times mean nothing in the vortex of Mercedes Peterborough, whether you are buying a car or having it serviced get strapped in for at least an additional 30-60 unplanned minutes of waiting. Speak to Dave in service - very professional and a really nice guy. Even better as my car is 7 years old it qualifies for the 7+ Value Service. Same parts and oil but at a fraction of the cost. "A" (minor) service £139.00! They even used a head cam and recorded a video underneath my car pointing out the condition of the exhaust, tyres and breaks.

I have owned 13 Mercedes over the last 15 years and have moved 10 cities over the last decade. I have yet to see a dealership that provides a better customer service.
I currently own three mercs one of these is a 33 year old classic, R107. All my cars are looked after by these guys. Infact my father in laws S class is also driven up from London to be maintained by the team here.
Sarah in servicing department is a 5 star person and she has been consistently brilliant over the years. She accepts her limitation and will have no hesitation in getting the boys from workshop to answer my questions. Matt the boss of the workshop is always there to answer my questions. This is one of the best dealerships with a superb team that I have ever been to and believe me I have been to atleast 11 dealerships over the last 15 years.
On Saturday when i went to collect my car I drove off and drove back in as the airmatic light had come on and Greg from the showroom without any hesitation, immediately provided me with a used car from the forecourt to help out. No questions asked and that is what i call customer service and to top it all when i collected the car today the bill was picked up by the dealership.

on 28th Feb I discovered there was water ingression in the boot of car and reported it to the dealership who have organised mercedes benz of Sunderland to look at it. Garage resolved my issues in a very amicable manner in a very quick time scale as well. Andrew Swaine (Used Cars Manager) and Lawson Nicholson (Sales Person) have both been helpful through out in resolving the matter amicably and in a timely manner

Lawson Nicholson is extremely helpful and understanding sales person. The garage overall is a very nice one to deal with. I noted a couple of isues on the front passenger door whilst collection that garage had missed to spot. It was not too much of problem they just agreed to meet the costs of repair at my local Mercedes garage. Hard to find such helpful garages these days. Lawson you are Credit to your firm.
