N. W.One of the friendliest caravan and camping dealerships and accessories shops I've been to, found a great deal on a water pump and kettle, their range of new and second hand caravans is extensive with something to suit almost every budget.
M. N.Barry and the team were fantastic! They could not do enough for us, from picking up our old van from Cromer, bringing it back to Peterborough, fitted our motor mover and towed our new van to Cromer. Communication was great and let us know immediately that one of our bottles had leaked in the van when he they dropped it of (our fault , no damage) When we were younger with small children 14 years ago, we always said that one day we would love to be able to afford a new van from Pioneer and we accomplished that dream! W.Having had our caravan stolen with all it's contents we tried to get a new caravan but was told next year so we thought about a used one searched lots of dealers but none the right caravan for us so we went to pioneer caravans Steve wicks was very helpful and pointed a swift Eccles 480 out to us only 3 years old like new done deal acsessery shop well stocked bought every thing we needed to start again very helpful staff had a problem with the hob fixed under warranty no hassle at all once again thankyou all for helping us out cheers Phil and Judith walker
W. H.On the whole great service, fitted me in schedule at short notice, jobs done quickly and efficiently. One job was missed but think may have been admin error, however this was rectified quite quickly and all's well that ends well. However had quite a bit of cleaning up to do after.
D. D.I needed a Butane adaptor and gas spanner because my Propane cylinder (the only gas cylinder I'd ever used) had run out and replacement ones are like Unicorn droppings.
I got to the shop with about 15 minutes to spare and the chap there was absolutely brilliant. He bore my stupid questions with good grace, explained what I needed and showed me exactly what I had to do with good humour.
An absolute star, I only wish I'd got his name.
Excellent service, very reasonable prices, highly recommended.
f.Just purchased a 3 year old caravan from Pioneer wow is all I can say.
Great friendly service. I was very impressed with the new step, electric lead & water pump supplied with the van it was a pleasant surprise when we picked the van up. Initially dealt with Barry the sales manager who was very friendly & helpful & not at all pushy then dealt with Steve for the handover who again was very friendly & professional.
I will definitely be going back to them when I’m looking for my next van purely because of the way I was dealt with by everyone there.
The have a great accessory shop which has loads of stuff in at competitive prices.
I also arranged to put my van in their gold accredited storage facility which is set out well, has a wash bay & is very reasonably priced.
All in all a great experience & I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

A. M.I don’t normally do reviews but wanted to say a public thank you to Phil, Ben and Adam that work in the shop at Pioneer.
Since buying my first caravan from Pioneer 5 years ago they have always consistently been helpful and worked hard to make sure that I had the best advice, accessories and equipment. Not an up-sell, but advice I could trust. They have stopped me making mistakes or ‘impulse buys’, you know, the stuff that you think you need - but don’t really. The end result is that I am lucky enough to have a great outfit, exceptional equipment and everything that I need to make Caravanning a joy. Thanks to all of you - last but by no means least, thanks to Paul in the showroom, on 2nd caravan now and on both purchases he made every effort to get us the best possible deal, giving us everything that we wanted. After-sales support, no problem, Paul always goes the extra mile.
A lot here possibly, but I really would not go anywhere else - even for a ground peg or toilet chemicals!!
Thank you to you all, then there is the great help you get from the team in the workshop....!!!
I just wanted to add that despite listing all of the people that have helped me at Pioneer, I neglected (wrongly) to mention the admin team on the front desk who have always been extremely helpful when needing to book any work on our caravan but initially really went the extra mile to get me a space in the secure storage despite being pretty much at capacity - thank you very much again!
So.. as a summary of my experience here, I would have to say better than great! Thanks to all!

C. H.In July/Aug this yr we purchased a 2012/13 Clubman SI from Pioneer Caravans of Peterborough Since then we have found;
a damp spongy section of floor underneath washroom near side
Motor mover packed up on off side wheel
Several LEDs failed
Bathroom tap needed befitting
Kitchen tap leaking
And they have been FANTASTIC. No problem Mr Hewins, all covered by 12 month warranty. Bring the van back and we will fix it. From what I've reout about all the issues you can have with caravans even new ones I am so pleased we bought from them. Excellent after sales service.

3.7.20 update
Yet again we must thank Pioneer Caravans, what fantastic service. Broke a bit off our caravan during lockdown, when we enquired by email to replace the part they sent us a new part right out of the blue, which arrived day before a 6 day break.
