I'd had an awful experience with purchasing a new car prior to coming to Ford, so it was the reason I decided to use a main dealer. The experience I had from start to finish was superb from every one I came in to contact with in the garage, but especially from Jeremy Barker who I bought my Peugeot from. He couldn't do enough to help me throughout the whole process and he really went above and beyond! Absolutely made up with the service I had and the car has been perfect. I'd highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future!

Great garage, I've been looking for the past few weeks for a new car, been all over the place (live in Essex) and I came across a car online that they had in stock. Went and had a look great car, great condition (used) Spoke to Jonathan Williams and received an excellent service and made purchasing the car simple. I asked for a few bits to be done before we picked the car up the following weekend and they were all attended to. Service was exceptional, recommended for all your Ford needs. Just wish they had a branch in Essex.

After a long journey with a young baby, both the service team and parts department took time out of their day to get us all the advice and information we needed to get our car fixed after a different dealership tried to fob us off. On the day were met by Adrian, he was very courteous and accommodating to our requests, and not the typical car salesman, he advised us on a pre arranged viewing of a car in London to not entertain looking at the other car and why. Unfortunately TCH did not have any vehicles in stock for us, and Adrian contacted us to appraise us of vehicles and ask if we had purchased another car. When it comes to change I will certainly return to TCH and deal with Adrian.

Once lockdown had been relaxed we were given an appointment to view the car and conclude the sale via the new social distancing measures. Brought new Sat Nav disc for my Kuga and asked the chap who served me on the parts desk if it would be possible for someone to put it in. They couldn't have been more helpful waited for five minutes and another one of his colleagues asked me to show him to my car and the job was done within ten minutes. When I asked how much did I owe him for this service I was told THERE WAS NO CHARGE, everyone I saw or spoke to in the dealership was helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend their services for anything you need for your Ford.

I've been coming here for a number of years now, and have always found them to be pleasant and mostly professional. Their bodyshop in particular have always been very impressive as far as their work is concerned. My only gripes would be they do seem rather slow to call you back when work is completed sometimes and my brother had a usb stick go missing when he forgot to remove it from his stereo after dropping his car off here for work to be carried out.

While the company policies could be clearer and more easily accessed on the website, the sales rep who sold me my pristine second hand Titanium X ecoboost made up for this in spades. I used Peterborough Ford Store to buy my car and went in with a price range and spec and a lovely rep named Rob found me an even better model than I had hoped for. He made the whole thing seamless and I felt like a truly valued customer, free to ring with questions throughout the process.I'm completely comfortable going back there should I need any help in the future. The add-ons are very reasonably priced and my options were explained clearly and with complete transparency and honesty. I would not hesitate to send any of my family or friends to Rob and his team to buy their next car and I look forward to continuing my relationship with the garage in the future.

I have just had a warranty repair done on my 2011 Fiesta which I bought from TCH 2 months ago. Arrangements were made over the phone for TCH to collect my car and leave a courtesy, then return my car when it was repaired and collect the courtesy car. The girl who arranged all this for me was Vicky, she couldn't have been more helpful, polite and pleasant. All went exactly as arranged and my car was repaired to my 100% satisfaction. Bought a 3 year old very low mielage golf on a pretty good deal and after a few weeks started noticing a worrying rattle from the clutch. I was expecting to be in for a big bill but a new clutch was fitted and all covered under warranty. Only delays were due to vw dragging their heels on confirming fault and supplying incorrect parts for the repair. Steve and Jade on service dept were absolutely spot on. I was given a courtesy car for the duration and even agreed to extend my warranty for an additional 12 months for my piece of mind. Great service all round. Couldn't reccomend more highly.

Bought a used car at Peterborough. While viewing the car I asked how much road tax would be and was the car over £40,000 when new,quick check by salesman on the computer and was told £140 per year or £11.40 per monthand he didn’t know the price when new. I bought the car,on day of collection the salesman set up tax direct debit with no mention of the price. Two hours after collection I received an email from DVLA confirming tax will be £472. Tried ringing salesman to ask why,no answer,so emailed and got a reply of car was over £40000 new and DVLA confirmed the price. There is no need to not tell the real price of tax when asked but it is a good way to not getting a customer to return. Will definitely check for myself next time I change my car and not trust the word of a salesman again.

I'm so happy with the service I received yesterday at TCH Peterborough. My first ever car was a 1983 Ford Escort and after that I branched into a Vauxhall Corsa but with starting a family I recently bought a new Ford Galaxy from TCHarrisons. With that, I bought their reasonably priced service pack and go to TCH Peterborough for these. Most recently, I had a small issue, which was no fault of their own in that a part they had ordered for me had come damaged. It unfortunately resulted in a wasted trip but Steve Hallam and his team have gone above and beyond to make up for this. I had my car valeted by them when I took it for a new key battery fob and all I can say is the following - Wow, just wow. Thank you so much for the outstanding job you and your team have done on my car, the smile still hasn't come off my face. I think it was cleaner than when I bought it from TCH the first time! I can see that you really went above and beyond and you have a very happy customer. I feel the aftercare I have received this visit has been of the highest standard, from being welcomed in to the branch from Jose - who remembered exactly who I was from visiting when I had my last service, to having had Steve to deal directly which has made this a smooth and pleasant visit to Ford. I couldn't recommend them enough, from buying my car from to the care you receive even after you have your product. It is customer service like this that promotes loyalty and why I am a proper Ford TCH convert! Thank you all again and see you soon.

Jose (TCH Service Desk, Peterborough) dealt with my annual service and MOT request in a very professional and courteous manner. He was clearly knowledgeable about the technical issues that arose. He also phoned me on a couple of occasions to keep me informed of progress. Impressive. Although I did not see Adam at any point I note that he was the service engineer that worked on my car. The car, a 2003 Ford Mondeo ST220, is used by us relatively infrequently and has very low mileage but, as it's quite rare to see good examples of such cars nowadays, I intend to keep it in tip-top condition so I need people like Adam with his technical skills to look after it! The car simply purrs along the road (but growls when needed) and I am absolutely delighted with its current performance. Well done!
