I recently bought my BMW from The Motor Group and had a wonderful experience. I spoke to staff over the phone before going in to test drive the car, and when it ended up being a little over my price range Jason did everything he could to make the car affordable to me. The whole team were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entirety of the car buying process. I would highly recommend this garage!

I do have alot to say about this company, I purchased the vehicle pictured back in July 2021, when i went to view it i was met by David, he really did know his stuff and was lovely we did find him slightly pushy in trying to sell it to us which was a bit strange and was putting us off slightly as we were already was quite keen, i was slightly concerned at first as David was reluctant to let us test drive it with him, but eventually he agreed which was great! car drove lovely, was making a few strange noises from the wheel baring but he said they would look at it for me! I had already picked up on this issue from the MOT history viewer online and the motor group advised me they were also aware and will make sure its fixed before i purchase which they did! they were true to their word! as i had enquried with my local garage for the MOT advisory to be fixed and it was a bit too expensive for my liking so im SO grateful to The Motor Group for doing this for me! They were all so kind in there! they even went out of their way to touch up some paint work i was moaning about i didn't like free of charge to me! which was lovely! The garage itself is beautiful inside! very stylish and really well presented! all the lads in there were dressed so smart ! They even made an effort to talk to my 2year who was loving all the cars which was very sweet! anyway, 4 weeks pass ... and not the greatest of things happen, the car broke down mid drive..! i was panicked and upset as it was somethign to do with the DPF filter and it had blown the engine - this isnt covered on warranty, we went back to the motor group for help and as annoying as it is the car broke i do not blame the garage, it is unlikley they would have realized this fault was on the car as they hadnt had it long in their ayrd when i came to view! They were extremely professional about the whole thing and Asif corresponded via email daily, he was super professional and responsive- they had us tow it to their local garage and they inspected the fault, they fixed it free of charge to me, as annoying as it is it broke, they fixed it fuss free so i cannot discredit them for that! this personally shows me what a decent garage they are! They sold a vehicle to us which was not serviced. The vehicle came with a 3 months warranty. We got engine mulfunction on the car after two months from the date of purchase. Warranty provider refused to cover the cost because vehicle was not serviced. When we called them, their argument was that you have signed the documents, we do not know anything.!!! Two days later they called us back saying they will only cover part of the repair, I guess after dealer's pushing. ......

Sold my car to The Motor Group via CarWow. The whole experience was easy and quick. They called to arrange collection from my house a couple of days after the sale; the driver called to say what time he would be there; the collection (including payment took about ten minutes! Even after the sale they confirmed that they had processed the ownership with DVLA.

Was looking on Autotrader for a Audi A5, after spending weeks searching everyday on autotrader I had seen one posted by The motor group. Straight away the price was right for mileage and had high spec. I left a message and the next day I was phoned by a man called Addy. He was very polite and a pleasure to talk too. He knew a lot about the car it there was no hassle or pressure. However as I lived over 300 miles away he was more than happy to deliver the car right at my front door. After having the car for a week I’m over the moon with it and it has run faultless. Would recommend for the used car market!

Found the exact car I was after on Autotrader, with reasonable mileage for its age. Condition in the pictures online looked in A1 condition and when I arrived to inspect the car (after travelling over 100 miles) I was not disappointed. Good cars at good prices, with good history and pedigree. I dealt with David remotely before agreeing a price and making the effort to travel the distance. Few maintenance items need doing but the agreed price is more than enough to cover these now that I've collected the car. Only criticism - get a kettle or coffee machine as the new showroom lacked customer hospitality facilities. Overall good experience.

Bought a used car not too long ago, I have no issues with the car itself. Its sound, we took it to a garage to do a health check it's everything is good. But.. Typical car salesman, not too pushy but same old rubbish about the car and previous owners they always say. Very pushy about a review though, must have asked for a 5 star review 40 times in the hour we were there. You won't drive the car away on the day, they send it to a garage, which takes about a week, to "check the car over" which I assume is something they would want to do before trying to sell it. I also asked if I could have a copy of the garage report, since I now own the car I want to know what work has or hasn't been done to it. But they are for their records only apparently... Good car and quality but overall service was below par for me.

Be prepared for a good old fashioned sales approach from the owner David, fairly typical pushy sales techniques and tactics, but good stock of cars, clean offices and I believe quite knowledgeable staff. I didn't buy from here, although I was prepared to talk about a deal, they weren't and I'm someone who won't make an on the spot decision without giving it an overnight think when parting with a good chunk of money, sadly David wanted me to be another way and wasn't bothered about listening to my reasons for why I wasn't prepared to pay the full asking price. So if you're someone who doesn't like this kind of sales approach or could be prone to a pushy tactic and end up making a decision you might later regret, then I would think carefully about going to The Motor Group, but can't deny it, they do have a good selection of great vehicles.

Breath of fresh air. Saw the car on line on Monday and it was delivered Thursday morning. David was a star. He wasn't pushy and was happy to answer any questions. It's a bit scary buying a car you've not seen and when it arrived, I spotted a problem but was happy that they will deal with this when they are open. I will definitely recommend this place.
