Bought a Mercedes from Vogue. I knew straight away that the brakes needed attention and they changed brake discs and pads plus other things unexpected. I have other issues that are being resolved with the warranty! The price was good and is what the average market price is for the vehicle and low mileage. Overall I'm happy with what I bought and the trade in price I got for my old car. Would definitely recommend a visit as they have a lot of excellent vehicles for sale. Very friendly and efficient guys.

Excellent service - we came from Coventry and on the way our old car broke down! The guys at Vogue came and collected our family from the side of an A road while our old car got towed away by the AA, even kept our toddler entertained while I fitted the car seat! Couldn't have asked for a better service - thank you!

We bought a 2013 Nissan Qashqai from Vogue Cars at the beginning of September and are very pleased with our purchase over a month later. The service was lovely and there was no pressure from the salesman on us to make a decision. He let us have a good look at the car and answered all of our questions with great patience. A very friendly service. The car is in great condition and runs really well; it was great value as well. We were also given a 6 month warranty which was great peace of mind. A great experience from start to finish. The staff were an enormous help with the all the logistical difficulties that came with buying my car in Covid times, from more than 100 miles away, through a finance company, video viewings, and more! All communication from them was on time and efficient. They went out of their way to get everything ready to pick the car up with very little notice from me and when I arrived the car was immaculately prepared. I would not hesitate to buy from the, again, and I'm sure I will. A big thanks chaps!

My experience with vogue cars wasn't bad, They need to touch up on a few things though but what company don't, brought a nice 2010 ST of them on Monday. Nothing wrong with the car engine wise for now i hope but got a 6 month warranty cover with them which is a plus plus, BUT 100million % they need too sort out a payment machine ha! But I would also say to anyone who is buying from them is to double check the car over like i did, unfortunately I didn't check that well because both of my front tyres where showing cords on the inside tread, which dont happen over night! Also brakes will need changing soon due to them being scored on the inside on the front but again for the price i paid for the car they could have atless sorted them two issues out, at the moment these are the only downside to this review, cars 10 years old so rust is a issue but that's minor, They could have double checked the car themselves to make sure people can test drive safely and people can take the cars home safely, They could have got the car in a place where I could have viewed it abit better but wasn't in a bad place, but they knew I was coming down Monday too have a look, but I guess they may have that all the time, maybe a booking in system may change that?, The test drive was abit short, also would have been nice too get abit more fuel then I did get in the car but heyo when I took it, it was on just above the red line BUT it is what it is (with the petrol) Am guessing i was speaking to the owners son or family member but they wasnt rude or nasty they was two cool friendly people, spoke to the owner he seemed alright nice guy. Ill give them 3 stars as my experience wasn't bad but wasn't great. I'll say a few things maybe a little touch up too the office space and make it look more professional than everything everywhere but again that's minor too what I was there for because I was buying a car not looking around the office space but just something to review yourselfs. Hopefully my review is clear and understanding!.. ps i have a quick 5 or 6 second video of the tyres that was took off my car yesterday, and you can see cords. Just abit upset about that as I travelled nearly 2 and half hours back down to London, and driving around with tyres like that, from a mechanical perspective we all know that dont happen over a few days. That's weeks of wear and tear. But just a peice of mind to future customers cover yourself and turn the wheels inside the show room and double check. Kind regards.

The staff at Vogue Cars where extremely helpful and attentive. The guys who delivered the car to us some 200 miles+ where very professional and polite. Nothing was too much for the team and when they called the day after delivery to check we were happy and explain their after sales service, they gained another star! The car we have purchased is exactly as it was advertised and some! It is immaculate and we are absolutely delighted with it. We would highly recommend the company as they have not failed to fulfil their promise and ensure our satisfaction as customers. Thank you - especially to Zain who was very patient !

We wrote our car off before xmas and started looking online for a VW Golf TDI and found one which was in our budget at Auto Vogue in Cambridgeshire,what we liked about this place was we had no pushy salesman and was handed the keys to look round the car in our own time.When we was ready for a test drive the salesman took us for a drive for a couple of miles until we was satisfied with the drive of the car.The car was well priced compared to other forecourts and was given an independent warranty in the asking price,good service,good cars.Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
