What a great place to buy a vehicle from. The gents at AB Car Sales were honestly top notch. Both Alex & Sam offered a very professional and friendly service, making the buying process that much easier. I bought a lovely Ford Fiesta ST-2 and it was in absolute stunning condition. And hats off to their team as the car really was spotless. I travelled over 4 hours to get to their showroom and it was all worth it. One thing that made me a little more comfortable with buying from Alex & Sam was all the great reviews they had, and they didn’t disappoint. 5 stars well deserved. Keep up the great works guys! 🙏🏽

AB Car sales were located about 240 miles from where I live so I spent a decent amount of time doing some research about both the car and the garage prior to committing to the journey. Buying a vehicle from overseas is always going to be a stressful thing to do, because you have to rely on pictures/videos to guide you. When I brought my vehicle from Sam & Alex at ABCar Sales I was bowled over by their customer care & sales service, nothing was a problem for them they were so helpful. I cannot 'speak' to highly of the service that my wife and i received from Alex and Sam. I purchased a very nice car from them, but could not get used to the controls, and they exchanged it for another, even better car without question. It didn't really need it, but my local garage said that they would give it a 'health check.' After the check my garage told me that it was a lovely car, and that they had found nothing wrong, and it was the nicest used car hat they had seen in a very long time. I was also helped with all the paper work. Alex and Sam went far beyond what would be expected from a garage, so much so that my wife and i would be privileged to call them friends.

I Bought an Audi A6 estate from AB Car Sales on Sunday 4th of July. Very friendly people and service, drove from Cardiff to collect and part ex my old car. Bought an excellent Land Rover Defender last month. I drove all the way from Essex to pick it up and it was exactly as described and all of the minor work agreed had been done. I recently bought a Mercedes E class coupe. A very nice car with low mileage. Unfortunately after 2+ months I had a component failure ( I won’t bore you with the details) and I had to call Alex because it was within the warranty period and explain the situation. After listening carefully Alex without hesitation was eager to honour the warranty and get the car repaired ( which he did), so I can sincerely say thank you for taking the stress out of what could have been a really nightmare scenario. True gents! I can’t recommend highly enough this garage if you are considering buying a car here. Buy with confidence.

Bought a Honda CR-V from AB Car Sales in October 2020. The car was exactly as described on Autotrader and was immaculately presented. They gave us all the time we needed to inspect and test drive the car with no sales pressure from Sam or Alex; they even left us to take the test drive unaccompanied which we really appreciated. Both Sam & Alex are friendly, accommodating and professional. I wanted the front tyres replaced and the tracking adjusted which they did without a quibble and even respected my request to fit a specific matching tyre, and then provided us with the evidence that tracking had been checked and adjusted. The car was delivered within a couple of days to our home address with half a tank of fuel without a charge. Excellent customer service, many thanks! The car is running faultlessly and we’d have no hesitation in recommending AB Car Sales.

Recently bought a van through Sam at AB car sales in Cornwall. as I live in Bristol everything had to be sorted over the phone, he sent pictures and gave all the details on everything I asked for very helpful! I drove down to collect after work on an evening and everything was ready to go, literally within 20 mins I was driving away! noticed a few things missing when I got the van home, nothing major just an Sd card for sat nav and the spare wheel.
