Hands down the most seamless and hassle free garage I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. I purchased a bmw 1 series and the quality of the car for the price I paid exceeded my expectations. Had a little niggle which was a common fault on the model after the warranty had expired and they were happy to still replace the part and Labour at no cost to me. Every step of owning this car I’ve felt supported and the after care is second to none.

Bought my BMW 120d from these guys after doing some searching around. Loved the fact they were local and extremely knowledgeable, served by a friendly bloke (mark) who put extra effort in to solve my queries and worries as had bad experiences with other local companies. Surprised how immaculate the car was considering the age, such a quick and easy process once we found the vehicle I wanted. Will be recommending to friends and family couldn’t sing anymore praise.

Probably the best second hand BMW dealership in the country. No fancy showroom or even forecourt but the best service I have experienced. They do what they say they will do with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. My purchase of a 2006 320d was a bargain but had a couple of issues which were all sorted. Very satisfied.

Fantastic garage to deal with. I have bought my BMW and had its MOT here and both experiences were dealt with quickly and professionally. The team are extremely helpful and get you up and running as soon as possible.

Needed a new car pretty sharpish, even though they were closed for the festive period a call was made and they went out of their way to accommodate me and my interest in a vehicle they were selling. Purchased said vehicle and again on days off went out of their way to finalise and sort the details out. Its always a bit unsettling and nervy buying second hand cars and this is sometimes not helped by the attitude or the demeanour of the sales people themselves. This cant be levied at the guys at IMPERIAL CARS. I was taken for a test drive with the mechanic LEE who briefed me on the car and how it worked and tips on how best to preserve things such as the starter motor etc. I then dealt with MARK who was very amiable and he helped me with questions about the car, even ones I had forgotten to ask initially. I cannot fault the customer experience side of things. The car was well valeted and presented in its best light which is not always the case with other second hand dealerships.

I told these guys I’d leave a review if I didn’t see them with in my warranty period so here it is. Very happy with my 320d, can’t fault them.

I sold my car and had to find another one. I came across a BMW convertible on Marketplace and contacted Imperial Car Sales. I spoke with a guy called Mark. I went down just to view the car and ended up buying it. Mark came and collected me from my home address as I had already sold my car. There was no pressure in buying and Mark made the deal so easy. Everything was made easy from start to finish.If anyone is thinking of buying a car, these guys will really sort you out. Thanks Mark your a great guy👍

travelled down from exeter on a hot saturday afternoon...they waited until we arrived..(i beleive a swimming pool was looming large)! test drive of my future bmw was superb..and a few little "niggles"..regarding windscreen trim..loose switches etc..were noted! car delivered to me on following monday evening..with 12 months ticket..and all "niggles"..rectified...and a bit of fuel left in the tank..(result)! very pleasant friendly people..i would quite happily purchase another car from them (should the need arise)..and i would certainly recommend them to anyone considering buying a used vehicle!

What a great find this garage is!! The service I received was amazing, over and above what you expect. Waseem picked me up from Plymouth Railway Station to pick up my car. Extra jobs were done with no further cost than what I had initially been quoted, so that was just so incredible these days, and most importantly, I was confident in what they did to my vehicle as there was a marked difference in its performance that a novice such as myself could notice. The car now drives like a brand new car!! I will be using them again despite living nearly two hours away. I can highly recommend!

Have been using various garages over the years as there always seem to be issues with the quality of the workmanship or the price is unreasonable I have never been able to consistently use one garage because of this, recently my turbo completley went on my car and it was in need of a service and M.O.T. I found Imperial on google and thought I would try and see what they are like as the quotes and the timelines i received from other garages were expensive, long and as i felt unrealistic. Firstly it has been two weeks since i have had the work completed and would like to say my car has never ran better, I am extremley happy with the service and the price I received and was charged for the work that had to be undertaken was fantastic. Work was completed in an impressive amount of time as opposed to other garages I have tried over the years that seem to take forever. I have never written an online review for anything but had called up the garage today to see if I could book my partners car in for some much needed tlc and noticed on google the lack of reviews and i felt compelled to share the second to none experience I have had with this garage,am so impressed will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to this garage moving forward and am so happy. I finally found a garage I can TRUST!
