Found the dealership to be better than my local Audi branch 485miles away (Glasgow) due to the fact the salesman was not bothered about selling me a "used Q3" even asked if i could get one sent up from down south but seemed like that was an issue,, SO i then found a suitable Q3 at Marshall Audi Plymouth where i dealt with Andy Ash from the first call until i drove away with the Q3 Start to finish Andy was great, over the phone,detailed videos of the car the lot This was needed due to the car being at the other end of the UK Even when i explained i had my own non Audi finance set up he was still keen and never backed away from the sale unlike other dealers. Ive had several new and used cars over the years and id say this was the best service yet Also had a nice welcome from the lady at reception who was great Thanks Andy and the rest of the staff at Marshall Audi Plymouth

Called for an inspection at short notice. Abi N. was prompt, listened to needs, emailed as promised & managed to fit in a booking. Once arrived, good clear process, proffessional, but friendly with all paperwork prepared & very technically astute. I needed to work whilst waiting & used a customer office whilst regulalry being looked after with coffee, from the team at the reception desk (you now who you are!). Service Tech's established car was on a recall & also Inspection interval had not been reset correctly (previous dealer). Full debrief, incl. upcoming maintence for following 12 months. Was so impressed, I asked to speak to the Service Mgr, Kevin; again totally engaged on a proffessional level & friendly. Only comment - car wash/valet was not having a good day. I contacted Plymouth Audi about a used approved A4 black edition and Jamie was Quick to respond. I got there and the car was ready for me to test drive, paperwork ready and covid safe! very polite and professional and even though they has brand new cars for sale 100K plus I was treated the same buying my used approved. Very friendly staff. Excellent service from free tea and coffee to the Audi cam were the mechanic talks you through the condition of the car from below pointing out any corrosion, tread on the tires, state of break disks and pads amd if they are wearing down evenly. Very comprehensive list of things that they chevked and you receive a copy of the video and checklist once the job is complete. Will definitely be taking up the all in service package after my next MOT as the work is going to be done to a high standard and with actual audi parts. You will be paying more for this but I believe going the other way would be a false economy. Even gave the car a complementary clean and hoover.

Great service from start to finish. Joe Chatfield kept me informed from the order process until final delivery. Joe helped with the set up process and ensured I was fully briefed on all aspects and followed up with a phone call to check if everything was OK Receptionist Sarah was always polite and helpful, ensuring I was given a coffee immediately on arrival. A small niggle (a missing locking wheel nut key) was rectified very quickly by a member of the service reception staff. He took the car straight to the workshop and returned about ten minutes later with a new set of locking wheel nuts and a key.

Sorted the repair under warranty (details already on their centralised system making it fast and efficient) arranged pick up from our accomodation 20 minutes away once fixed (as no taxis available) and so very lovely and helpful I wanted to cry. Marshall Audi came to our rescue during a short holiday in Plymouth. Our trip from Kent had our Q7 develop multiple electrical faults including the loss of suspension control, stability, and even windscreen wipers and indicators. So with loud bleeps and flashing dashboard lights we were given a next day booking. Marshall’s had the car for 4 days whilst they analysed every system under the bonnet. After exhaustive testing including a 50 mile road test and astonishing tenacity by Mark, the workshop manager, an obscure problem was found. Ali in Service was exceptionally helpful, and our overall experience of Marshall Audi was probably the best we have had in over 40 years of motoring.

Great service from the men and women at Audi Marshall. Upfront about costs, Audi Cam is greatly executed by mechanic to have a look at/under the vehicle optional extra services, if you want to. Nicely washed an vacuumed, very high hygienic standards. Nathan is professional and even last minute requests were no problem to fix. Had the car serviced yesterday. As always a positive experience with copious amounts of coffee while I wait. Chris who was dealing with the service was exceptionally polite. Not only to me but in the way he spoke to other customers and colleagues. Stand out polite! I had a text while waiting and was kept updated while drinking coffee. All done in about 1.5 hours. I never mind a little outing to Audi!

Took my car in for a service today and received excellent service from the team at Marshall. Due to logistical difficulties, they provided me with an office to work in whilst waiting for the service to be completed. The showroom and facilities were sanitised and very clean and all staff were wearing the correct PPE when in public areas. Our A5 had to go into Marshall Audi Plymouth for a repair under warranty along with some diagnostic work to resolve a couple of other electrical issues. I was assisted by Chris Robins on the Service desk.He made sure that he fully understood the issues, coming out to my car with me so that I could show him exactly my concerns. My car remained in the worksop for 2 days and I had courtesy car provided . Chris kept me informed by phone as to the progress on my car. When I returned to collect the car, Chris took time to go through exactly what had been done and then went out with me to inspect the car to check that I was happy with the repairs and the valeting that had been done on the car. Just traded in my beloved S1 against a used A4 as needed something more practical and economic. I can’t speak highly enough of Connor who remembered that I was after an A4 and did me a cracking deal without any pressure what so ever. Even included a tank full of fuel when I asked. After being in a terrifying head on RTC, I needed to get myself back on the road quickly. Marshall Audi Plymouth have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I have always admired the Audi's but felt they may be outside of my price range. Mike Hargrave at Audi spent a whole afternoon assisting with me with information on the different models in the range and allowing me time to test drive different vehicles. Mike and Andy England spent a lot of time trying to help me find a car that not only I loved but was within my budget. There was no pressure to commit and no pressure to go over the budget I had set in mind. The whole process has been a dream, even down to the finance which was taken car of easily. I have taken handover of my car today from Mike and he was fantastic from the minute I walked back into the show room, my car was placed in the handover room all wrapped up to make the experience even more special, Mike even took his time to take some photos of myself with my new car and ensure he showed me everything that I need to know about the car Overall I have had a wonderful experience at Audi and would highly recommend. They turned what has been a horrendous ordeal and situation to be in into an extremely positive one & I couldn't be more happy with my new car. Plymouth AUDI This is probably the worst franchise I have ever had to deal with. When I was buying a new Audi 6 Avant Quattro they had no interest in doing a deal and I ended up buying one from Truro Audi (some 60 miles) away who are excellent. However, I thought I could still use Plymouth Audi for service as they are only 5 miles away, should have known better. You cannot get through to them on the telephone, leave messages and they go unanswered and again there is the total lack of interest in the customer. As it is, I now have a round trip of 120 miles for service and warranty, which will certainly have an impact as to if I would buy another Audi, much as I like the car. A disaster of a franchise but Marshalls Group or Audi just do not seem to care. My advice, stay well clear. Since this post, I did receive a call from the dealer principal who was genuinely concerned over my comments. As a result I have changed the review to 3 stars so will try them again in the future., and will update this review at that time.

Myself and my partner went into Audi at Plympton last Saturday and was greeted by a very friendly chap called Kev. We had a discussion with him over a lovely cappuccino and we then went for a test drive in the latest A1 TFSI 35. We both instantly fell in love with this amazing little car and eventually decided on the A1 Tfsi 30 that was sat in the showroom as it was available within a few days. Kev was extremely patient whilst listening to my partners long list of requirements, then he managed to wrap up the deal with speed and precision. On collection Kev explained all the latest mod cons this car had and generally made the entire experience very pleasant and professional. Brilliant customer service,I had lost my locking wheel but key and was advised by Darren in parts that it was cheaper to buy a new set of locking wheel bolts than buy a new socket/key,he also said that Audi would take my locking wheel bolts off for free if I bought the set,which they did and it no time at all aswell . I had my Audi A4 serviced today and the experience and service I received was first class. I was travelling from a distance and had decided to stay whilst my car was serviced. I was given a comfortable office, given a delicious coffee and water and the office had wi-fi. I was regularly updated verbally by the service team, they sent me a video of progress on the car too. The price was the same as I was quoted.
