What can I say, from the first moment I contacted Keith nothing was too much trouble. Every step of the way from initial contact to visiting the site at no point did I feel hassled or pressured into anything. Everything I wanted to know about the car was told to me and I was given information that I didn’t even ask for. The team are very polite, professional and customer service is very much their top priority. I purchased the car (Vauxhall Insignia) as well as a 2 year warranty (which is excellent) and was a very happy bunny! After a month there was an issue, however after contacting the team at Plymouth Cars nothing was too much trouble and the issue was resolved within a working day. It takes a lot for me to leave a review but after the excellent service I’ve received and the care and consideration from Keith and the team, I can honestly say that from now on ANY purchase of a car for myself or the family, Plymouth Cars will always now be my first port of call. Thank you Keith and the team.

We bought a car last week from Keith at Plymouth Cars and the customer service from start to finish was amazing. We initially weren’t too sure what sort of car we wanted for our family, so Keith sat us down, looking through all the cars he had in stock. We finally settled on 2 different cars and Keith arranged a test drive of both vehicles with Ollie. We drove a pre-set route with the knowledgable Ollie, who answered all our questions and more. After agreeing which car we wanted, we finalised all the paperwork and agreed to pick the car up the following day. During this time, Ollie gave the car a valet, making it extra special for us when we picked the car up. I would recommend Plymouth cars to anybody looking to buy a used car.
