Jordan acted as every salesman should, knowledgeable, informative and helpful which is very rare for any customer service today. 1st service found a clutch cylinder fault and the part was on back order. For safety reasons I was not allowed to drive the car. A courtesy car was unavailable, my questions were answered with patience and understanding. I was given a lift home with a promise of a hire car in two days. In fact my car was fixed on the next working day. The management of a difficult customer experience was very good. I am therefore happy to give a good review in this case . . .

Unfortunately unable to help us with our breakdown as the cost of repairs was prohibitive for the age and condition of the vehicle. We were resigned to having to commit time and money to return from the Midlands to sort out the disposal of the car . However Mark and his team were so helpful in recommending and organising for our car to be picked up by a local vehicle reclamation company and promptly returning some of our personal possessions by post .Considering there was no 'profit' to be made from this it just shows that they are group of decent people!

Super sales room. If you are Shopping for a car ask for Matt King!! We first visited in Jan 2020. We were just getting info on elec vehicles from multiple different places.
