I would recommend Rowes Honda Plymstock to friends and family because of the polite and friendly service, from all the staff, but particularly from Jack Andrews the salesperson, who followed me through from my first expression of interest, listened to any queries and concerns and did his best to reassure me. This was not an easy purchase for me as I had to switch to an automatic for the first time, and Jack went to a lot of trouble on 2 occasions to take me out in the car to help me get comfortable with it. He was welcoming and friendly and NOT too pushy. If he had been it would have put me off. I really felt Jack had worked out what was the right car for me.

"The staff at Rowes Honda Plymstock were good because they did their best to satisfy what I required and when. Mr Wilkes managed to get the required car to me in time to tax and insure on December 1st and be able to drive it that day. I was asked to return to Rowes the following week so any further explanations I needed for driving an automatic/electric hybrid car could be fully met after driving it for a few miles. "

Excellent service. We purchased a used car here in March 2019 and James was not only incredibly helpful but really went the extra mile to make our lives easier (which at 9 months pregnant was highly appreciated).
