Have had a fantastic experience buying my car from these guys. Had phone call letting me know that the car I wanted had come back onto the market. I arranged a visit and was very pleased with the professional service received by John and the team. Smooth transaction and felt that nothing was too much trouble, would feel very comfortable going back if I ever needed to.

We drove past quite late on a Sunday afternoon having spotted on display the sort of car I wanted. Paul Fox despite being in his car and on his way home, came back into the forecourt unlocked the building and got the keys and showed me around the car. He spent a long time discussing Snows ethos and support for customers. I was very impressed. My husband also then saw a new arrival to the showroom and expressed interest in that vehicle too! We arranged test drives, but as we were going on holiday, that was delayed, but Paul assured us we had first refusal on the cars and he was true to his word. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul and his team. The collection was great.

Fantastic service I received from Rhys Hart from phone call to travelling down from Bristol to purchase the car. Nothing was to much trouble, and also sent a video walk around of the car to give close up view. The only day I could get down to purchase the car was a Sunday and that was Rhys day off, but that wasn’t a problem as Rhys said he would come in and meet me to conclude the deal. I honestly cannot fault the team at too good to auction. As a young woman who has only ever had one car, going to a car dealership was probably my idea of a nightmare, but these guys turned it into a dream!! I had dealt with big name dealerships that let me down with hungover staff members, taking money and not returning it and as soon as I called too good to auction, I felt comfortable straight away. I have to admit I probably wasn't the easiest customer as I was in a rush for a car and still changing my mind every two seconds but nothing was ever a problem. I actually went to view a 2013 BMW 118i hatchback, but when I arrived, I saw a really pristine 2010 BMW 530d for a very reasonable price, so I jumped on it. It was a good experience. The purchase and part exchange process was quick and painless. TGTA offers a full refund within 100 miles or 14 days. I've had the car about 10 days now and driven nearly 1000 miles already. We dealt with Lee Passingham, he was very straight with us and I thought did us a great deal on the car we were keen on. I had concerns about the wear on the clutch, however Lee allayed them by getting Snow's mechanics to check it for me. I think you get the best of both worlds with TGta with great value on quality vehicles that have been PX'd into main dealers and peace of mind with back up from Snow's warranty products. Remains to be seen if they honor their warranty promises, but here's hoping.

Our salesman Lee gave an air of honesty mixed with being very helpful and knowledgeable although this was the first electric car he had sold. Clearly he had done his homework. We both sat in the car to work out certain functions. Interestingly the last time I bought a car I ended up in the small claims court and I felt that the ethics of Snows was in a different category. The car is excellent. The only question I have is why associat an excellent garage like Snows with a name like 'Too Good To Auction' which is a real turn off.
