I picked up my new car from Toyota Plymouth yesterday. From first point of contact right through to driving the car off the forecourt a week later, I have only praise and my deepest thanks to Dan Harrison. He was excellent from start to finish. No typical salesman pressure, no tricks, everything at my own pace. I wanted a couple of days to think about a few things and it was no problem at all, I didn't feel rushed in to anything. Dan couldn't have made my experience any more seamless. Dan is a prime example of how all Sales Execs should be. Top service, had to take my car in due to a recall of faulty air bags. They made me feel very important to them. After work was completed they gave my car a much needed health check which flagged up a number of issues. Snows Toyota did offer to carry out the work but thoroughly understood that my budget would not allow me to do so. I am happy to report that this did not change their pleasant manner towards me and even filled my tyre which they noticed had lost some pressure. Definitely recommend, beverages are also provided.

Bought a new car from Snows Toyota Plymouth in May. Only took 24 hours to get used to an electric/automatic car and now I love it. Very economical. I chose Snows Plymouth because I'd contacted 2 Toyota showrooms closer to me and they hadn't really seemed interested in getting me what I wanted, Daniel Harrison, at Plymouth however, couldn't have been more helpful and took the time to really understand what I wanted. I was sold after the test drive and he definitely over delivered including explaining to me what was happening when production was cancelled in Russia. Got the car a couple of months earlier than expected which was definitely a treat. All communication was prompt and professional and he showed a lot of patience when I was signing documents remotely prior to pick up. He came in on his day off to hand over the car, explained everything and is available by email and phone if I need anything. Can highly recommend.

When we entered the showroom the host there asked if she could help and I responded by saying, “ Is it alright if we just look?”, to which we were invited to help ourselves. After we had done so we asked her for more details on the Yaris and she brought Matt Weston on the scene. He was very knowledgeable, answering all our questions thoroughly and professionally and did not put us under any kind of pressure. The test drive lasted longer than I had expected, Matt not appearing to mind in the slightest when I missed the junction on the A38 I had intended to take as a means of returning to Snows. Matt very cleverly used the test drive to point out the special features on the Launch Edition that we were driving, in such a way that I did not feel in any way flustered by being given all this new information at the same time as I was having to concentrate on my driving. Matt is very gifted in that he has the knack of using humour as a means of putting people at their ease. Once back at at the showroom Matt took us efficiently through all the sales procedures, introducing us along the way to the Service Advisor, Montana, who outlined the optional service plan clearly for us. Four days later the car was ready for collection. Brilliant, considering I had only gone in initially to try the driving position in the Yaris! From beginning to end nothing seemed too much trouble for Matt and at no time did we feel that he was putting us under any kind of pressure to buy. We would highly recommend Snows Toyota Plymouth for the high standard of its customer sales service.

Amazing how two dealerships under the same manufacturer and franchise can be so different. Sales and after sales in Exeter wouldn’t get one star, but Plymouth gets a full 5 star review. No problem that they cannot over come and all with a smile. One of their technicians (Cal) deserves a pay rise. In his own time he is currently fixing a puncture in our new car. Only a week ago he was also going out of his way to help with the dash cam. Management please take notice. I booked my car in for service and mot through bookmygarage and picked option that you don’t get told the garage until booked. It came up as snows. I don’t have a Toyota and the the dealer for my car right next door wanted double the price. Had great service from start to finish everyone very friendly and kept up to date what was happening. Few days later a warning light came on saying reduce oil level, called them and they said when’s best to pop it in. Booked for following morning (this morning) and got it back with 30 mins was offered for it to be washed. They even came out to check the warning light wasn’t on. Again everyone friendly. I can’t fault them one little bit and when I change my car I will definitely be considering Toyota.

I’ve been a customer before but it’s been a while since I’d been in and it’s lovely to see that the same high standards of service were not only maintained but improved upon. He went out of his way to help me with the purchase of my car, answering all of my questions. He went through all of the additional services that we could purchase without any sales pressure. We purchased the Service Plan, Gap Insurance and Tyre & Alloy Insurance (which will help when I damage the nice new alloy wheels). The car was picked up just a little late but this was due to an accident on the A38. Collection driver was very friendly. The car was delivered back to me after an interim service. I was sent a short video by the technician who carried out the service. Not really of much use as the video lasted less than 11 seconds and only showed a picture of the engine with the bonnet lid open. When I was a casual driver with Volkswagen any video sent to the customer showed what the technician had checked i,e, brake pads etc. Overall my experience of Snows service was excellent and I was very pleased indeed that my Satnav had been updated as I do not have the facility to do it myself. Hi there, I'm not sure if this rating should be for Toyota or Lexus. I had few instances when I was disappointed. I've booked my Lexus for map update and when I've arrived I was informed that incorrect map was ordered for me and I have to come back in two days. But I understand that mistakes can happened. The few months later I've called to book my Lexus for body repair and I was told that someone will call me today, after two days of waiting I decided to call again. Someone apologize and promised that somebody will call me shortly, again after today days I called again with complain. I spoken to manager and from that time case start moving. The car was with you for 3 weeks and I received the car with sonar warning light on and I was told to come back tomorrow as now is too late in the day to deal with it. As last as a courtesy car I had was Toyota Aygo 1.0 petrol. I think that Lexus could do better. All my cases was handle by Toyota not Lexus, but I want to mention that everyone was polite and the job it self was done properly. Nevertheless I think that my next MOT and service will be with different company.

An annual service is usually a chore: This one was the opposite! The car was collected, and a few hours later, it came back, serviced, and valeted. What did I do? Absolutely nothing (apart from paying the bill of course). Lexus did everything else, and because I always get them to service the car, and it has a low mileage, I've got a full year of additional full warranty. What's not to like?

All pretty good, service wise, but somewhat disappointed with previous visit when vehicle was in workshops for 'no headlights'. Previous headlights were fitted with upgraded 'Opti-White' bulbs supplied by and fitted by Snows Plymouth in our old Icon Tech. These were changed over into the the Excel when we picked it up from new, again by your workshops. This lamp exchange converted a dangerous nigh time drive in the country (where we live) to an almost civilised one. However, during this 'emergency service' these bulbs were replaced with 'stock' units, which meant I had to purchase yet another set of head lamp bulbs this service. Unfortunately, the 'Opti-White' lamps were not available, but I was offered a 60% upgrade Phillips lamp, which I accepted. They almost do the job, but are not as good as the 'Opti-whites' for sure. I expect Toyota to replace 'like for like', but that obviously does not work. I should have known better, because when we replaced our old hybrid Yaris for a like for like + upgraded to the Excel model there was NO GPS, as there was in the previous Icon Tech! Ho-Hum! Happy Christmas.

Despite the restrictions that 2020 has placed on this and similar businesses they fitted me in swiftly and arranged for me to have a drive in a sanitised vehicle. I recently took my Lexus CT200h to Snows Toyota Plymouth, after spending a month in hospital suffering with the dreaded corona virus, on arriving at the hospital my bag containing my mobile phone and other items disappeared. I have the worest experience of mechanics. They do not check the cars properly and report the wrong staff just to make money only. My car came out with dirty filter after a full check and service. If they can not check simple filters what else they can find. They have reported my car as engine fault while the fault was easy and just to change filters and Full check and repair paid but the fault remains the same. After I took it to other MECHANIC he found the fault in minutes. I am going to write a full compliant to the garage and need to take a farther action.
