M. L.I dropped my van off to have some work done under warranty. Someone dinked my door in carpark which was very annoying but they popped in and spoke to Andy and Mark and between them arranged for it all to be sorted out.
Andy and Mark were very professional and knew what they were talking about. Its my first van so I had lots of questions so I can understand and learn more about my vehicle.
I'd recommend Snows, they know there vans inside and out and I will be back at some point to swap out my alloys after some advice from Andy.
A. B.Dropped the car off nice and early, 8:30am. Couldn't find the reception as there was no sign or directions. Had to phone to ask. When I eventually got into reception there was no receptionist right away and when she eventually did turn up she started doing something on the computer and didn't even acknowledge I was there. Eventually another person came over and dealt with me. We discussed what was happening with the vehicle and then discussed what time I would pick up. The person took my telephone number and he wrote down the time of 4pm for collection. I got my father in law to drop me back off to the garage at 4pm expecting the vehicle to be ready due to the early drop off. My vehicle was not ready. It was still on the ramp being serviced. I took a seat in reception and 45 minutes later my vehicle was ready.

c. s.From initial contact (they actually answer their phone) through to job done my customer experience was faultless. Went there for diagnostics not really expecting a pinpoint diagnosis. Not only was problem accurately diagnosed they offered to do it (on a Saturday morning) while I waited. All for a very reasonable cost as well. Quietly impressed at such good customer service which isn't so common nowadays - I travelled down from Exeter.... I'll leave you to work that one out! Big shout out to receptionist Lucy Collings and technician Robbie Williams! Oh, and thank you.

They managed to repair a fault which other parties could not resolve. Snow's keep you updated re the progress, so no need to chase.
